This one is hard to rate. First visit would have been a 5 star. Very helpful, shown lots of options. Unfortunately Covid. So didnt get written down. Went again, different person. Told to pick from 3. You have to pick this one, this is what everyone picks. If that appeals to you read this as a 5 star rating. They do good work and came highly recommended. I found something somewhere else that I am excited about.

About three years ago I had Sago Services install a frameless glass shower door. They did a great job. Recently I noticed it was making a clicking sound, which was quite annoying. I called them and the receptionist, Serenity, immediately set up a service call and Marty, came over today and fixed the issue very quickly. I offered to pay him and he said “no charge”. Dealing with this company has been a pleasure. Would highly recommend them.

Came and looked at what we needed and never called back with estimate. Can’t even get through to ask about it-number is always busy.

I highly recommend you DO NOT use this company, unless you don’t have a deadline and don’t mind waiting months for it to be completed, then being disappointed during and at the end of the project.Let me start off with how my shower is stunning. Is there anything wrong with it, absolutely not. But... is it what I asked for, no it’s not. Two issues. They may be small but when you pay a large amount of money for something, should it be the way you ask for or something you love?! YES! It should be.To say I’m so disappointed with this company would be an understatement. I was told 2 weeks til completion date (14days)-it took a total from the start day to the final install day, today, 60 DAYS! From 14 to 60!!!At approximately 2.5 weeks I had to contact them on the status. I was not kept in the loop regarding anything. I can understand a delay due to manufacturing, but when I need to call 3 separate times on 3 separate days leaving my number with the employee each time, is ridiculous just to get a status update. Then issues upon issues, wrong size pieces needing to be remade and cosmetic changes needed to make the shower workable, again needed to call for updates because they didn’t keep me posted. Then on the final day, instal day, there was another small cosmetic issue, something as simple as a towel bar. Not what I asked for. I mean think about it. You’re paying so much for something that you hope will be your vision and it take WAYYYY longer than mentioned, a struggle to get information, then small cosmetic wrongs. I’m just disappointed. So yeah. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!

I called Sago Services and they sent out a repair person, Casey, to fix my frame-less shower door that wasnt closing squarely. I was expecting to spend $100s of dollars (or more) for a new frame, or even worse a whole new door. Casey removed the rubber gasket on the bottom and trimmed off a tiny piece that was catching on the tile, preventing the door from fully closing and it was fixed. Then she said, No charge, sir. Wow! What a great and HONEST company! Two thumbs up! ↑↑

Horrible customer service. No greeting. No eye contact. It seemed like I was being an inconvenience. No tape measure!?! Unable to give estimate for a simple mirror. I will not return & will gladly go out of my way to give someone else my business.

Great service and work! They did a frameless shower door, pricing was about the same and they are local so we went with them. About a year later there was a slight shift in the glass and they came out the next day and adjusted it for free! Thats A+ serivce in my book! Tried to post a photo but doesnt seem to be working.

Had a custom glass shower door installed in March. Leaks where door and stationary glass meet. Told they would be out to fix, as a small plastic part was not installed. Have called over past few months and were told they would be out. Yesterday, they said they would try to get out as they were in our city. Well, been months and they still have not come back to install the part they missed on original installation. Appears they have our money, so they wont come fix their mistake.

We upgraded our shower with a new door from Sago. We got three estimates and put our faith in Sago Glass based on them being local, price and being most knowledgeable. Marty brought a laser level and made accurate measurements for the estimate. The door was manufactured and installed by Marty and Steve a few days before the estimated date. Absolutely perfect and professional installation. Looks great! Very pleased with Sago Glass.

Had appointment scheduled and when they did not show up we called and the office lady said she was too busy to make it out to our home. Would not recommend.

Nice people. Good quality work. Would have been more appealing if I didn’t have to ask for them to wrap the big piece of glass I ordered or if they at least just asked so I didn’t have to. But that wasn’t a big deal. solid business.

Ive used Sago Services twice now for custom glass pieces to protect our furniture and to repair a cracked mirrored drawer. Their prices are very reasonable and the turnaround time was SUPER fast. They even delivered one of my larger orders at no cost. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Sago was recommended to us by two contractors who both raved about their service. However, the gentleman who answers the phone is very unfriendly and the girl who measured our job never followed up with a quote or responded to my email or voice mail. Very poor service and very unresponsive.

Very bad service when ordering mirrors for a customer of mine. Got a quote from a guy and then they raised it when I went to order two weeks out. On top of ordering the mirror I was ordering a second one that is smaller then the one I originally ordered and it was more. Wont go back there or do business with them again. I would advise that you stay away!
