The first gentleman I dealt with was outstanding and worked well with me to have car serviced to my satisfaction but when I arrived at my appointment I was assisted by a young man who was far less than stellar for several reasons. When my waiting time went from approximately 1.5 hrs to well over 2 hrs I was told he would check on it and get back to me 3 times which he never did. Finally I saw him come back to the desk and went into the service desk area and he announced my car was completed.I felt he offered me an exaggerated charge to diagnose a simple problem followed by another high repair cost with no allowance for the labor I had already been charged. The installation of after market equipment and a long order time had me declining his generous offer not once, not twice but three times before he finally totaled my bill and escorted me to the pay window.I found his demeanor detached and indifferent. Not qualities complimentary to a position such as his..Services rendered on my auto were presumably adequate or beyond and my interactions with the first gentleman were superior and should be commended.

I have bought cars here throughout the years, since 1995, and have been satisfied but I will never buy from this dealership again, after the shoddy treatment and lack of honesty from the sales manager. My advice to someone looking here, save yourselves the trouble, buy somewhere else.

Took my car in for a airbag recall didnt take them very long half a day just like they promised gave me a ride home and pick me back up to go get my car very nice people

They dont tell you whats going on with anything they just sit and and pawn you off on someone else to find out whats happening beside Roy who was the only professional sales man there I wish he had been my sales man not some new young kid that didnt know anything. Super extremely awkward and silent the whole time not gonna go there again they need more experience totally weird besides Roy

Got a 2020 Corrola for under KBB fair market range. They also detailed and filled up the car for me. Couldnt ask for more.

It was a very nice pleasant and quick visit to get my car serviced. I also was very comfortable in the waiting area I give him 5 stars.

The dealership itself is pretty nice in that it has a nice big waiting room with comfy chairs and air conditioning and tv. But thats where the enjoyable experience ends. The sales staff AND the guys at the service desk/department are SO stuff & pompous. It surprised me tho bcuz from the sales dept I expect that sort of thing but not service guys, they are usually laid back and down to earth. Not here. Ill update after I go back next week to get my recall parts.

I bought my 2005 vehicles here and have had them serviced here for years with no complaints. Since the change of ownership, the service and parts department has gone downhill. Nice people but bad customer experiences have pushed me to go to Chico for service and parts.

Well lets just say if I could go back in time I wouldve went elsewhere when I was looking for a car. They unwillingly looked at my car but, they said my air conditioning system is fine and they cant properly access it In the winter anyways

I stopped driving Hondas due to poor service and switched to Toyotas, their service is way superior to Honda in Chico.

Ask for Roy. He is a Marine Corps veteran and he knows his Tundra and Ford product line. I asked alot of question regarding how much weight could be placed in bed and towed - he had the answers many others didnt know. He is certified in his product line from the manufacture. He is a no BS type of guy.

We get a one star just because everyone in the place is very nice. Extra oil changes. New car bought from daily city Ford, moved to oroville got my first oil change around 5 thousand miles they told me to come back every 3500. Did that until I finally took it back to daily city for a tune up oil change and the guy said I didnt need to change the oil that often. I asked if the guys in Oroville could see on there computer that it didnt need a change that often and he said yes. I went down to oroville Ford to see if they could remedy the situation and of course they couldnt and the day manager was of very little help so hope the couple hundo was worth all the bad reviews.

Usually a lot quicker. Last time was here 2 1/30 hrs. Just for service with an appointment

Make appointment wait for two hours for a oil change. Why bother making appointments if you have to wait that long. Had a nail in my tire, they said $30 and another hour to get it done. No way. I’ll take the tire somewhere else.
