We were told 2 months and its almost four months and the only thing they did is the cement floor. The office does not answer the phone and if you leave a message they dont call you back. We are very disappointed .

After three years of continued patio roof leaks and no response to further requests for a repair, I wouldn’t recommend Action Aluminum. They came out four times to attempt repairs, but stopped responding when they couldn’t figure out why the patio roof continues to leak. Pick another company that stands behind their work. Buyer beware - Was told 3 months to install. Already at the 3 month window and was told it would be another 3 months with a non-refundable deposit. The office does not respond to voice-mails and clearly doesnt care about customers.Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
