Ryan was fantastic! He came in to fix a problem with internet access and quickly resolved the issue! He went above and beyond by completing the setup of the entire system and made sure that everything was working as expected. Ryan was not being rushed by a tight schedule and was very patient and meticulous throughout the entire process. He genuinely cared about and understood the needs of his customers, and cared about the quality of his work and the reputation of his company. He was punctual, professional and passionate about his work. We have had ongoing issues the wi fi equipment that was installed with our new home. While the tech was here he noticed our smart doorbell was also not working. He set up an service call to have it replaced, unfortunately at a time when we were not home, however the repair tech - Ryan installed the new equipment and left his phone number to call and reset the system once we were home. As seems to be our luck with technology what for him was usually a 10 minute phone call turned into a 3 hour ordeal of frustration from both ends. Ryan was very pleasant, sincerely concerned and very apologetic that we could not resolve the issue. While we understand technology can be a challenge, we appreciate the thorough response and support we received from Ryan. Great above and beyond (skipped his dinner) service.

We had Habitech in to check our security system. Their tech was extremely professional and took the time to educate us on the system both at our home and on their app.

The salesman was very strident in his presentation and I felt that he would not send me a technician to complete the installation if I did not acquiesce to his requirements to have installed additional equipment and sign a contract for thirty-six months. The technician, King, was very kind and efficient. He accepted the fact that I did not want additional products or services. King completed the installation and then taught me how to use the system! King is a very fine man and employee.

Ryan has been extremely helpful and professional. He promptly responds to any questions or concerns. He has worked with our builder to ensure the correct switches were installed for our security panel and made several trips to our home to make sure everything worked seamlessly.

I felt so sorry for Super Technician King! He is a “King” in my view as he had to install 3 cameras which meant he had to go up in our attic where the temperature was over 100 degrees. However, he didn’t complain but just professionally went about the business if getting our system instalked. He did a phenomenal job.I also felt sorry that he had to spend over an hour on hold with Alarm.com because of a camera recording issue that only Alarm.com could fix. Your company needs a direct link to their install team so your technicians aren’t handicapped so severely. That wasn’t fair to both the customer or your team.King certainly exceeded all expectations and we are so glad you sent him to do our install.

He was careful to excuse himself so he never saw our family codes and explained the system throughly. This was the 2nd time hiring Habitech to do work in my home.Thursday April 15 - I had Ryan and a partner here to install a brand new 75” TV, audio receiver and two outdoor speakers.The receiver ‘should’ be operating 4 existing indoor ceiling speakers, a subwoofer and the new outdoor speakers. The techs left so quickly they NEVER explained how to use the receiver so I can not get the indoor speakers to play. The outdoor speakers are not working because they didn’t have the piece of equipment on their truck that they needed and the subwoofer also was left not hooked up.I called Liz at Habitech’s main office within minutes of the techs leaving - no answer so I left a voicemail asking for Ryan or anyone to call me back and explain how to use the speakers and advise they left without hooking up the subwoofer and when the job could be completed.There has been ABSOLUTELY no response from anyone in 5 days. I left at least 10 messages for Liz at the main office, Joe MacClaren, 1 for Ryan and used the CHAT feature on their website. No one has ever called back so after paying for 3 hours of work - I’m stuck with a Audio system that doesn’t work and aggravation from a Company I thought was respectable and it turns out they are not.*FYI* do not request Ryan as I did for any AV work because (per him) that is not his department - I am unsure why Liz Tiger the scheduler would have not explained that and sent an AV tech instead.

I had him waiting 30 minutes for me when he arrived to my house on time and I had totally forgot about the appointment! Still took care of me and even walked me through how to utilizes the features of the system. Highly recommend this company!

We had our alarm monitoring activated today with Habitech. The installer John arrived early and was very knowledgeable. He quickly installed our additional devices and walked us through the alarm.com app. Everything installed professionally and cleaned up well before he left.

I have had an alarm system with Habitech since moving to FL in 2015. I recently decided to add surveillance security camera’s. I recently had exterior security cameras installed by Habitech. Unfortunately, a couple of them worked fine during daylight hours, but were washed out at night, after the sun set. I scheduled a follow-up appointment to have the issues addressed, however it ended up taking multiple trips (equipment issues, despite the cameras and lenses being new). Sean Duffy, the tech that was sent to address the issues went above and beyond to ensure the cameras were all operating properly, that all my concerns were addressed and that I was totally satisfied! After each visit, he ask that I get back to him (text or call) the morning after each visit to let him know if the issues were resolved, however before I could do so, he reached out to me! His professionalism, dedication and follow-up was impeccable! Sean is an example of the type of tech (from any and all companies) you want, expect and deserve show up at your door, but in so many cases ends up not being the case! Kudos Habitech and Sean, keep up the good work!
