The experience of buying there was great! Employees are very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and honest. That is something you dont usually find in the typical mattress store. They dont work on commission, so they dont try to upsell. They recommend what is right for you.

I originally bought a Casper matress at another store in Miami, when I took it home I knew I had to purchase another one for my in-laws. Best matress I have ever slept on, HANDS DOWN! Since they opened this NEW store closer to my home, I decided to come here and I have to say, this store is beautiful. The customer service is incredible, specially the store manager Russell. He is a delight, with a great personality and oh so charming. Even tho he already knew what I wanted, he prioritized my time and even helped me pick out some accessories for my bed. I highly recommend their matresses and in particular, this store. It really shows that they care about the customer experience. 5 STARS!!

The store was very welcoming and clean. I had the most wonderful experience thanks to an employee named Russell. He brought amazing customer service and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I bought The Wave mattress per his suggestion and I have never slept better in my life. Never going back to any other mattress.

If I could give more stars I would! Amazing experience, at first I wasn’t looking forward to buying a mattress but when I entered the store everything changed. The store was beautifully designed and very clean, on top of that the manager, Russell, was beyond helpful and super friendly. I ended up going with The Wave, and I gotta say that it was the best purchase of the decade for me. Sending all my friends and family here so they can “jump on the wave” hahahaha.

The mattresses were comfy but too expensive for the value. The staff was friendly and helpful.
