The website will double charge you for an item, you will email and talk to 6 different people on the phone trying to work it out, and 3 weeks later I still dont have the $160 refund they were supposed to issue me. Just had new tires and brake components purchased and installed at the store. Stuart, Chris & Phil back at the parts counter took excellent care of me and guided me in choosing the right components for my 1998 Road King Classic that look great and saved me $$. Up at the checkout register, when I found a lower price on the tires at a competitor, J&P price matched that best price immediately and without hesitation. You can’t ask for more.Thanks guys!

They have a low stock of everything. I needed handlebar control screws,nope,relay,nope,and a couple other things. Im putting 2 bikes together and forget. They didnt have either at Harley either. However, they did have a lot of what I needed too. Friendly staff,knowledgeable service guys,good place to save on shipping. You can physically go to the store and receive parts! Really! We used to HAVE To go into a store for all purchases...Back in the day (2 yrs ago)

Retailer of stuff that you can buy off Amazon and other online retailers for half price or cheaper. Very poor selections of helmets, accessories. Other stuff seems random. Jackets and shirts - you can literally get a better value from the Harley-Davidson store next door. The whole place is very dark, bring your flashlight. Took 20 minutes to check out 2 people, at least some staff have quite an attitude ... Unless you have an emergency and need an item now and are there, I see absolutely no reason to visit this place.

Really cool place has a lot of options and accessories. Prices are just like any motorcycle store expensive. Did not interact with any of the staff. Place was very neat very clean and well stocked.

Today is my birthday. I took off from work. My daughter and I drove down from Jacksonville. I have wanted to stop here for a while. Took advantage today. Great location. Huge store. First time in a J&P Cycles. I went knowing I might buy new pipes for my 2007 Honda VTX1300R. I ended up ordering some Cobra Speedster Long pipes for the bike. Free shipping to my house. It was a fun time. Id recommend to other riders. Ill probably stop again the next time Im headed to the Cape, Cocoa Beach or Orlando.

Huge! Just stopped in to look for accessories.. and we found some great things for my bike!

So, I ordered a bracket for my new fairing over a month ago...found out a few days ago that they didnt ship it. Then they did ship it, but now they send one from the store and one from the distribution center, and i was charged for both. I now have to worry about making sure I get one returned to them so I can get a refund. Not sure why it is my responsibility to return something that they sent out by mistake and wont refund my money until they get it back...wont be doing this again.

Bought a new front rim for my Harley, opened it up, put it on the balancer and it had a huge flat spot on the lip. I sent it back and bought another one. They took the same rim, removed the inspection tag and sent it back to me. After a phone call my consolation prize is a t-shirt.

So... J&P has parts for a ton of motorcycles...yes they do; HOWEVER....when asked if they can do a headlight install on a Honda CTX700N motorcycle apparently installing that headlight is too complicated for their mechanic. He cited that, there was too much fairing in the way and it was too complicated of an install. We do installs on mostly Harley Davidson motorcycles. WOWIve attached a picture of the motorcycle for you to judge it for yourself. I can literally see the back of the headlight plug housing, but do to medical issues in my hands I cannot perform this simple maintenance myself. Amazing. Ill just take it to my local shop for it services as usual.

Used their online shop but called and Im not sure which location I was in contact with, so Im going to leave a review for all the locations since I cant for their online shop:I am a real customer and a nobody. I placed an order online for a brake line and a couple fittings. When the order arrived there was a component that I couldnt get to fit and I couldnt figure out why so I called... Spoke with a man who looked up my order. I wont give all the details but basically I made a mistake and they fixed it in a way that was not fair for them. So I was treated more than fairly. They deserve at least a great review for treating me so well.Great knowledge, great help, fast shipping, great company in my experience.Thank you to whoever that man was, and to J&P Cycles.Im proud to put your stickers all over my stuff!

I made a call this morning inquiring on a part that I needed but I wasnt quite sure. The staff member that took the call was professional but more forthright with answering all of my questions. I was so satisfied with the answers that I made the hour long trip to the store. Needless to say the staff person at the parts desk was just as helpful. Okay first thing. J&P Cycles stopping the large catalog delivery & Adobe computer version is a mistake.The current website is substandard. Bike week that starts 10-14-2020 was not even on web site. I drove 4.5 hours on 10-12-2020 when I could have waited 3 days and spent a weekend.Sal was great. I was able to drop 5 bills due to his knowledge in a minimum amount of time.Thanks Sal.
