Ive owned Stihl for years. New gas blower works great. It starts right up. If you buy Stihl oil you get a better warranty. They explain everything at sales desk while you fill out registration online w their computer.....

The employees are so,so helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely awesome..The prices are so great,theres no reason to shop anywhere else ( unless you need clothes)

Didnt feel safe here because no customers and only one employee was wearing a mask during the pandemic.

This is a wonderful hometown hardware store, I love shopping here because its not overwhelming and impersonal, there is always someone to assist if needed. Excellent selection of items, I can happily browse while my husband shops for building supplies and guy stuff. And this is one of the few places that you can actually buy specific bolts, nuts and screws buy the piece, and they are in stock. They have so much here, dont think because its a relatively small store its lacking in selection, its quite the opposite.

They refuse to cut keys unless you purchase in store. Ace sure has changed since I used to work there, we used to help customers to the best of our ability. Now you’re just a smaller version of Home Depot with worst prices & selection. This store has lost a good customer.

Ace is awesome but make sure you sign up for rewards and get your $5.00 coupons cause good help doesnt come cheap.

Buy 2 ac filters, get 1 free. Had $5 coupon. Got all 3 for $5.31.

I needed ac filters and I buy them by the case. Had to wait for someone to get them down from the shelf, one at a time and then the cashier made me feel like a thief, as she walked around the checkout counter, checked all the SKU on the filters, then counted them. I like ordering online better, but apparently their system doesnt work well.

Love my Ormond Ace Hardware. Just minutes from my home. Always someone nearby if I need help. Cashier was pleasant as usual!

Dont open till 9 when every other Ace in the Daytona and Holly Hill areas open at 8. If you want to get stuff done early and enjoy the rest of your day go to another store. Cashier that was outside told me I was wrong that they all open at 9 on Sundays

Ive never been to an Ace Hardware before. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and it really have me small town hardware store vibes, like the kinds one might see in movies or read about in books. Ive only ever been to the likes of Lowes and Home Depot, and Ace really seems to fill a niche with its charming, quaint atmosphere. A wonderful store!

I been going to Ormond Ace Hardware since 1967 I know there’s was a prior owner which was excellent and then they sold to the owners now which is grown the hardware they had to move from the little location they were at to a bigger store and now they need a bigger store in my opinion but their M help is excellent and they usually have what I need only very few times I found out they didn’t carry it but like I said the help in there we’ll go out either way define what you need.

My favorite hometown hardware store. They have helpful employees and I have always been asked everytime Ive shopped there if I need help finding something.

This place has always been 5 stars until this past Sunday when I arrived at 4:58 and they were locked up. I asked the guy headed towards his car how can you lock up before your posted hours and he could careless about what I needed so urgently. I went to Lowes to get the product and fixed the issue at my house. I dont plan on spending any more money at Ace, the 7 years of loyalty went out the front door at 4:58. Ill probably try and go every Sunday and make sure he leaves late!

They consistently give good service and advice. Probably not as inexpensive as Lowes or Home Depot but they are much closer to home and are dependable. Its nice to have an Ace close by! Go and see for yourself.

Clean & well organized. On requesting item by description without my knowledge of proper name, Ace employee understood & directed me to its location. Prefer Ace as 1st stop prior to the larger competitor. They will have future business from me.

Here at 11am Lexi on day shift rude when checking out and returning items. Gave attitude when I was already upset after wasting my time buying some trimmers. Put herself in a situation that requires customer care and gave attitude. Guess they hire anyone there. Also good to know you give other guests the same service if I wasnt the only one picked out of returns that day.Ace is great. Get cashiers that can handle people without giving attitude.

This place really has everything you’ll need; packed into a very small building.

Very disappointed in my visit to the Ormond Beach Ace Hardware today. There is a sign on the door stating that masks are required to enter. No problem. I put my mask on and walk in to see that none of the employees are wearing them. The ones that had them on had yhem pulled down around their neck.I walk in and the first guy in the door asks what Im looking for and I told him I needed a belt for my mower. He sends me to the back of the store. I get back to the counter and nobody is there. I sit there listening to someone have a conversation on the other side of the wall. Finally the guy from the front comes back and says he will get someone for me. This guy comes around the corner, no mask on, and I tell him what I need. Instead of trying to do some research, he says that he needs to know the size. The Ace i used to go to in Tennessee would have had some kind of cross reference tool. I felt like asking him to look it up for me on Google would have been an inconvenience and I was keeping him from finishing his conversation.Cone on Ace, you can do better than this! Get it together. And wear your masks!!!

I never know where to find anything in here. Probably because I dont know about what is hardware . I check their ads and then go there. The associates are great with people like me. They always know where my stuff is in their store. I needed one more $3.00 stocking stuffer and they checked other stores for me without me asking. Worked great for me. Love this store.

Pretty busy location, but the staff was still attentive and helpful. I also had an in store pick up, along with my purchase, and again they got it to me right away with no issues.

Great selection at great prices. Got a DeWalt drill bit set and there was a good selection of sets and singles.

Saturday Feb 6, 2021 I pulled into the handicapped space on the side of the business only to find the side door was bolted shut. I had to return to my car and put my wheelchair back in. I will NEVER shop at this location again.

Got to be careful about the advice you get Ive been given parts that do not work so just be wise also they did a great job on my screen repair and usually have everything I need except theyre very expensive...

I love shopping at Ormond Ace Hardware. As soon as I walk in the door Im greeted and personally show where the item is. I have never gone there that I didnt find exactly what I wanted. Also they have the best selection of spray paint in the area a paint dept salesman at a paint store told me and it is true found the exact color I had been looking for. Ive gone at times to the big box stores and if I have a question it takes forever to find someone to help me. Not at Ace, you are in and out with the item you wanted so quick. Love it. My time is valuable too.

This is a terrific hardware store. The staff are friendly and helpful . They have helped me several times to find the correct tool. They mixed a matching color of paint for me to complete a project. Made keys for me, etc. They also give advice about many projects. Great folks!!

This is the best Ace hardware in the area, so it gets 5 stars. If you need help there is usually a friendly and helpful employee within shouting distance. Dont hesitate to ask questions, plentiful employees eager to help are one of the few advantages ACE has over some other chain hardware stores.
