There was a factory misprint in the print, but for my purposes in a rental property, it was fine.Installation by Mark turned out beautifully. He even used a stain pen to blend in the misprinted areas.Quality all around. Highly recommend!

First off, what a selection of vinyl! Secondly, the customer service is out of this world! My wife and I just went through a flood in our kitchen and Dollar Floor was our second stop. We went to another establishment, which we were not impressed! Mark was our salesman and he went above and beyond to help select the right product for us. He showed us the difference in materials and answered every question we had. He even let us check out samples for free! If you are out looking for floors, Dollar Floor should be your first stop!

The folks at Dollar Floor are very nice and professional and we have purchased flooring from them several times. However, they do not stand behind the installation contractors they recommend. We used one of their recommended installers and the floating floor had issues. After many calls he finally came back to fix it but...the fix didnt take and the floor buckled again. He said he would meet my husband to fix it (again) but never showed up. Just a Dollar Floor basically said, Oh well! and didnt offer to step up and help fix it or pay for someone else to fix it.

The installers sent by the store- Richard Herman’s Flooring - were exceptional. They worked Saturday and Sunday to help me meet my deadline of a furniture delivery. They installed 3300 feet of flooring. Their work is awesome. My floors look great. I would recommend them to everyone needing a floor installer. I truly enjoyed having them work on my project.

The owner Joe was very helpful, knowledgeable, and assisted me through the entire selection and purchasing process. His attention to detail was amazing. Previously, I had spent several weeks shopping big-box stores and tile companies before finally being referred to Just a Dollar Floor. None of the other places can compare to the service I received at Just a Dollar Floor. When I told Joe I needed the tile to be installed in 3 days, on a Sunday, he made calls and took care of it. When the installers came up a little short on tile during the install I called Joe, and again he took care of it. I was very happy with the product and the finished look. Flooring great... installation terrible if they off Rich ask for someone else. He kept saying he would come back to repair loose tiles never did. After Contacting store and them refusing to send someone else to repair (I would of paid) they contacted original installer Rich to redo it he never showed up. The only reason the got 2 stars is because I love the tile. I did contact another company to repair the tiles.6

What a scam. Was told any tile I do not use I could bring back. Well I did not use 12 boxes (bought extra just in case) and the guy on the phone told me 12 boxes does him no good. Absolute joke might as well pay the extra and go to a place that has honest employees

Had to wait quite a bit for the second part of our order. Materials are of good quality and the manager Joe was really good to work with! Very satisfied with end result, will go back.

Changed my review from 5 stars to 1.BEWARE OF REFUND POLICY: We had bought from this place 4-5 times over the past 2-3 years and everything was fine until our last experience. We bought the floor we needed plus an extra box, just in case. We went back a week later to return the extra box and they came up saying that the refund was going to be issued as a check which seem odd because their refund policy states that if you pay cash or check then a check will be sent to you. It doesn’t say anything about credit card refunds which is how we paid. IT TOOK OVER 30 DAYS to get the money back.- We never got the refund check they told us. - We confirmed the address several times and it was written in big letters.- We had to follow up every week and half on it- Lies after lies about arrival time- Supposedly the check was issued 2 times and we allowed a week and half each time. NOTHING. It was all lies.We finally got tired of games so we went there. The guy at the desk said he couldn’t process the refund and that a manager would give us a call. The manager called us back after 2 days later with an attitude and acted like we were at fault. We were patient enough to allow time. I could’ve called AMEX and have the charge disputed instantly! Yet, we get an attitude from the manager and tried to blame this on us. How about you start making business the right away and stop trying to fool people with your shady business?. Never buying from this location again and people should know how you guys do business. COMPLETE TRASH AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Great price, great place

My wife and I bought over $700 worth of tile at the location on John Young in Ormond Beach. The tile was nice and pretty decent for the price, but after laying out a patch to see how it would look in our home the wife decided that she didnt like it. So I returned all the tile. I was told when I got there that they COULD NOT refund my money directly onto my credit card do to a new system update. Fine, I can understand that..... So I was told that a check would be sent to my house in 7-10 business days........... Well here it is almost a month later and still no refund check. I have called the store and talked to the manager twice already and I was assured that the Main Office was aware of the return and that a check has been cut for my refund. Still nothing! I have tried to locate a customer service number...... nothing! I tried calling the store and asking for the main office number and was told that this number can not be given out! Wait, what? Seriously?????? A customer who paid lots of money for a product who then returned the product and is having an issue cant contact the office? What kind of company allows this?If this was only $100 I could be fine with waiting, but we are talking about $700 plus dollars that is owed back to me and my wife. We work too hard for our money to be treated this way. Non the less, I and my family and friends will not be going to this business ever again. This is the worst way to run a business and to treat potential long term customers.......... We are in the process of updating our house and could have spent thousands there along with many other people we know who could have been potential customers.

Went there this week-end. Excellent selection at half the cost for the same tile at other stores. Exact same time?? I defiantly will let all my friends know.

Good selection and prices, however, watch out for subcontractor assigned to install. Some very unprofessional behavior including NOT returning my house key as of two weeks after completion of installation. Contractor stopped communication altogether. Poor customer service. Because I did not hang around for the carpet to be cut,they chose a portion of the carpet that was stained. Upon my return they were doing all they can to conceal the imperfection. Low- grade attitude and customer service
