Placed an order over the phone with a cashier for dozen white chocolate half covered pineapples. Originally asked for semi sweet chocolate drizzle, however when advised of the increased price asked for the pineapples without the drizzle. Was advised the the order would only take a few minutes to be prepared. Arrived at minimum 30 minutes later, only for the order to be wrong. The pineapple were half covered in semi sweet chocolate, when it was requested for white chocolate. The chocolate was still wet. The cashier advised that it would take about 6 minutes for the chocolate to dry once a new order was created with the white chocolate. We waiting 10 minutes before checking on the order. The pineapples were still drying. At this point, curbside delivery was requested seeing as it was not offered after the first order was wrong. The order was finally brought out with the cashier walking with the box open in the air. The chocolate was not completely dry and there were brown specs in the white chocolate as if the original pineapples were rinsed and the white chocolate just applied on top. The 3 stars is only because the pineapple was sweet.

Fruit is not fresh. Arrangement looks like it was thrown together. It definitely looks like I got the end batch of the fruit. A waste of $140 spent. If I had an option I will have denied my order and asked for a refund. I have ordered from other locations and was pleased, so I know the quality could be better.

I just received this as a gift and from the second I opens the plastic the smell of bad fruit was overwhelming it smelt like cheap liquor! All the chocolate that was supposed to be on the fruit was in the bottom of the bag melted and we all know these arrangements are not cheap so why did I receive bad fruit this is so upsetting!! I have received edible arrangements for years and never had an issue it much just be the Ormond beach Florida location!! So sad

Wish they had more locations and delivered outside of Ormond Beach apparently they dont .

Ordered a week in advance for Mother’s Day for my best friend. The product came out beautifully. I gave 4 stars because the Mother’s Day balloon wasn’t attached, and I had to call the next morning about it. They (customer service for this location) did however provide the refund immediately (they ran out, which I felt should’ve been communicated before me calling. Said they had a list of people to call but took care of me then and there since I called them). Overall, we were happy! I’d recommend this location.

This is not the first issue Ive had with this location. About a year ago our office was sent a basket from another company. When we received it the fruit was all old, slimy and wilting already. Someone in the office called to let them know that it was old and they insisted that its so weird because they made it fresh that morning. Finally they agreed to replace it and the fruit was much better. Despite this, I placed an order for a thank you basket for an event my team was having. I searched the basket choices online and decided on the blue since it was my team color. When I picked up the basket, it was green. I told them I ordered the blue basket and their response was corporate changed it awhile ago and we dont have blue anymore. The employee didnt apologize or ask if Id like a different basket, was basically like thats what we have enjoy your $100+ order. I was running right to the event and had already paid for the basket so I took it. I had no time to stop anywhere else. I emailed corporate and asked why they are selling blue baskets if they dont even have them anymore and explained the situation and received a nice auto generated email. I left a negative review on their website, but apparently they only show the positive reviews. Also, the color drizzle that I paid to have added to the chocolate dipped strawberries looked like a child did it. Nothing like the professional photo of it online. It was all sloppy. I could have done a better job myself. I will never order from the Ormond Beach location again.

I ordered my uncle a fruit arrangement and had it sent to the hospital. He didn’t even want to eat it because the fruit was so hard and tasteless. I will never order from this location again!!!

Ambrosia was very helpful in getting our client Valentines gifts ordered and delivered. Our clients loved the chocolate covered fruit. Love that they wont just leave it at the door when delivered and check with you about options for delivery if client is not home. Look forward to working with them next year.

Edible Arrangements did an amazing job! My grandfather is a little deaf and didnt hear the delivery driver ringing the doorbell. The driver called my mom (the recipient of the order) and found out she was at work and not at home. He drove the delivery to her work instead of leaving it on the porch in the florida heat! So thankful for the driver going above and beyond!

My first experience with edible arrangements and sadly will be the last. I order some chocolate strawberries to get delivered to my girlfriends work with a personalized message that I made sure would make it special. The strawberries were just like on the website, at this point all seemed fine until my I was told by my girlfriend that she got no message on it. We looked everywhere and no where to be found. I call the customer care center, was on the phone for 35 minutes with no answer. I decided to call the Ormond Beach store to let them know that my message had not been delivered and it meant a lot for it to be there. Before I could finish speaking to the lady, she hangs up on me responding: uh huh, uh huh. Extremely unprofessional. I decided to give this a chance, but can certainly say that from now on, Ill stick to the old fashion roses and chocolates.

Fruit arrangements delivered today for mothers day it was delicious and there was gourmet popcorn with it that was outstanding. I would recommend them 100%. Thank you

I ordered something online as a birthday gift for my mother-in-law. Before I placed the order I had a question, so I tried to call the local store in Boca Raton, Florida. The line answered but it was only an answering machine and when you tried to leave a message it said the voicemail box was full. I tried on numerous occasions to contact them, but to no avail. So I went ahead and placed my order assuming all would be fine, because I have a local store up here in Ormond Beach, Florida and I’ve never had a problem with them (although I’ve never tried calling them or having them deliver, I’ve always walked in). I received a confirmation email so assumed all was well. I spoke with my mother-in-law and she never received her gift. I tried tracking the order and the only thing that came up was order received by store. Tried again calling the local store and the same thing happened. I called the 877 number and Georgia and that was also just a recording that kept me on hold for 45 minutes, and who knows how much longer if I didn’t finally hang up. I sent two emails and have had no reply back. So, because of not being able to get in touch with anyone and having my credit card account charged, I’ve had to file a claim against them. I’ve never dealt with such terrible business practices before in my life!

I wanted a special gift for the nurses at my moms assisted living facility... I was told head nurse loved fruit... Traveled all over town looking for fruit baskets... Finally looked on the internet and saw this place... I walked in and they had an arrangement made up in the refrigerator... It was a little more than I planned on spending... But ill tell ya.. The whole nursing staff stuffed themselves with that thing still had some left... And the smiles on their faces were worth every penny!!! By the way... I dont want to forget to mention, the young lady behind the counter was a pleasure to deal with... I will be a repeat customer!!! Thank you so much!

Very disappointed.... Not the 1st time Ive ordered from here, never Had an Issue in the past. 1st the delivery driver couldnt find the apartment... Then he finds it... Knocks for a few seconds and calls and explains he cant leave it at the doorstep. I explained that my mother works overnights and is asleep.... It would need to be left at the doorstep or with a Neighbor. When she finally came to the door, delivery guy was already gone.He took The arrangement back to the shop where the shop was quick to refund me however you cant fix the fact That my mother never received her gift for mothers day... Shop never said sorry, nor attempted to re deliver The item.... I will never be ordering from edible arrangements again....thanks for making me feel horrible...
