Total failure in the customer services department... dont believe me, try them.

We go through about 200 pallets a week and I gave All State a chance at our business since our guy was running low at the time.1. Poor quality pallets. I purchased As and A Premiums. They snuck in A LOT of Bs with runner repairs on them which is unacceptable for how we use them. One stack was ALL Bs.2. Really bad customer service. They were supposed to pick up my repairables when they delivered but the truck driver just told me no and left. Didnt wait or check with their office before leaving. Just left because he didnt want to do the work I assume so I had 100+ pallets just sitting on our lot. Also, when contacted multiple times about having them come back out to get them I was told remind me next week and then just completely ignored.3. Price. I pay $1 less per pallet with my current supplier.Youre better off finding a different company that will actually give you what you pay for.

Good customer service good product

This company makes the worse pallets in history. Its very sad.... The man in charge of the place is very rude and disrespectful. We stopped coming her because the pallets are very low quality. You pay a lot of money for some beaten up pallets. Overall I dont recommend that anybody ever goes here. If I were to give this review a 0 star I would. But it wont let me.

These guys are great...will always work with you and their pallets are very good quality and priced well.
