We worked with Alex at Cabinet Factory Outlet and had an amazing experience. We had new cabinets and quartz installed by them. Alex helped us design the kitchen, pick out the hardware as well as countertops. She was always available with questions/concerns. The cabinent and quartz installers were professional, neat, polite and knew their stuff! I would recommend Cabinet Factory Outlet and Alex to anyone! Thanks again.

Ended up being lied to and cheated. Design looked good on paper but designer had no knowledge of installation so kitchen didnt fit into space. 3 of 9 cabinets were wrong size. CFO wouldnt respond to myself or the installer they assigned when told cabinets were wrong. Their own regional manager threatened me with lawyers if I tried to contact them. I ended up with kitchen where doors hit other doors. Cant open the dishwasher and cabinet door next to it at same time. Still have pieces paid for that their own #1 installer didnt want to put in because it would look bad.

BUYERS BEWARE! Completely incompetent. There motto is the customer is always wrong After picking out my granite I was told I would be called in 2-3 days to make appointment for template. It took them 10 days, even though I called after 3 days to see what was going on. I was dealt with very rudely when calling sales people. Even after that I still had to return to the store to get this project moving. When they delivered my counter top they brought a different piece then what I picked. I was told that granite is a natural stone and they couldnt control variations; which I fully understand; yet I picked a white counter to and they delivered a black countertop. When I told them it wasnt what I ordered. I was told yes it was. As if I didnt know what I picked. I was then reminded that I could return it if I wasnt satisfied, but they would keep $250 of the $315 the counter cost as a return free. I advise going to granite world on flomich where they actually care about the people that choose to spend their money with them. Do not do business with this company, they dont care even when they make the mistake. They make all kinds of promises they dont keep, they cant keep their own appointments or time lines and they dont care what kind of inconvenience it is to the customer.
