I have gone to Ormond Collision twice, not for repairs, but for their small but awesomeUhaul Rental services. I needed a truck quick to move. It was a horribly stressful situation. And the date was last minute. And I got Vanessa.Thank the lord I did. She was knowledgeable, accommodating, professional, but caring and compassionate also. She literally got me through the move. That was July. When I called and left a message November 2nd, in the afternoon, saying a “ friend “ had rescinded an offer to use their, she called back immediately. When I answered she said “ Anita, it’s Vanessa, what do you need ? “ It was like hearing from an old friend. She didn’t have the small vehicle I needed. But she knew who did. And I got the same service from Jamie. I have used Penske for years. But I will always go to Ormond Collision, I will always go to Vanessa first.Thank you!

They stripped and painted the roof. Looks like brand new!!! Very happy

Helped me out in a pinch, was involved in an accident and they were able to get my vehicle drivable in a short time to be able to drive back to Ohio.

They were incredibly nice and worked very hard to help me when my car was rear-ended. Unfortunately they did not put the hatchback/back piece of my Prius on correctly, and its been slowly leaking water into my battery (which is in the right back of a Prius for some reason) for the last year and a half. When my car shut off and I went to the check the battery is when I found all the water, upon further examination I noticed a gap on the right hand side of the hatchback that was bigger than that on the left. The connectors are now rusted and replacing the battery didnt work. Im sure I signed something saying I accept the car as is when I drove it away from the shop. I would have never thought to look for this. I feel bad leaving a review like this (I mean its not too bad, its 3 stars because they were so nice and I believe they tried their best) but its upsetting that my car is totaled because I trusted a mechanic would know if things were installed correct or not.

I had the worst experience Ive ever had with a mechanic. The owner and his head mechanic drink on the job and I gave them $1,500 down to fix my truck and in the owners absence the head mechanic Hank who wouldnt tell me his last name told me I could not even see my truck until I paid the rest of the money. They told Enterprise and the insurance company that my vehicle was done but no one told me so they left me with a rental car bill and he never did finish the job you didnt put on the bug guard he used wrong parts and he ruined the hook up for my trailer in the back. I own an RV and I would never take it to him nor would I let a friend go to him.
