I went to the store last Saturday with my husband, we waited 15 minutes and the attendant did not leave the cell phone. a great lack of respect with the customer. I had to leave without getting any information about the furniture I need.

Great customer service. I needed a patio set today, walked in picked up the floor model and it was delivered to my house in an hour.

We went today to the store in Sand Lake Orlando, we were the only customers at that time, the seller never stands up from her desk, never say Hi or good evening, apparently we were interrupting her day because this was the worst attitude toward us and was obvious that she doesnt want to sell us ANYTHING; however, we ask for specific furniture, and her answer was It doesnt worth to buy that and dont give us other alternatives to buy. I dont think this is the best way to sell something in a store that says GOING OUT OF BUSINESS on a sign outside. I BUY from this store in the past, but with this attitude and lack of professionalism, NO wonder they are going Out of Business because of employees like her and poor customer service.

It is a shame I cannot post Pictures. I would love to show you how my outdoor Patio furniture is literally falling apart. Started falling apart a little after the 2 year mark. No it does not sit out in the sun and is protected by the weather so there’s absolutely no reasoning why the rapid deterioration.I was sold on it because the sales person said how this is high resort furniture and is made to last a very long time.....less than 3 Years is a long time? For the price this is too low of quality. I won’t be going back.

Pay CLOSE attention to what you are getting! I Purchased this set because even though it was expensive, it came with an extra set of cushion covers. That made me feel very comfortable because I knew that those probably would be the first thing to wear out and I would have a second set ready to change out. I did not check the cushion covers when they delivered the set I just put the extra ones in the garage, That was bad judgment on my part. So today I decide to change the cushion covers because one of my existing covers is faded. When I open the bag with the new covers I discovered that I do not have the right covers for the set that they sold me and now these 14 cushion covers that they gave me are unusable Which made my purchase not such a good deal after all. Not only are they unusable but they aren’t even the same material throughout! Eight are solid tan and six are a tweed look tan. They don’t even belong to a matching set. I Purchased a chase type sectional piece and I do not have covers for either of those long pieces of my furniture and too many of the chairs. In a nutshell, I got ripped off on that and these cushion covers are worthless to me. Lastly, The metal dining table that I purchased began to chip the color within the first few months and I just recently had to re-spray paint it in order for it to look decent. This is with use of only 2 to 3 times over the two years that I’ve had this set. Bottom line is to make sure that you are getting what you paid for, the incentives that they offered when you purchased it, because obviously they’re not paying attention and you will get screwed. I will say that the furniture frames have held up very very well and I am pleased with that.

After reading the “response from owner” on some of the other 1-star reviews addressing the same issue I’m having, I’m not expecting anything from this company but I just want to inform other potential buyers of the terrible quality furniture sold here.I’ve had my set for about 2 years, and I paid almost $2k for it after careful consideration and asking the salesperson many questions. I was assured that this is hotel quality furniture that is able to withstand outdoor weather here in Florida. I Was specifically told that the cushions won’t fade and that I can leave the furniture in an uncovered area with no issues. I assumed that it would certainly last on my covered patio based on the information I was given. My covered patio only gets direct sunlight in the morning yet the cushions have faded tremendously, and the wicker is literally falling apart! This started happening not long after the year warranty was up, my luck, and I’m writing this review now because I can’t stand to look at it any longer. Every time I go outside I’m reminded of the fact that I basically flushed $2k down the toilet. My old furniture from Lowe’s was better quality, and way more affordable!Complete waste of money and a message to the sales people at this company: please stop lying to customers. Thank you!

We have been looking for a patio set for quite awhile. I must say I have been too so many stores looking for a good set. Not happy with what I have been seeing, until I came to Outdoor Patio Emporium!!!!! There quality is very good compared to what I have seen. Demaria was very helpful in explaining everything to me. We were visiting Orlando from Atlanta. We were just browsing when we stopped by Outdoor Patio Emporium. The selection was so vast and the prices reasonable, that we just had to buy. We were having a new patio put in so I had been looking for a deep seat outdoor set. The quality of the furniture was top notch. I had seen other furniture at a few other stores in Atlanta but the rattan /wicker was flimsy so I had not purchased anything yet. When I saw this set, I knew that this was the one. The sales people were personable and very knowledgeable about the furniture.We had to wait about 10 days longer than we expected to for delivery from Orlando to Atlanta but it was no big deal, that actually worked in our favor and gave us more time to get our patio finished. We bought a large cover to go over the set but it had a rip in the seam. I called Valerie (our salesperson ) and she shipped us out a new one without any problems. Valerie has been there to answer any questions we have. I would definitely recommend Outdoor Patio Emporium to anyone who wants attractive, quality, sturdiness, and variety in patio furniture at great prices . And sales people who make the experience enjoyable. I cant figure out how to show a picture of my new 9 piece deep seat sectional but it is a brown rattan with vibrant orange cushions and striped multi-colored throw pillows. I love, love, love my new furniture!

I am moving to the Orlando area and recently bought a new house where I needed to purchase a nice set of wicker patio furniture and a patio dining set. It was a significant purchase, so I wanted to check out some styles in store before I bought.I found Patio Furniture Emporium on google, so I thought I’d check them out. The hours posted online showed them being open until 7pm.I drove to the location, and when I got there the store was dark. A small sign on the door said “Closed today, call XXX-XXX-XXXX with questions.” I figured it might be a one time thing, so I figured I’d try again tonight.I drove to the location again and found the same sign today. At this point, I was frustrated that a reputable establishment with such an online presence was conducting business in such a way.I called the phone number on the sign and a man picked up. I said that I have visited twice in the past two days to buy some furniture and that I had found the sign in the door, and I asked when he would be open again. He immediately called me a liar for saying I had seen the sign twice and confirmed he’d be in the office tomorrow.I assured him that I was there, and he again insisted that I was lying. I promptly told him that I would no longer be looking to purchase and that he had lost my business. He proceeded to hang up on me.I understand personal issues come up, but it is clear this is just how this man runs his business. In addition, there was 0 effort for service recovery when I called. I would recommend staying far away, and this kind of behavior over the phone will translate to the customer service you receive when working with them.

Hands down, Valerie provided the best customer service Ive had in sales to date! The selections are fantastic and I absolutely love my 10piece patio set and dinning to match! She really went above and beyond to put the perfect look and decor together for me. The road stops here people...not worth it anywhere else.

We are new to Orlando and had been searching for quality outdoor furniture. I was so pleased when we walked into the showroom. There was plenty to choose from. Lots of colors and styles. Although it is pricier, the pieces are very attractive and are made well. We ordered a double chaise and a living set. I love them. I was disappointed that the color we ordered for the living set was sold out. But Valerie worked hard to make sure we pleased with the transaction at the end of the day. I am glad we bought from Orlando Outdoor Emporium and I am super happy with the customer service and the delivery service. We will be back again.

We manage a boutique community in Orlando and this company was called in order to get a quote. They came to community and toured and said they would communicate with us and generate a quote after listening to our needs and never voiced an issue in regards to any of our requests. This was over 2 weeks ago. Today we called them again to verify the status of our quote and the owner/manager Mr. Fernandez, let us know that he just landed from Miami and that they would not be able to accomodate our request and generate a quote due to them being so far and then let us know that they only do big jobs like hotels, which would have been great to know in the beginning... This was never communicated to us in the office as well as his assistant never mentioned any issues with our requests, not that we ever heard back from any of them. Im sure the company does a good job, but if this is how they communicate, not sure it would have been a pleasant experience either way.

Damaria was great; very knowledgeable without being pushy. We only planned on looking but ended up buying. We feel like we got a fair deal for a better product than most stores carry.

Beyond satisfied on price, selection, quality and service. Complete and wide range set of patio furniture: tons of colors, tons of styles from modern to classic, tons of different wickers, and tons of different types of patio furniture. Prices were also a big plus! Showroom was great because we kind of had an idea of what we wanted but it was so much easier and less daunting than online searching and guessing. We totally did it wrong first trying to do our patio shopping online. I was actually so overwhelmed by doing it online and I heard horror stories because it’s such a gamble out there... online you try to want the best deal but you don’t want a cheap plastic mess, but then you feel like overpaying instead of dealing with the risk of the gamble of online patio purchasing! There is just no comparison to being there in person to compare on every shopping experience category. It’s actually such a fast easy and stressless process. Salesperson was extremely friendly and we got a great deal with a purchase I’m sure about.

This place is fantastic! Great products - sturdy construction. Valerie was super sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. The customer service was fantastic. We walked out of there within an hour with our new outdoor sofa on our truck. She worked with our budget and really maximized what we were able to get. Well definately go here again when were ready to get furniture for our backyard area.

Valerie the manager was awesome. She showed us what she had n stock, options on colors, how their inventory works, etc. we purchased a double chaise lounger and a single chaise lounger with a side table for what we would have paid at some other local patio furniture stores. Now I am sure there is some difference in quality of 699 lounger vs 399 BUT for me its out door patio furniture AND I am looking for five quality years not 20. I HIGHLY suggest checking out there store and price/quality/selection/options vs the other guys. You will get some great options and information from Valerie!!!!

Customer service is terrible. Took several months, phone calls and emails to get the couches we ordered.Response: yes you did finally complete the order after I had to charge it back on my card 3 months later. I had to call and push several times. I even got hung up on because the salesman was talking in circles so I suggested we go back to written communication. Your sales games dont work on everyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!In November 2 years ago we purchased numerous pieces of outdoor furniture at a cost of several thousand dollars. It was kept under a tarp much of the time and moved indoors during the hottest months because we travel up north. Nevertheless within 2 years the material began to dry up, turn brittle and fall apart. We have had to replace the entire set.We traveled 90 miles to their store in Orlando with pictures etc. We were told there was a one year warranty and the most they would do was give us 35% off anything new we wanted to buy. Why would I want to do further business with them?To those who have posted good reviews recently, give it some time and see what happens.Wish I could give zero stars.

Demaria was extremely helpful in talking us through our options when we came in, then gave us plenty of time to explore at our own pace. He answered all our questions about the fabric and pillow choices. It helped a lot that we got in on a Memorial Day sale too!

I would strongly suggest you get your furniture from a different place. Our patio set was delivered on 1/16/18. During delivery I noticed the glass top had numerous scratches on it. I pointed it out to the delivery people; they told me to call Valerie. Valerie said she would order a new glass top and it should be in, in a couple weeks.I called back to the store on 2/9/18 (3.5 weeks after delivery) for an update and was told at that time that I needed to send in pictures of the scratches via text so they could see the damage and then the glass top would be ordered. Why didnt Valerie request this on 1/16? Why didnt she have her delivery people document the damage and why hasnt my table top been ordered? I received no answers to these questions, just told I need to send the pictures in. I sent the pictures on 2/9/18 and spoke to Valerie on 2/12/18. She indicated again the new top would be in, in a couple weeks.Its 3 weeks later (3/7) and havent heard anything. I Called today (3/7) and spoke to Meglindina and she said she would have an update from the warehouse Friday. This is ridiculous.Spend your money elsewhere!Update: Never heard back from them so we ended up fighting the charges on the credit card and got some of our money back.

I love this store and the staff is great I am an old client that purchased first for my home in San Fran and now that I move down to Central Florida I purchased for my new home Miguelina was very helpful and nice I got my furniture delivery completed and now its time to enjoy my a good BBQ and my new patio furniture.

After months of research for nice patio furniture to accessorize our new pool we didnt like the offerings and quality from the online retailers. We discovered the Orlando Patio Emporium online and then drove over an hour and a half from Palm Coast the same day. Their quality is amazing and their prices are very fair for such high quality. We opted to buy a beautiful love seat/ chairs set, 2 chaise lounges, and two bistro side chairs. They worked with us on color options and were just wonderful people to deal with. Spent $3000 on furniture that didnt even last 2 years. We always had the furniture on a covered porch. The wicker started breaking on most of the pieces. We were told to email pictures of the damage to the Miami office which we did. It has been almost 2 months and we keep getting told someone named John in Miami will call us and he never does. When we call the number we were given to reach him no one ever answers and you cant leave a message. If I wanted to have to replace furniture so soon I would have just purchased something for a few hundred dollars at Walmart instead of spending as much as we did.

We walked in wanting something we saw months back but after seeing the space saver Y90, we had a change of heart. Valerie approached us and we said we were just browsing. She started to give a history of the store and the quality / colors of all the pieces. We ended up loving a floor model so got a discount and there was a promotion for the warranty so we added that too! We didnt want to wait weeks for the delivery so she helped us get expedited shipping too. The color cushions we had our eyes on werent available but she gave us two color options to seal the deal. And when you write a review you got an extra little spmething. So a $2,499 table with just one set of cushions ended up turning into a furniture cover, extra color cushions, same day delivery, and 5 year warranty ended up being less than the sticker price!! Had Valerie not been so professional and knowledgeable, we would have walked out thinking lets keep looking. Instead were happy owners of a beautiful new patio set.

Let me start saying that we had a first good impression when we were at the store. We ended up purchasing all our outdoor furniture with them.We have all the furniture under a covered lanai and within 6 months enjoying our patio, we noticed the cushions’ covers started discoloring. Our navy blue covers started changing into white.When I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty, I was told that she did not have any power to do anything, but instead gave me the name and phone number from the owner named Jhonny, who is based in Miami.When I spoke to Jhonny, his answer to the issue was: “ I do not recommend buying the navy blue color covers because they always have the discoloration problem”. Great answer from the owner, maybe they should had told me that at the store when I bought it.I asked for new covers, as my furniture were not only 6 months old, but his customer service answer was: “ please read your bill again, as cushions’ covers are not part of the warranty. I can sell you new ones a discounted price”.We have recommend this store to 2 other friends, who had the same issue and when I mentioned it to Jhonny, his answer was: “have them calling me, not the store”.I told him I would not recommend his business to anyone, due to quality of his product and TERRIBLE customer service. It seemed like he did not care about it.Conclusion: Stay AWAY from this place!!!

Very disappointed in response time from The Store Manager after buying in excess of $3000 in patio furniture. I wrote a review after my first visit to the store but subsequent visits to make a change to the original order (no delivery had been made at the time) proved disastrous from the get go. We have been dealing with our credit card company since August trying to clear up a billing issue that was caused by someone not understanding fully their own system in-house. It’s been a nightmare and to top things off, we have contacted The Store Manager a number of times (1) asking when our furniture would be delivered. We were told on several occasions someone would contact us that day, that week, once power was restored to their Miami facility. (2) we contacted The Store Manager to fix the credit issue and that hasn’t happened so we continue to be billed by our credit card company for charges that continue appearing and (3) once the furniture was delivered, we found a broken L-shaped bracket in the bottom of the box and immediately contacted The Store Manager for a replacement. She asked us to text her a photo which was done weeks ago and to date, after promises to ship out another bracket, we still haven’t received the promised item. I know there are plenty of Patio Furniture stores in and around our area and going forward, we will purchase items closer to home instead of driving many miles for these headaches.
