Amazing atmosphere. Super big on having hidden gems 💎. If it’s sold out everywhere I tend to find them here 😍. The associates are so sweet and always willing help when needed even if they have a long line at the register. Would recommend to anyone. I stopped shopping at Sephora for these reasons let alone I feel comfortable enough to be bare faced walk in as ask the lady’s for advice upon my skin concerns never have I felt more comfortable to share knowing that they were more willing to help me out and get me some amazing products that I use regularly and man have I seen a difference 🤩in a positive way. Thank them for feeling more confident in my own skinBut over all haven’t had a hair cut in 12 yes haven’t dyed my hair in 6years due to having a bad experience at my last hair salon I went to I comes to the salon in Ulta they have changed my experience around with hairdressers not only were all of them sweet and friendly but Tess is definitely worth the month in advance booking wait she is so caring about my hair I’m a dark brown haired girl I’m going platinum with dark roots. Not only did Tess work out a process with me but she cares about my hair every time I leave her chair my hair feels so soft and alive with is surprising cause I’m basically bleaching it my color I was expecting hay like texture but that wasn’t that case at all! Highly recommend her. 😍🥰😇

Store is very clean and they wipe down the counter & card reader/keypad between every use! The manager helped me a few times with finding products and helping find other products to replace what i was looking for that wasnt in stock. Very friendly and helpful!

The floor staff was helpful. The cashier kept the counter sanitized.The salon experience was awesome - Covid-safe at all times, my colorist was friendly, professional, and skilled. Love Samantha.

Found my new favorite Ulta store... theres a bit of a drive for me but well worth it.. spacious clean store with very friendly staff thats very willing to help. Found they have a lot more K-beauty products than the other ultas in town.. in fact, they have a greater variety of products. Even new ones that have yet to launch at other locations. Busy but not congested. Good sized parking lot with music, and beautiful views. Feels like a micro vacation just going to the store. Loved it.

They always have the high-end lines and the less expensive items as well You can always find everything from eyelashes to toes.

Stylist called to push my appointment back while I was on the way there. While Im thankful for the call, Ive now wasted 20 minutes and had to cancel because that time doesnt work for me. Cy is great though, will only book with her from now on.

This store has the friendliest staff. They are very helpful in helping you find what you need. They are very knowledgeable about where everything is in the store. I had a great experience visiting here.

The manager here is always very nice and makes sure customers are happy. I am glad I live near this one because it is the one I always go to. Also the associate that help me today was very informative about the product I was buying and a product that she felt i would be interested in.

Horrible customer service!!. I work long hours and live 45 minutes from Tucson. My mom goes into town daily and ALWAYS picks up my orders with no problems. Until Christina, the Manager, did not allow her to pick them up. It is a HUGE inconvenience as well as damn right rude because of how my Mom was treated. I would rather use My Rouge status on Sephora and have my make up mailed straight to me than set foot in this Ulta again.

Went there to get my hair cut a few days ago, and had the pleasure of meeting one of their stylists, Katie.I knew my hair was going to come out great just from the consult. She listened, and asked enough questions to make sure she understood what I was looking for. And she set clear and reasonable expectations. Namely, that my hair will not turn out like the picture I brought in, because it was a wig (I had NO idea!) but we could get it close.She was a blast to hang out with, the hour I was in the chair just flew by. And when we were done, my hair turned out PERFECT. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!! No exaggeration, Ive been trying to get this look from different stylists for 3 years now. And she NAILED it!! It looked so good my boyfriend was rendered speechless when I showed him. THAT good!Ask for her. You will not be disappointed!

The front cashiers were too pushy to make me sign up for a ulta rewards. Both cashiers asked me multiple times and I kept saying no. It was way too aggressive and I will not be coming back.

I was very please with my last visit to Ulta Beauty. Best Haircut in 18 years! Shea took time to listen and offer suggestions and came up with a very easy and do-able style for me. She is Incredible!!!!!!!!

Have to take a minute to express how impressed I was with the super knowledgable and kind service we received as we were not that familiar with the store. The sales rep was able to efficiently find everything on our list and her engaging, enthusiastic way in sharing the differences between brands of make up had me coming home with just the right shades of quality products. My stylist was Cy. She was wonderful! I love the color combo she mixed up for me and talk about a good quality haircut! Not often when you go for your first cut and color at a salon that a stylist can hit a home run with both.

Ive been here many times, but today was the worst experience I have ever had. I was asking a question to the cashier about the birthday gift to clarify how to receive it and apparently the tone of my voice was rude and she was so nice as to point that out. I was asking a question, thats it, no rudeness. The manager on duty was no better, she told us it wont happen again but in a way that was brushing us off. They need to brush up on their customer service skills.

Went to Ulta after a trip to another beauty store yesterday where I couldnt find what I wanted. Ive been here before and really like this store but this time warranted a review. There was a sales person there who was representing Murad, Mary Jo, and she was so incredibly helpful. She helped me figure out what product was best for my skin. She didnt try to just sell me a product, she tried to help me find what was the best fit for me and even encouraged me to bring it back if I didnt like it. And I got a gifts with purchase. Cant beat that.

I love how they are set up to experience the fragrances. Prices are good.

Been in ulta 3 times in the last month and left unhappy each time. The first time I wanted to balayage. Came out looking the same as I did going in. They shampooed my hair 3 times. About two days later went in again because its nothing I wanted. Go in again and he bleaches my whole head except my roots. I go in asking what they can do for me and they tell me they can tone it again for me. Just really unhappy with the experience I had. And no I have a line on my head that looks like I have regrowth

I love Ulta’s retail selection and their associates are very helpful, but this review is mostly for the salon. Samantha Lundgren is amazing, my hair is always cut and colored perfectly. My first time seeing Samantha for a haircut I had to have Samatha fix it after going to some else for a haircut and thankfully she got me in right away and fixed the mess. I no longer go to anyone else! Thank you so much Samantha!!

I went here with intentions of buying a gift for a friend last night, when I arrived I was greeted but given a strange look. My whole visit throughout the store they followed me around and I felt them watching me. At the end of my visit the front counter lady had thr audacity to stand by the door and watch me walk all the way to my car and did not stop watching me until I was out of sight.. I felt it was very rude AND UNCALLED FOR. When I called to complain the manager literally said youre welcome. Never going there again.

That was by far the worst haircut I have ever had. The front isnt even, the back has a wierd dip in the middle where she just took each of the asymetric sides and had then meet at a point instead of squaring it off. I asked for an asymetic, very textured, layered bob, and had a picture of exactly what I wanted. I ended up walking out with awful curls (not a part of the hairstyle at all) that hid just how bad it was. Instead of texture I just got a single straight line layer across the bottom, and the the asymetric angle is almost non existent. Never let them curl your hair before youve seen the end result of the cut!

Great stop for cosmetics and such without the hassle of a big mall.

I walked into this store and I just happened to not have my makeup on, and not one worker offered to help me. I even purposely walked right by and stopped and was searching for an item and they still didnt offer any help. I walked through the entire store, and no help was offered. But, when I do have my makeup on, they treat me like a queen. This is so unfair and humiliating. By the way, I was looking for Lancôme Definicils mascara, which they do not carry.

Wish they had older sales people to help you.
