Starting in February when we met Cliff we knew we were in good hands. I had already built a pool years ago and had a idea what we wanted. But there were things that we werent sure of and Cliff helped greatly. One thing he told my wife and me were nothing locked in on your decision until your ready and you know for sure, he kept his word. The staff like Dan went over everything before they started my beautiful pool and owner were nothing but nice to discuss any matter that we wanted or needed to know. Good company good people.

We hired Cm custom pools to build our pool for us. They did quality work. Everyone professional and helpful. The pool surpassed our expectations. They completed the job ahead of schedule. Their pricing is competitive without sacrificing quality. Thank you to the entire staff for answering our questions and always being there for us.

Just want to thank Coby, Kris, and Chris for such an excellent experience remodeling our pool. I did my research before choosing the company for the job and from the onset they made everything right. No pool remodel job is going to go 100 percent smooth and there are always unforeseen issues. Coby was always accessible and made sure that my 100 percent satisfaction was his priority. Even when I didnt consider how removing the screen/aluminum would impact the job, the guys made sure that nothing was done incorrectly. In fact, when we had to put in new load bearing posts for the roof, which was not in the original estimate, they didnt even send me a bill for the additional time and materials. Again, thank you everyone at CM Pools!

I cannot begin to express how wonderful CM Custom has been in designing, installing and now caring for our pool. We were dismayed at first when it was taking longer than hoped for (Jason was honest and said 6 month time frame), but honestly, the real hold up was only with permitting. Once permits were approved, they really knocked it out! Jason, Dan, David, and Will have all been amazing! We started to compare ourselves to another pool that broke ground about 2 weeks before ours did and feel sad, but that pool is still being worked on (half the size of ours) while we are already swimming in ours! The whole team is amazing and you cant go wrong signing with CM Custom! I completely recommend them! We LOVE our CM POOL!

Having CM Custom pool Design as my monthly pool maintenance Company is the best decision I ever made. They are absolutely efficient and so reliable. They go above and beyond to do the best for their clients. Since I became their customer, my pool looks so much cleaner and they have fixed so many problems I had in the past. I like that they leave an invoice letting me know what was done at each visit including the chemical numbers. I actually had a neighbor comment to me just a few days ago how she always sees my “pool guy” every Thursday cleaning my pool. She said, “ He really does clean that pool for sure. He works at it and it’s impressive. If I had a pool I would hire him right away”. I would highly recommend this Company to everyone. I thank God my friend Heidi referred them to me.

We have had CM Pool Designs for many years. He redid our pool in The Trails, did a beautiful job refinishing pool, installed pavers on pool deck. At that time they did not offer monthly pool service So we hired several other local companies to care for the pool, all of which were terrible. We had a black bottom pool with salt water filtering system installed by C.M., finally after much aggravation with other local pool services C.M. finally agreed to send someone monthly. Truthfully, we wouldn’t have anyone else. Since then we moved, new owners didn’t want to use C.M., funny they are now!At our new place we had our pool redone and continue monthly service with C.M. The reason we stay with C.M., I watched others we hired as they did nothing, pool was deteriorating; C.M. has always answered our calls, sent someone out immediately to check on a potential problem, is honest, gives good advice and does a great job.We just wouldn’t have anyone else after some 10-15 years experience with them.

CM went above and beyond for us to meet an impossible deadline given by the finance company....they not only met the deadline but did so without cutting corners and maintaining high quality work standards. They are by far the best pool company in town. I recommend them 100% to anyone wanting a pool. During the design process Jason listen to our needs and made our dream a reality. During the construction process Dan went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was going to happen and when.... always keeping in mind our crazy deadline.

I cannot say enough about my experience this week. We are purchasing a house with a pool. I have always wanted a pool, never have had one, and am clueless about how they work. From my first phone call to the company, to David who inspected the property today....professional, pleasant, kind, knowledgeable, patiently answered my many questions.....all were great. Will definitely be using them to service the pool as well as tell everyone how good they are.

Wasnt a client but the owner went out the way to make sure my daughter and i wasnt stuck in the heat. He helped me get back in my vehicle he didnt know me for adam or eve but it didnt matter i was a human being that needed help for thirty minutes in the Florida heat he didnt stop till he achieved the goal in helping us get back in our vehicle. With that being said if he can go out the way to assist us i definitely know he does an excellent job in pool design he doesnt stop to the goal is achieved thank you.

There own workers are great but the sub contractors they use spend more time smoking and talking when one stops work they all stop they did 4 hrs work including lunch

C.M Custom has been our pool service for our outdoor Ormond Beach, FL pool for the last year and a half. They bring the electrically operated vacuum machine each week and do a superior job keeping the pool clean. C.M. has also upgraded our filters and pool pump plumbing for maximum efficiency. Next step is to add an in ground hot tub! The guys are professional and hard working. Very nice family business.

They will be doing a pool, patio, patio cover in the backyard soon. Cliff was our sales representative, he very knowledgable and provided great alternatives to our original design.We will update as the project progresses.

Even though were listed in their serviceable area, they refused to offer any services in the New Smyrna area and wouldnt even offer a recommendation as to who in my area would be able to help me. Its a shame, especially since they came highly recommended.

We recently had a new pool built by C M Custom Pools and are very pleased with the results. Prior to building, we obtained 4 proposals from different pool contractors. C M was not the cheapest proposal nor the most expensive. We chose C M because we liked their ideas and their personnel. Coby and Chris were great to work with. In fact, everyone we met met on their crews were nice, courteous and professional. As with any construction project, expect the unexpected. However, when the unexpected occurred, Coby and his crew worked with us and were able to resolve it. It is obvious that everyone at C M takes pride in their work and it shows! Our pool is absolutely beautiful! We are very happy with C M Custom Pool Designs and could not recommend them more highly.

We cannot thank CM Custom Pool Designs enough. We had Coby build our pool approx 7 years ago and just recently did a major update to our backyard / pool. Everyone at CM Pools have been so friendly and helpful. They always showed up when they said the would. They never made me feel like I was annoying them with all my questions !!!! The WHOLE team at CM Pools have EXCEEDED our EXPECTATIONS!!!!! They have all different services from initial pool installations, to remodels, to building decks and even have a weekly cleaning service available. II could not imagine using anyone other that CM Pool Designs !!!! If you are not using them for all your pool related needs I highly suggest switching to them.

I never dealt with a lazier salesperson. A design that was a joke and no details. Just 2 shadowed thumbnail photos that looked like something he found on the internet that gave no dimensions or detailed pricing. Then got insulted when I called him out on it.

Cant believe this people are in business,the company is absolutely irresponsible and have very bad and pure customer service,newer send me any estimate or proposal for pool job for several days and when i called to find out what is wrong they told me to look for someone else??very professional---stay away from them.
