I had previously purchased a mattress online - big mistake - based on this experience I now know Mattress Firm is the best way to get just the right mattress and with their sales - at a fair price.

You know, I am always wanting the best price for a great product. After a long search, even online for a mattress, I chose mattress firm. The staff allowed enough time for my very emotionally anxious daughter to test out the beds on her own (without a sales person looming over her) to make a choice in a mattress. Mattress Firm actually had the best price and white glove delivery within 2 days. I will recommend this business and purchase from the Ormond Beach store again.

Delivery took a few days. Holiday and so many drops, but not bad.Delivery men were great !The mattress. is ok. I put a cool jell top on it.The flat board that holds the mattress has square corners that are protrusive. Need to be rounded off.

I called ahead if time you make sure the product I wanted to see was in the store and spoke with Roger who was very courteous and helpful. Dena was awesome, I have been on a couch for over two months after moving and down sizing and completely remodeling bedroom from ceiling to floor. I was looking to get a mattress and box but not spend a lot of money. She searched the system for the best deal t and I got a super comfortable matress without spending a whole paycheck on it.
