Excellent service. I had about 8 people in front of me with two associates at the counter and the line really went fairly quickly. These folks work really hard. A very pleasant experience to return my 2 items back to Amazon.
We were shipping a family item across country to another family member after my father had passed away. Our in store experience was very good; staff were friendly and helpful. We live a six hour drive away. After we had returned home, I received a call that I needed to pay $160 more to have the item shipped after having already paid $260. The associate who helped me had entered the dimensions incorrectly into the computer, and UPS charges were now that much higher. I could pick up the item and get a full refund, but that was not feasible since we had returned home and did not know anyone in the area. I asked to speak to the manager (Danielle). She contacted the owner, who agreed to split the excess cost. I still probably would have made a different decision had I known at the time (so, I take one star off for the error; really, I would take half a star if that were an option). But the resolution was very fair. It really meant that I paid the shipping and the owner ended up having to cover the labor and supplies to get everything prepared. Kudos to the owner and staff for making things right!
They need more help. They have more business than they can handle. Always a long wait. On one occasion I was returning several packages and they neglected to scan one. The company took 4 months to give me credit for it because it wasn’t scanned. One mistake can be costly. The manager was of no help.They have no Wifi!!! That I think is unbelievable! If you have to check Something before you print it you have to go into the grocery store and do it there, then walk back to ups and wait inline again. That’s crazy

When the line got long due to a complicated customer, they opened another cashier. Then the line moved right along. Friendly and helpful
I have been under the weather so I asked my friend to drop off 3 packages. I had the address written to recipient of all 3 boxes. Written right under the address was a statement to please forward tracking numbers to my email.There was no way they missed the written request. I never received any such email so I called to get them to do it. They needed the phone number and since my did not work I decided to get the physical copies. My friend used his address and phone so I called back and they said they could not look up his number... I told the lady it was on the receipt I had in my hand.... she said well you have the tracking numbers. She was not interested in emailing me the tracking numbers.... so I said i was sorry to bother her. I will NEVER go back to this store.
Horrible service and unhelpful staff who’d rather make pretty boxes than help a line of customers. Tried to have a label printed but their server is garbage and they refused to help me resolve the issue which was theirs to begin with. Several people left after waiting with zero help.
This little store is busy busy! All the associates that I encountered were friendly and get you in and out. I had a notary, printing and was also able to leave the envelope for shipping. Nice to not have to run to multiple places. Recommended!
What a nasty place! I was treated like garbage by one of the store associates because my mail was being returned after paying almost 100 dollars to rent a P.O. Box.and I complained. I got hung up on twice and the woman that works there refused to give me her name and to give me information on my mail. I give it one star, not because they deserve it, but because I had to in order to be able to post this.
Shout out to the ladies and gent working today. The line was long (out the door long) and they moved that line seamlessly without skipping a beat. First time here and definitely not my last. Only complaint would be the parking lot construction.. I know not their fault. The manager did tell me they were told most likely December for it to be finished. Will be back soon. Thanks for the top notch service.

I was very happy with this store until yesterday when i had an Amazon return that weighed less than 3 ounces and the clerk wanted to charge me $19+ to ship back. The original package was sent USPS. She said it may have been because where it was going. It was going to Virginia. I went down the street to another shipping place and the charged me a little over $5 which they said was the rate for USPS First Class which is how it was sent to me. I dont think Ill go back unless I know its a no charge return.
This is an excellent UPS Store, usually busy but, staff is friendly and efficient. Danielle is exceptional and goes the extra mile to ensure a great customer experience.
The place was crowded and they had people moving through like clockwork (very efficient). The young woman who help me figure out how to get the little box so that she could SCAN it was very patient with me (old lady on a smart phone is kind of an oxymoron). She helped 3 other customers at another window while she helped me muddle through my 2 returns. Great!
No matter how long the line is, the ladies here always stay calm and polite and get the line down quickly. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’m glad the young lady gave me the slip inviting me to share my feedback on here because looking at the previous negative reviews I can say they’re just not accurate. Sure, people have bad days but like I said I’ve never had a bad experience and I come in here weekly. Thank you ladies, keep it up!
The service here is FANTASTIC!! The two ladies that were working there yesterday (7/30/20) are such a delight. They were very polite and super helpful.. especially Katie who helped assist me in figuring out the last name of one of my relatives. My great uncle is from Ireland and he has terrible handwriting- I needed some help figuring out his very Irish last name and she was like an encyclopedia!! I was floored! Needless to say we got it figured out and I was very pleased. Those ladies are doing an exceptional job and went above expectation- I will happily continue doing business at this UPS store. 5 stars!!

Saving me the drive to palm coast kohl’s as I would have had no choice since I waited until the last possible day to send back my item. Thanks again Shawn! I went to the Ormond store for an Amazon return. Instructions said no shipping materials needed. I walked into the store and was greeted by a female employee in under a minute. I explained why I was there and showed her my return code to scan. She said I needed to buy an envelope for the return. I showed her where it said the item did not need shipping materials and she said it did. I thanked her and walked out of the store.A day later I walked into the UPS store in S Daytona and showed my scan code and handed the clerk the Amazon return without any shipping materials.I went to the Ormond store about 5 years ago to inquire about a PO Box. The staff at the time were very gruff and acted like I was an inconvenience. Needless to say I did not purchase the PO Box.Prior to moving to FL I had a PO Box at a UPS store in another state. I was a customer for seven years and looked forward to going to pick up Mail as the staff was so friendly. The Ormond store has not given me a welcoming feeling. I will not be returning to the location again.
I come in here all the time for Amazon returns (lowkey shopping addict) and it seems like it’s Maria that helps me every time. She’s super sweet and knowledgeable and I even saw her open the door for an elderly man. You just don’t see that kind of respect anymore. Five Stars ladies!
Provides inaccurate quotes to attract more business. Customer service resources provided by the company as a whole are a joke. Save yourself the time and money - use the post office. Same ETAs, half the price.
I came in here pretty upset with AT&T but the ladies in here were so helpful in doing my return that I left completely calmed down. I noticed that they did Amazon returns too, so I know where Im going to go from now on. Great job ladies! And thank you very much. 👍👍

June 12th 2021. They no longer print return labels from USB, and make you email it, and charge 2.50 for something that should cost 25 cents
My sister came for a visit and left some items with me. I came to the UPS Store in Ormond to send it back to her and I was so delighted by the girl at the counter Alyssa. She saved me the trouble of packing and my package made it to my sister very quickly. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you UPS Store!
Always completely chaotic...and always an issue. Whether no box, not the right box, need shipping label, no you dont. If you need a label extra fee, too busy to print our receipt..and on and on. Its always a stressful process!

My husband and I came in here earlier this week to get a document notarized and the girl refused because there were some handwritten notes. I can understand that but my issue is the way she refused. She was extremely confrontational and had an attitude. I asked for the manager, just to speak about her associate’s behavior but she was snooty and told me she’s not going to be liable for my handwritten notes on the document when that’s not what I was even speaking to her about. My husband told me they were probably having a bad day and to let it go but I came in today to return something and was met with the same attitude! I just don’t think a store that offers professional services should have such unprofessional associates.
Today was the second time I have used this store, and it was because of the service I received on my first visit. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable ..Today was the same. I will continue to use this locations. Thank you.
I gave 2 stars because the first lady we encountered was friendly and professional. After completing documents that had to be notorized I asked if the young lady needed to sanitize the pen I used. She responded We dont have time for that. In the midst of this pandemic there needs to be time! The safety of your customers is important! Then my daughter paid the young lady a compliment and was completely ignored. I will say the last couple of times prior I had much more pleasant experiences.
Those women in there are busy bees. In and out I love it!!!

Great experience every time at this store. Associates are friendly. I drive out of my way to use this location as the ups store close to me has not so nice employees and changed their hours. Worth the extra 20 min drive.
My wife uses UPS for her business address and recently we now have prescription medication and other sensitive mail delivered. I pick up our mail at least five times each week. Staff is always friendly and professional. They have a drop box for USPS mail and are now open on Sundays.
Morgan saved my life with a notary service! I went to the bank and they weren’t helpful at all so the UPS Store was my last hope and I was NOT disappointed. I’m coming here for any office needs from now on. Thank you Morgan!
How does a 16 x 13 x 10 inch box costing $36.80 to ship per online calculator become a 17 x 14 x 11 inch box costing $43.67? By bringing it to this UPS store. The box was a custom cut down and even allowing the possibility of subjectivity.....how does what originated as a 16 x 16 inch box grow to 17 inches in any direction? Having said that, the other dimensions were meticulously measured prior submitting to the online calculator and to arriving at the store. Why would a UPS store that gets a percentage of shipping sold be inaccurate with their measurements?

Excellent experience here twice. Susan packed and mailed several large weird shaped packages (like a chair) from Florida to DC. Delicate crystal glasses also arrived in perfect condition. I really appreciate the care and time she took, Especially since all the items were of sentimental value.

Candice went above and beyond to help me today. I had left the keys to my truck and house at a local hotel after a weekend away. The hotel called this morning and let me know they had them. I made one call to Candice at the UPS store in Ormond beach and my situation was handled. The store retrieved my keys from the hotel, packed them and shipped them.In a world where the easiest reply is NO!, Candice said YES and went the extra mile when she really did not have to. I came in at 4:45 pm to get a document notarized. The process should not take more than a minute or so. The woman at the front told me she’s leaving early and would not help me, when it is clearly stated on their site they were closing at 5:00 pm. Horrible service and very rude employees.

I had an exceptional experience at this UPS store. I needed to have something notarized that contained an error. The two very professional young ladies helped me reproduce a correct document using their PC.They were very bright, very professional and very helpful.I would drive 20 extra miles to use this UPS Store without a second thought.
They didnt know how to help an account holder with speedship/ups business side. They mailed a next day air as a 5 day ground. Cost the business allot of money and a job. It would have been cheaper to drive the package to the location ourselves. This location is incompetent.
Fantastic service friendly associates really wonderful place. Was there today. They took my returns in minutes receipt ready. They take USPS stuff too. Best ever.
I have lost 2 packages through this store. Most recently was 3 days ago where the package label was made and nothing else as I paid for 2 day shipping. I understand its a business and things can be difficult but when I pay for a Christmas present for my friend and it gets lost it not a good feeling.

I was unable to process my order through their website and everything UPS Customer Service said to try failed so they advised me to email the document to the store and they would contact them to fix their website issue. I emailed the document to the store and called to verify they received it. The employee wouldnt even verify if they received it or not - I was told they charge for them to use the computer. She wanted to charge me almost $2 to check their email. They dont charge for computer use when I order through the website so why should I pay them to pull it out of their email??? Especially when I wasnt able to use their website.
