They got my car in on very short notice and had it fixed by the end of the day.Very professional and reasonably priced.I will definitely use them again.

I took my daughters car here to get a second opinion on work that I was told needed to be done that would have been very expensive and Dustin was very honest about it. There is no work that needs to be done. We will be going here from now on for every single thing we need done with our cars.

Snow birds (especially women) beware of the *friendly face of professional negligence and unaccountability.*I never leave negative reviews on a business unless I feel Ive been taken advantage of.24 hours before going to T &D, I had a regular routine oil change / 21 pt. inspection. Everything is good; the undercarriage is bone dry; no leaks.I have a lifetime warranty on brake pads.I dropped by on a Friday morning and asked Dustin if didnt mind replacing them for forty bucks cash.I was certainly impressed that he had the job completed in less than half an hour.I thanked him and went on my way.However, later in the afternoon I noticed a strange sound that I can only describe as a *Star Wars light saber* when the gear was in reverse.I had no choice but to wait until after the weekend.On Monday morning, Dustin listened to the sound and passed it off as a partially loose and *annoying heat shield.*He did nothing to check it out and sent me on my way.By this time I have concerns about the sound; and the next morning I take it to Discount Tire to check the balance & air pressure.The manager points out a fluid leak at the rear passenger side wheel.Now beginning to suspect the possibility of the vehicle sustaining damage to the undercarriage while at T & D, I take it to another shop for another 21 point inspection the following morning.With the lift high in the air, I am shocked to see a *profuse* leak coming from both a broken differential and bearing seal.I keep meticulous maintenance & records on my vehicle; the differential seal / fluid had been replaced only a year ago.The guys at my shop in Colorado were personally happy to honor the warranty (despite having run miles slightly the beyond 12,000 limit).The warranty headquarters gave me a list of a half dozen shops in my area that would recognize the warranty.Now its Wednesday (and I have to travel a long distance over the upcoming weekend)I spent the *entire* day going from the different locations, getting *estimates* and hoping they could squeeze me in by Friday.My last hope was T & D; Dustin said to bring it in on Friday morning. I felt relief that I would soon feel safe and confident to drive to Gainesville, etc.Friday morning.Since I had received estimates from a few other shops, it was certainly noteworthy that Dustins price was 30% higher than the restOnce again I marvel at the speed with which the work is complete. The differential and bearing seal were replaced in *less than 1 1/2 hours.Now he begins to emphasize that I need a *new axel (and his mechanic tells me the axel is *all torn up.Dustin tells me to bring it back on a *couple of weeks.*If its still leaking, he tells me hell *special order* an *Axel Saver Repair Bearing.*Ya know that queezy feeling ya get when ya know the story just doesnt add up....???I called the local auto parts locations and discovered they *have the repair bearing IN STOCK* (no special order is necessary). To top it off, they ALL confirm the repair bearing wouldve easily solved the problem.To bring this story to a current status,after only 250 miles down the road, its *STILL LEAKING!*I give Dustin a courtesy call.At this point, other mechanics, friends and family members want me to ask him the same question:1- **WHY didnt you do the job correctly the first time.. ???2- Have you ever had a vehicle *fall off of the lift...?****Now pay close attention here:***His warranty says 24,000 miles /24 months.But, he condescendingly *insists* that hell only honor the prior labor charge if:I have the axel *REPLACED.*A dozen people currently feel Dustin owes me a *refund* on the *inflated gravy labor charge.*I feel a sense of responsibility to the community to raise the *red flag* here.You must always have another person present to witness to the conversation.Women especially beware of the *number crunchers* with a *double standard* when it comes to:1- Women2- SnowbirdsFINAL NOTE to T & D:*Ill be happy to remove this comment if you refund the labor $$.

Been with this company for 3 years. Had a transmission fixed for $1500 which included a two year, 24 K, all parts and labor warranty clearly labeled on the receipt. I was told he would not be able honor this warranty because he could not get a replacement transmission for his original purchase. Im not sure how that affects my end of the warranty. A good, honest business owner would honor his written agreement.

I’m a young girl so i suppose an easy target. I went to get my oil changed and although it was fairly cheap THEY ROBBED ME! they did not put the whole bottle or not enough in my bmw and about a week after my oil change, i suddenly need another one??? i checked to make sure it wasn’t just my oil light and i checked for leaks, i was supposed to be good for 4,000 miles but my gages say other wise and that my oil is extremely low. I went to advanced auto parts and found out T&D PUT THE WRONG OIL IN MY CAR !!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE NEEDING MORE WORK ON UR CAR!
