Might do decent work, but the receptionist lady has no idea what she is talking about. After a few minutes on the phone with her Id rather take my money elsewhere, the customer is always right. Ive never had a receptionist speak to me that way, do yourselves a favor and hire someone who can speak to a customer and get them in the door, based off my experience Id choose literally any other business over this one

I love this place I brought a door window in and they were able to snap a clip from the window and they didnt charge me Id give a shout out to the pioneer Auto body

If it were possible to give no stars I wouldI went to obtain an estimate, and was willing to give them the job, I asked a simple question as to the time/experience the individual had, his response was what does it matter?I meant no offence, but his attitude indicateed that he was superior to me and indifferent to my situation.I would not recomend that anyine go to this shop as they obviously dont have the customer upper most in their attitudes.

I had my 4Runner fixed at Pioneer Collision Center after my car rolled downhill backwards into an oak tree, with no one in it. They put on a new tailgate and did other repairs and afterwards you couldnt tell there was ever anything wrong with it. Thanks pioneer
