This business is customer oriented, we are a senior couple who are not computer savvy, however we were treated with respect, Corey made us feel valued, he explained and answered our questions and concerns and didn’t pressure us. All the employees were friendly and helpful. We will be customers for life.

Julian was able to calm our fears & managed to schedule 5 Star same day service! We run a small business & could not afford to be down over the weekend. Bryan came to our rescue . He was prompt, professional, courteous, efficient & highly experienced. He followed through with complete test runs & was extremely knowledgeable in answering ALL our questions. Dropped off my PC after my graphics card died to get a diagnostic and confirm that was the only problem. Quick service, and great advice that was helpful and respectful. Thanks to Dan for helping me figure out the problem, and reccomending a replacement that will both upgrade my build and not break the bank. Great service, and if my PC breaks again, Ill know where to go!

We walked into JNR last Friday 8/4/17 and was greeted by Dan Hicks. Our computer was damaged by a power surge that was strong enough to destroy the surge protector. Dan diagnosed the power supply was burned out and within a half hour he replaced it. He made sure the computer was back working and we were on our way.....What a pleasant experience!! I called in for a simple price quote. The gentleman that answered the phone not only gave me a fairly reasonable price but also answered all of my million questions. I have an iMac and MacBook Pro. He sat on the phone and went over both computer issues with me and gave me his best advice! He was up front and honest, one of my computers based off of the info I gave him he said it might not be worth the repair which goes to show that these guys care about their customers and not just making money!! I don’t have the funds to repair the computer now but as soon as I do I will go to Jay and our computers above anywhere else purely based off of that phone call!!!

Couldnt figure out why my pc was not booting took it to JNR and they fixed it quickly. No complaints, nice people.

$49 fee for them to telle whether the data can be recovered or not? Whats to say they wont take the $49 and just say no? Thats free money all day.

Great place to bring your computer. I have been there a couple times, and have had great experiences each time. They are fast and reliable. Store is easy to find. I highly recomend them to anyone who has any sort of computer problems. Thanks JNR Computers!
