Been in a few times, and the selection is great service is adequate, but relatively high prices mean I usually only go if I need a gift. But I went in with a friend tonight, and Jade was just great! Super knowledgeable and patient, and did a great job multitasking and helping several customers at once, and maintained an upbeat, helpful attitude despite my naive questions. She explained she normally manages the Daytona store, so Ill be making the extra drive from Ormond to see her at that location. Jade definitely earned 6 stars tonight, but on average Id give the Ormond location a 4.

I stopped in here looking for shoulder pain relief. I was impressed by Tara’s knowledge and excellent service. I purchased the CBD cream 500 mg. I probably should have gotten the 1000 mg. The store was very clean and has a large variety of choices. The following day I called and spoke to the CBD specialist. I’m happy to hear they’ll be getting a stronger mg cream in the near future.

Nice place in the prices are decent and good selection of kratom and vape supplies I was looking for. Theres lots of other things there as well. The young lady working there was really nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Ive been there a couple of times and Ill definitely keep going back for my supplies.

They don’t provide good customer service when there is product failure.I spoke to several people even a manager and they wouldn’t replace my non functioning device.I offered to spend double what the unit I had cost.Definitely a lack of ownership leadership

Best place around the area to get what you need. Never had a problem till yesterday. Whom ever the guy was working was very short and told me, sorry sir, that is all we have, and wouldnt answer any questions. Then when i went to the woman to find out if the south Daytona store had any. She found me what i was looking for. Owner opened the door just as we were about to walk in. He snuffed his cigarette out just outside the door on the window frame and turned right back inside without holding the door or say hello. Once inside,the man behind the counter was clearly more interested in his internet than potential customers. We didnt purchase anything

If you leave the store and your vape or device doesn’t work as soon as you walk out the door they will not do anything for you. No money, no replacement, nothing!

It was a little pricey, but has a better selection than most in town.

Derek is very friendly and hospitable. they have a solid selection of good juice lines. I Recommend the blue raspberry salt water taffy.

I love both of these locations for sure. Had one problem quite some time ago and the owner had seen me in there before and he went above and beyond to make it right and keep my business. For that I will forever be loyal. Great selection of pipes and vapes. The kratom and CBD assortment are among the best in town and their prices are killer (especially on kratom!). Tara has always taken stellar care of me and Im sure if you give her the chance to, she will do the same for you.

Derrick was absolutely amazing. I bought my first vape to stop smoking and he really helped me through the entire process, helped me find something for my needs, explaining to me what kind of juices are for what and he even showed me how to put it together!! Purchased an authentic helix steam roller here that I love, but the juul pods were fake. They have the real ones on display but the ones sold show the pods horizontal on the box and leak. Don’t understand how they display one then sell a different one that’s not real.

Sorry as all get out! Im out of town tourist and was needing a battery as I bought a knock off smok device on e bay and my old battery and old device stop working. They dont sell batteries? I never heard of a vape (smoke) shop that carries batteries, especially with a drawer full of them, dont sell them. Plus a mod you can get anywhere else, well at least online for around $30, they want $80 and somebody posting cheapest around? They really on that dope!!!

Called to ask if they had coils, he answered with “HELLO?”, i asked if they had a certain coil for my vape, he just says “Yes.”, so I ask if he has a certain resistance coil, he says “YES WE HAVE THE COIL”. Ok... I ask him how much they are, he says “I don’t know, call back in 5 minutes i’m busy”, then hangs up. Real sweetheart.

First purchase was the Yocan Evolve Plus, arguably the best extract pen. My second purchase was the Pax 2 which Im pretty sure is ranked the very best flower vape. The iPhone of vapes if you will. 3rd purchase was another Evolve Plus for a client gift. 4th purchase, the Dr. Dabber Boost eRig; wow! All are excellent products at very reasonable prices. In fact you would have a difficult time finding these items online for less. Buy local and support local businesses. They have the droids you are looking for!
