02/23/21 Micheal in electronics department is AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL & SMART. Within 30 mins he transferred my iPhone cellular carrier Verizon to Consumer Cellular, easy peasy. Answered all inquiries/ concerns, with patience/expertise. What a pleasant experience! I have never been so disappointed in the ladies clothing. Wow what a tragedy. The clothes, dresses look like they are made for Amish . The fabric feels like a potato sack. I left the store and went to Walmart and Kohls.

The store is one of the cleanest and brightest places to shop. just a nice atmosphere. the prices are pretty good too!

I like Targets cleanliness and wide aisles. They usually have what I need (want) and the staff is respnsive. I like the price checker stations and phones for help. Overall, it has a quality feel about it.

Nice and quiet location

The person who brought my purchase was exceptional.

I got a pair of shoes in the clearance section, there were a lot of the same kind. The shoes were $4.99 on clearance but rang up as $16.99. I told the cashier that they were only $5 and she called someone to check the price. Her supervisor came over and told her that wasn’t necessary, scanned the shoes on her portable scanner, and told me they are $16.99 and that I must’ve grabbed them off the wrong shelf. Impossible, they just happened to NOT have the clearance sticker on them but they were identical to the ones that did. Anyways, horrible customer service in the self check out are extremely unpofessional.

Having a newborn a 1 yr old and an 11 yr old made this extremely easy to get the things i need without having to unload the whole troop.

I love target I have been shopping at target for many years now. My boys are all grown up now. My oldest is 36 years old. Thats how long I have been shopping at target. I love everything about this store. An I keep coming back.

Just evacuated Target at Lambert and Oracle as soon as I could after a woman clerk (self checkout) thought she could talk down to me. As if I’m her grand child. Just because I carry a skateboard doesn’t take away the fact that I’m 35 years old and a grown man.You want to do something about the line grams? Open up a register and work on getting the customers out. Appalling how somebody could over step their boundaries when they are only a step above courtesy clerk.I’m sure I’ll be back but will continue to be disappointed when interpersonal interactions are so condescending towards a personal based off their appearance. Times have change ma’am you don’t judge people only to cast them out off your store.

Can any one tell me why it smells like urine combined with maple syrup at the entrance of this store? It gives us a headache anytime we enter and exit. Maybe the food court is a failure or these people just don’t clean well. Regardless it is a last resort option for us. 🤢 prices are rarely competitive.

Everytime I visit Target I always find what Im looking for. The employees at this Target are very helpful and pleasant. The store always has what Im looking for.

I was wandering around looking for a good 40 minutes trying to find a steam gift card since they weren’t on the shelves and haven’t been for weeks now. There was no one available for me to ask about the cards and all the employees who saw me just kind of ignored me. Not a single one offered help when I was wandering around the aisles looking for the cards.

Guest services lazy and incompetent on how processes work with returns or exchanges

This store does not properly clean it grocery shelves and freezers. Viable mold growing in different areas.

Very awesome Target! I got 2 outfits and my husband got new shoes and it was only $34! The clearance is awesome and has an amazing selection for plus size! The best I’ve seen out of any target!

We have always had a super experience at this location. The employees are awesome and always so polite.

Extremely rude cashier. My child dropped a drink and she was very unfriendly about the accident. Im never giving target my money again. I buy 90% of my childrens clothing here. No longer will that be the case. Its not perfect when you are shopping with children. Its nice when people are friendly and considerate. They sell toys and children clothing. They should expect people to be shopping with their children.Thanks a lot for making my day so stressful with your rudeness lady.I dont believe that she should have a job.I promise I will never come here again.

Typical Target with a wide variety of items and pretty good prices. Sales and Cartwheel specials can save you a lot. Noticeably cleaner and more organized than other Targets in the Tucson area. Open until 10pm except for Sunday (9pm). Has a photo center, cafe, Target mobile, and sells beer and wine.

First of all...the store is way too hot!!! Turn the temperature down. The store has no customers and I see why. There is nobody on the sales floor to help. We finally found an employee and when we inquired about a product that they said they had but didn’t. Her resolution was, “you can call another target.” Wow, what great customer service lol. I won’t be back....too many choices and with amazon, target won’t be around much longer.

The employee who helped us (although she was very busy) was so sweet and helpful. The transaction was quick and easy as well.

I go through out the day, never at night and its always a great experience! Ive never had a problem with returns and they are always very helpful. Sometimes stockers might take up a bit of space but that just puts more people out asking if they can help me. Great!

Always clean and most of the employees are friendly. The makeup is rarely stocked so I started going to Ulta instead. Everything else is good!

So easy! Really enjoyed ordering online and then picking up my vacuum. It took like 5 minutes or less to get my vacuum.

So, I was there shopping last week and I found a few items on clearance there was no price on them so, I went to the price scanner to check the price it says item not found, please see an assistance. So, I went to look for someone who worked there they couldn’t tell me the price because apparently it’s discontinued products and she told me I need to just go to check out and the register person will be able to tell me the price. I head to the register to check out the register person couldn’t even tell me how much it cost. So, she went to ask the other person (Pearl) was the employee name she scanned it and it showed $0.00 on the scanner. I saw it when she scanned it she didn’t know I saw the price and she proceeds to tell the cashier it’s $2.99 how can she say it’s $2.99 when the item in being $0.00 out I didn’t want to get it for that price $0.00 all I want is tell the truth. I even told her I found it on clearance. I am very disappointed!

I love Target. I love to shop there, find deals, browse clearance, and use cartwheel. It is my favorite store ever. I tell everyone I know to shop there.

I did not feel like at this visit I was being taken care of like I should. I could have gone anywhere else and received better customer care. It was like I was being punished for not fixing this issue the day it happened. I shopped on Black Friday and for some reason I was charged full price instead of the discount price on 2 of my items. It was difficult for me to make it back to this particular Target because of the distance it is from my home but I went back before it had even been 2 weeks and I was told there was nothing they could do because I waited too long to come in. Return policy is much longer than 2 weeks so there should not have been a problem. I was told there was nothing that could be done since they did not have proof that those items were supposed to be marked down- this was their store with their black Friday deals and they didnt even try to fix their mistake. I am not sure I want to step foot in a Target again after being in there to fix a little glitch that they had had on Black Friday- and I was told by friends that this was not the only Target that was charging full price for things that should have been marked down.

Target consistently is well stocked and has friendly staff.

Of the big box stores, Target is very good. The 5 acre floor is tedious for sure. Know what you want and ask when you walk in, then leave. The merchandise is worth buying. Watch for sales.

WITH THE DEBACLE OF THE LOST ACCOUNT NUMBERS, I WAS GIVEN A TEMPORARY PASSWORD WHICH NO LONGER WORKS.I AM TRYING TO BUY SOMETHING ONLINE TODAY AND IVE CALLED THE ONLINE PHONENUMBER AND THE TARGET ACCOUNT PHOONE NUMBER.NO ONE SPOKE FLUENT ENGLISH, AND BOTH SAID THEY COULD NOT HELP ME. ONEDISCONNECTED.VERY NICE, TARGET, GOOD GOING.

Love the quality of the brands, the variety of items that are offered, the store is nice organized, clean and I love the self service cashier.

I got the wrong order even after she scanned my barcode for my order. Then after waiting over 20 minutes she finally brings my order out and says I ordered it wrong. Which I did not. She had got them mixed up and I didn’t even care, but she couldn’t say sorry or take the blame. Instead she told me that I ordered for pick up at the store even though she scanned the barcode for the drive up feature. She handed me Jennifer’s ordered which was a lot more than what I had ordered and when I told her she had mixed up the orders, she blamed me for it.

I know people who will be interested in ordering to pick up at the store, and it is very easy to do.

We were there about 9pm on Saturday night and they only had self checkout available. Store hours are until 10pm Saturdays, according to information on Google. I questioned a clerk as to why they only had self checkout and she said they do this when its late. But we were checking out nearly an hour before the store closes. I dont think Target corporate would approve of this?

It seems like the employees here are trained to believe that customer is never right. Every time we try and return anything its a battle. Go down the road to another target and there is never that issue. Also, while its nice they hire older people some of them have no business working with customers as they are rude and argumentative. I recently was blamed for them not doing their job right! Really? Come on target! we spend way too much here to be treated so poorly

I couldnt get at least 30% of what I went to find. Whats the point of visiting a big box store if I need to go to 3 or 4 other stores to get common items? The attitude of staff (if they could be found at all) was disengaged and without concern). I really need to stop going to Target. It isnt what it was, and I consistently leave feeling frustrated and discouraged.
