Nice clean store with great selection even close to Halloween. The selection is dwindling but they have all of your costune a d party needs. Staff was very friendly and awesome as well.

This place was fantastic but I have never set up a birthday before and I took my time browsing every isle. The employees were great and I will definitely come back for all occasions.

So disappointed. I got balloons delivered for my gender reveal and they were not what I was expecting. The balloons were pretty themselves. But I asked for the balloons to be 6 ft high..I received them and they were 2 ft high. They also kept popping, 4 of them popped before the reveal and I had only received them an hour before.

My love wanted to be wonder woman for Halloween, last minute shopping they had it for her.. in & out plenty of parking

Turns out a lot of the lower-priced decorations for sweet 16 were of the same quality as what youd get at the dollar store. Vinyl table cloths would tear with a simple rub from my dull finger nail. The stuff was ok but not the quality I was expecting. They do have a good selection especially if youre not on a budget. Otherwise youll probably save money for similar stuff at dollar store.

Great party favors and decor. We always have a good time looking at all the creative costumes and decorations. Need party supplies and a green wig? Come on down!

Checked the stock online and went to the store to buy in person. One item was not out on the shelves. The lady that helped me went back to check and brought out 3 of the items to restock the shelf also. The cashier was friendly. Great customer service.

The staff were not as friendly as I had expected for a party store. They did not offer to bag the balloons I bought & no one asked to see if I needed help finding anything. There were plenty of staff working but no one actually doing anything. Need to have a more pleasant & helpful staff.

I went in today to shop for the first time since there is not a Party City in Port Orange anymore. 😕However Virginia was very helpful and made the drive worth it . I will definitely be back to this location . Lots and lots of party stuff for every occasion .

They never have the things you need in stock

A lot of choices, sadly they had no baby boy cake toppers. Drove all the way from New Smyrna beach, otherwise a lot to choose from.

I ordered a dozen latex balloons with some larger foil ones, received a half put together arrangement and the next day more than half were on the floor deflated. When I called the store, Tish, the manager was so nice and helpful and got me fixed right back up. She turned a very disappointing moment around and was so creative with a new design with the boquet that tooked so much better than the first time. Tish and Dillion both were extremely helpful and so professional and personable. Would definitley use them again. (and make sure to ask for them!!) Thank you for making our friends 25th Wedding Anniversary so much better with your updated balloon design and for your compassion and help.

Found everything we needed for grandsons 5th birthday party

This is 1 of my fave stores. They carry all you can think of 4 ur party needs. Candy, costumes, party accessories of all sorts plus a lot more!! Helpful associates, clean store

1 person at checkouts, also had to blow up balloons. The line setup is backwards. I would not recommend another trip here.

I go here for costumes, or specific characters for birthdays, they will have special prices on baloon bouquets. You can order them for specific times to pick up for parties. Great to have them ready to go in garbage bags, so they are not lost on the way out to the car.

This store is amazing! I went in to Party city looking for an 80s costume for a party I had to go to that night and I wanted to go for a Madonna look but they didn’t have a Madonna costume so I asked one of the workers her name was Bree and she helped me put together a whole outfit with accessories they had from the wig to the leg warmers! And the cashier malina Went above and beyond to find me a coupon to save some money. Amazing staff will definitely be going back soon!!!

Went in and spent over $100 on my daughter’s birthday supplies. Showed the clerk a coupon that was on the Party City website for 20% off. She called Brianna, the manager on shift over to approve it. Brianna told me she wouldn’t take the coupon because the date showed it expired 3 days previously.This coupon was still showing on the company website and it’s not my fault that they failed to update their information. Poor customer service on their part for not wanting to honor their own coupon. Came back the next day and returned everything I purchased and bought the same stuff at Target for a fraction of the price. Won’t be shopping here again.

Deff has everything you need for a party except maybe the food and cake lol. The staff its usually very helpful. I recently did an Elena themed party for my daughter, wish I could remember the mans name who helped me though because he was awesome! He helped me find everything and priced matched everything to the online prices... Very pleased and Ill be going back for my other daughter birthday this month.

Party city was wonderful helpful staff its not expensive I plan my grandsons birthday got all the decorations and everything needed very reasonable and they have tons of childrens themes you can choose from if youre not sure you walk down an aisle you can pick from 30 different themes they also have supplies for anniversaries baby showers you name it they have it and of course they have Halloween themes come Halloween for Halloween parties or dress ups

I went in to grab a few birthday ireams for my grandson. I couldnt believe how expensive theyre. I bought a buttoned for him to wear for $4.00 (thats all it read was birthday boy) a few days letter Im at family dollar and sed the same exact button for a $1.00. Talk about feeling ripped off

They have all your needs for a party, mostly for kids, but other things too. Balloons, hard candies, paper plates, napkins, small party favors. They have alot. A little pricey but one stop shopping

If your having a party and cant find what you need here, you better ask them for the location. Along with party goods, they have lots of other items. Gifts, stocking stuffers, baby or bridal shower items and so many others you wont think of until you see it.

Store has a wide variety of merchandise and keeps the store clean and and well organized, no small feat for their huge inventory. Very slow check out process and a long line.

My granddaughters party is coming up so Im starting to shop for it. I go into the store where I found the section I was looking for. I couldnt find the invitations.so I asked the clerk where they were. She was leaning on the counter complaining to her coworker about price changes. No customer and instead of coming to help me just said thats where they would be. I am in retail and they were awful. BTW she also was complaining about a new manager that was about to start.

My son loves their giant balloons only downside is the price but they will refill it back up with air as long as you have your receipt so that makes it worthwhile.

Horable experience!! Treated like we were shop lifting just because my husband and i are covered in tattoos! The staff took all fun away from our family getting in the mood for Halloween! The staff took it so far that they were trying to dress our son!!! We were smothered by 3 staff the whole time we were there!!! Will never go back to this store again!!!

This place needs an update. The people are friendly but the atmosphere is not. It just feels old and as if the company doesnt care to update it. Some of the individual 10 cent candies like the warheads are always melted and stuck together which means the candy itself will be terribly hard to open.

Nice well organized and clean store. Halloween gets to be a little crowded because there isnt enough room in the costume isle for the amount of people who are there at one time picking out costumes from the wall.
