No COVID-19 protocols were in place when we visited other than the staff wearing masks. Most of the items we were seeking were in stock. The person at the checkout register was informative and friendly.

Crock pot $25 Bella Brand. Not overly excited but I needed it and didnt feel like going to Walmarts. Thats whats good about Big Lots!

Liked it. I got a really awesome affordable deal on an adorable and absorbent bath rug. Yay. Score. I also took a quick look at the furniture section and saw more than a few items I was interested in. The wonderful young lady that checked out my order was delightful, she even signed me up for rewards and future discounts. I will be back for sure!

Its an older store. Not as clean as some of the others. Seems outdated. Simple Renovation would make the shopping experience better. Deals are the same as other stores.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Good place to go for odds and ends - shampoo and such. Bought some dish towels yesterday and went back today for more. Havent washed them yet but they look really nice.

I bought a reclining sofa and the delivery guys ripped the corners bringing it in. I called the store and was sent a replacement which was also broken by the delivery guys. I went to the store and upgraded to a more expensive one, I payed the difference and Im still waiting for exchange. Its been 2 weeks, 3 delivery dates promised, a complain with customer service who told me a district manager would call me in 24-48 hours. 96 hours have passed, no call! I have even made a payment as I bought them through credit. DONT BUY FURNITURE HERE, ITS A NIGHTMARE!!!

A very nice alternative to other stores when looking for certain items at a better price. They offer discounts to many essential groups. I stopped there today on my way home from work and my better half greatly appreciated the items I bought at a great price. Ill be back.

Ive bought a set of furniture from this place and its not all that old about 2 years and its falling apart, the recliner is gone as I had to throw it away, I am so disappointed, in the quality of the furniture. This place changes outrageous interest as well I will never use this place again and it was the store located in Cocoa Florida, no this store. The Ormond Beach big lots ... very helpful..

Compared the store on E. Colonial (Orlando) which I give 5 stars because they have 3x the space and much more of a selection. What little this store offers is crammed in a small space and the AC barely works the last few times I stopped in. It is cooler than outside but humid as hell.

Dependable big lots selection and pricing but theyve got the same inventory shortages as everyone else on cleaning supplies.

We love Big Lots. Love the things they sell and lower prices. They just need dog treats for the furry guests for free at the check out !!!

Terrible!! Always a problem with their rewards coupon! You become an inconvenience because they dont want to try and correct it. Its much easier to try and find fault with you using it. (Everything with coupon was 100% accurate) Customer service/care means nothing today!!

It took 3 people before someone, definitely against their will based on all the sarcastic remarks, helped me find what they were showing on their website to have more than 30 in stock because they were still in the back.

Not organized. Need some cleaning. Minimum associates if any around to assist. Not much variety. Disappointed

The staff was just very slow and on top of that not particularly friendly. Out of stock on many pieces of furniture and inventory in the computer throughout the county apparently is mis-tracked as an associate assured me other area stores had what I wanted, but actually upon calling did not.

Big Lots is a great go-to place for certain items even less expensive than Walmart. Additionally they have items that can only be purchased there such as jellies and jams, sauces, cookies, etc.

We live close to Big Lots and we are always able to pick up almost anything needed in a short period of time. The prices are always great and the help are always more than willing to help you. Location is good with plenty of parking and easy to access.

Was on the quest for an 18 doll bed. Found 1of 3 on the top shelf. I turned around to ask someone to help and 3 people offered. Love how strangers are willing to help. Hope it is not just Christmas time. If your a Keurig coffee pod drinker you would love their sale. 42 pods for $15.00. I picked Donut Shop Blend. Lots of fun flavors and strengths. Fun selection of wrapping paper too.

I liked this place because first of all is its location. The second reason is that this business has low prices on almost everything. The only reason it doesnt get 5 stars from this guy is because of the quality of the furniture. Prices are great though, cant argue with that.

This store is a tad bit chaotic in my opinion however it has a lot of good stuff in it. They do have an employee who is not very friendly. She barely speaks back when you speak to her and she doesnt seem to keen on wanting to help but other than that. Its a pretty cool store.

Typical Big Lots store with medium range prices, many discounted items and some clearance shelfs. Almost clean, few items on the floor. It wasnt easy to find somebody to help you. Parking lot was dirty, look around, when you walk through. Easy access from Nova Road and West Granada Blvd.

I absolutely love the big lots in Ormond Beach. The employees are so helpful and friendly! Tracie in the furniture department knows what shes doing and is extremely helpful!

Both employee of the furniture Dept was very helpful they ran a application for me for credit she took he time listening to me needs gave me suggestions and all the different furniture that they had and help me pick out a rug for my new living room she didnt rush me she took her time even though the store was full of customers she was multitasking and still came back today I carried out about the the male employee that works at the furniture store help me put everything in my truck without waiting I had a great experience..

Big Lots is great for many things and I send many of my customers here before the big box stores. While they may not always have what you are looking for, if you go with nothing in mind, you always find something. Great place especially for bedding and small appliances.

The store is kind of set up like a rummage sale. Everything is thrown on the different shells and its kind of hard to find any particular thing youre looking for. But if you enjoy rummage sales youre going to love this place!

Gd variety. Have found MULTIPLE products that i like better than those offered at more up-scale stores. Keep going back for many products at greater value.

More expensive than I thought

Not a favorite place for anything, but a good stop for the occasional.bargain. Watch the sales circulars In print or on line and you can find a good deal from time to time. But be careful: it is way too easy to think you are getting a bargain simply because you are shopping here, and you wind up paying more and getting less. Shoppers can be very careless and thoughtless. Dont be one of them. Just because it is here doesnt make it a good buy.

I shop for certain things and they dont always have what I want. Its a great store. Big assortment of items you wouldnt find in regular grocery stores. Indian sauces, Asian foods, Mexican foods, pasta. I like the assortment of items.

They used to be priced well but found now if you know pricing pretty well they get you by overpricing many items. Some things can be good but too few to shop regularly.

This store is pretty organized and not as cluttered as some. Staff is friendly and open additional registers when they see a line forming.

We went into big lots for a quick stop to pick up snacks for movie night. There were no cashiers at the front end at all. Donna came from the floor came over to the register we were waiting at looked at us and walked away. She then wandered over to the customer service register and started waiting on customers over in that area. Very rude over all and disappointed in the visit.
