Andy Frattin & his guys are on top of their game! We moved plumbing around in our bathrooms to make them bigger! They are trustworthy & affordable! Hire them!

Whoever was driving down dunlawton at 5:30 today on Tuesday cut in front of another vehicle and then cut in front of me driving erratically. Because of this I wont ever use this company. When your brand is on your vehicle you should be careful not to mention even when youre driving your own personal vehicle

Andy is old school cool! Really knows his stuff, particularly older homes. Dependable, knowledgeable, reasonably priced. I would never consider using anybody but Andy for any plumbing issues.

Be VERY Careful with utilizing this contractor for a Remodel. We had an AWFUL Experience! We had a quote from another local business for $2500 for a shower only demo and remodel, however their schedule could not accommodate our 3 week window to allow for completion between rentals.We have owned in Ormond By the Sea for 17 years and were referred to Andy Frattin Plumbing. We expected to pay around the same despite not having received a written quote from Andy Frattin.Here is what occurred when we received our final bill below. I will also state that despite repeated attempts to rectify and work out a resolution that pleased both parties. With no resolution in sight, Reluctantly, we mailed a check to Mr. Frattin for the full amount and he took us to court 10 days later, which incurred court costs!!!•Tile discrepancy- $190. We ordered the cheapest tile in stock. The total purchased was $590 and was only given a credit $400.•Verbally quoted $150 for a niche/decorative bands, but was charged $200 for each. Again all verbal quotes, Over charged $100• A credit for $105 was given for the shower head, our purchase price was $150. A difference of $45• Finally, we were told the project would take less than 7 days and it took 26 days and another 2 months to get them back out to finish the top tile edge to the ceiling junction. Our guests were inconvenienced for 3 days having workers there all day cutting and laying tile. We gave them a reduction of $150 for their stay as they were outside as much as possible and couldn’t use the master bathroom. Mr. Frattin refused to work with us for our inconvenience and loss of income.• To this day the tile and grout is still not sealed.Our request was for a reduction of $485 in overages and refunds to guests from a bill we never received ahead of time and to top it off was a total of $2000 more than the quote we received from the other locally licensed business.NOT HAPPY-

We had two plumbing problems and David was prompt, friendly and quickly fixed them both. Andy Frattin plumbing is my go to Plumber.

The driver of the company truck completely cut me off and drove into my lane and then 2 minutes later when back into their lane.
