Best sugar pecans ever! Cant stop eating them. Friendly and helpful clerk. Shelves were a bit empty, but I assume its pandemic related.

2-1-2020Normal exit ramp stop. Prices were a bit crazy on the fireworks you can get cheaper. Place was clean thou people were friendly. Had a few off the wall things like moonshine pickles which i would have got if it was not 10 bucks. Some what looks like home made ciders again over priced in my book. Fruit looked fresh and they had free samples.

Easy to see and get to from the road. The store and the restroom were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It wasnt very crowded, but the patrons were all nice people. Some more masks, some didnt. There was not a stock of citrus fruit at this point in time, but there was a lot of pecans. The parking lot is very large. Right now theres a little construction going on, but you can still get in and out with no problem. Its right at I-95, easy access. Next time Im down there I will stop in again. There was some T-shirts and things for sale that were pretty interesting.

Neat place to stop off and look for souvenirs and other snacks and food stuffs to bring on your travels, including oranges, tangerines, different covered pecans and peanuts. They also have gasoline pumps, convenience store stuff, and a decent selection of fireworks. The guy was helpful, but the employees seem a little disorganized. They were friendly though so it didnt bother me too much. I stop by these places anytime Im driving along the interstate. Good place to stop and stretch your legs, and they have clean bathrooms

When we came in we were met with great customer service. They were very friendly and helpful. Praline pecans are awesome. Overall cool place!

Good fruit and helpful staff

The fruit was delicious. Also the owner showed us allot of Love.Dont be fooled by the way the oranges, tangerines and grapefruits looks from the outside. But the inside is delicious.

The guy working was very nice but this place lacks in inventory. Gas pumps are shabby, no paper towels, restrooms could use to be condemned. CDC Poster for what NOT to do. Cleanliness here is obviously not important. Will not return.

Gas ⛽ pumps are about the only things Id recommend utilizing here. The Crock-Pots which hold the boiled peanuts 🥜 are filthy. Both male and female bathrooms are completely disgusting...

Fun little place with good deals on fruit and souvenirs

Great fruit (the honey tangerines are amazing) and a good selection of pecans. The sweet glazed are outstanding! Billy gave excellent customer service. I forgot my debit card when I cashed out and attempted to find me on Facebook and kept it safe for me until the next day. Much appreciated!

Interesting place, fruit, jams, wines, collectibles, fireworks etc. Pretty high prices. But at least the owner/guy running the place isnt a mask-tard !!

Had to stop to let th kids use the bathroom. The bathrooms were nasty and I really didnt want to go in but we had to. Wasnt greeted

Stopped in on my way home from Disney with my 7 year old son to try to ship fruit up to the in-laws in Maine and the fellow who helped us was absolutely fantastic! Genuine, caring, funny, and helpful - we put together wonderful packages and he took care of everything for us. Even gave my boy his first gigantic swirly lollypop to enjoy during the rest of the ride. Good people. Great produce and baked goods. Best orange shop Ive ever visited and I was raised in the area!

Nice guy but he sold me 4- 8 oz bags of pecans and a bag of seedy dry tangerines and a bag of tasteless oranges for $50I learnt my lesson and will go to the fruit stand next to him next time.Taste the oranges before you buy and don’t trust his math

Dont buy fruit here. I was sold Florida oranges here to bring as a gift for friends. When we opened the bag, the oranges had Mexico stickers. Also, we were told the oranges were picked that day, but they were all dried out and bad. Terrible and embarrassing for Florida tourism.

I stopped there on my way back from a winter-break FL vacation, tried the samples they have in store and they were the sweetest oranges I have ever tasted. So, I purchased in total a bushel of various varieties of citrus. After returning home, I opened the bags that I purchased and they were full of greenish, tasteless oranges! I called the store and complained about the quality of the oranges that were prepacked into the bags and the gentleman who answered the phone (his name was Billy) was very courteous and offered to send me a box of top quality oranges in mail and a check of a partial refund. A week later I received the oranges, which were high quality this time, and the check with partial refund. I recommend this store for their top quality oranges and for the excellent customer service, but to save yourself the hassle, make sure you pack your citrus bags yourself with ripe oranges to avoid the green ones I initially got.

I didnt go to Citrus World, I went to the Waffle House next door.

If I could give 0 star, I would. They let you sample the good ones and sell you terrible ones. The oranges are dry and sour, the worst I have ever had. And price is terribly high. They simply rob the passing by visitors. Terrible people. Dont go there!

Samples were very sweet but fruit sold was dry and horrible. They act like they are giving you a great deal, but in fact are selling from the bottom of the barrel. Would not recommend!!!

The special bargain bag of navel oranges we bought a few days ago is filled with inedible, dried-up pieces of trash! Out of the 1/2 bushel that we paid $19.95 for, there are about 8 oranges that feel heavy enough to have juice inside! I called the gentleman who sold them to us and he said he would return our payment. Well see...I called the Florida Dept of Ag to complain and was told that there are no inspections for individual private stands like this one. I know farming can be a tough living, but honest people dont let this kind of product go at any price and the Florida is facilitating unethical business practices by not having any inspection routine except when fruit is shipped out of state.

THIS was the worst citrus I have ever bought anywhere...If this is an example of Florida Citrus...the Growers Association should do something about the LYING the owners do. They claimed the fruit was picked the day I bought it...it was old, tasteless, and expensive. The guy outside on crutches promises the sweetest fruit...MNP WAY ....WHAT A RIP OFF!DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

The bag of oranges that we purchased here for $14.99 was rotten and have been frozen. The orange that he had on display must’ve came from somewhere else. Don’t buy from these people because when you get home you can’t eat the stuff

We bought a bag of navels and didn’t have any issues when we started eating them in the RV and even home in PA. You do have to be careful with roadside stands such as these right off the highway, but if you’re cautious with what you’re buying you are less likely to get scammed or duped.

Nice place to buy oranges

We stopped on our way home, first place we saw on the highway. We spent a fortune on oranges and grapefruit to share with family and friends and so far every one has been a disappointment. Most of the oranges show signs of being frozen. Grapefruit are small and not as good as the ones I buy at the grocery store up north. We must have had stupid written all over our car when we pulled in. We really got cheated.

A very dumpy place. Good fruit but staff will try to way overcharge. Sign says 1 dollar a bag. Charged us $16 for 1/4 a bushel bag. A fellow at the next fruit place said they are known for that.

It’s a little expensive but that’s to be expected BUT the quality of the food is amazing. You get what you pay for and the employees were very friendly. Definatly going back for more

Like another poster here, on 1/31/16, saw the sign for $1:799 cash or credit, put in my credit card, and was charged $2:049. The higher price was posted on the pump but way down low and I didnt see it until I was finished.Also, bought an 8 oz bag of unsalted roasted pecans and was charged $10. That works out to $20/lb.Place is a ripoff.
