The sign says open and it is only closed Monday October 4 3pm I was waiting for an hour and no one came to open many more than 10 people came and they returned without paying their bill very bad personal

I just want to thank Samantha for her amazing work. She always takes the time to help me understand my phone or fix it when I need it. She helped me file my insurance claim and she can manage her customers in a friendly manner the store was busy the other day. Keep up the good work it’s people like you that make the world a better place hun

This post is a little late but I wanted to say Thank you Brittney for fixing my phone a few days ago and helping me send pictures to my mother who lives across the world and haven’t talked to in a really long time. Brittney made my experience very nice! her compassion was wonderful! She was patient while I retrieved my information from Sprint so I can switch to Boost!! She helped me find a phone I love, and overall happy with my experience.

I have had the same girl help me in Marysville and Oroville. She is so nice and patient I asked a million questions and tried to tip her and she said no it was okay so I am tipping her with this review. She’s knowledgeable and sweet and helped me with everything I needed. I think she said her name is Brittany she has the red hair.

Having some problems with the phone we got from Boost from Walmart but both women in the store very helpful very knowledgeable and definitely five stars

The phone reception is as bad as metro. Have to use wifi at home and cant make or receive calls at home.

Switched from a Obama phone to boost and Ive been loving it ever since,got a great deal on my phone amazingly fast & friendly service.

Service is fine staff is fine but Fire hurts the service when you need it most....

The girl who works there is rude. I went to get a deal on a phone as a new customer and the rude girl behinds the counter didnt even help me. It was actually another customer in the store who explained everything and thing and hepled ne get the best deal. The rude girl knew nothing

Its dirty, they dont open in the morning on time, the sales associates dress sloppy, the parking lot is rocks and pot holes.

The girl that worked there when I went in wasnt very friendly and didnt seem to know what she was talking about. I got a phone and she wrote down the wrong number on my paperwork.

I was not able get get reception at my residence and they refused to refund my money

Had Verizon for about 1year and switch to boost mobile phones they are cheap but service and WiFi shucks to mine dead spot that sprint for you going back to Verizon pay more for service but much much better coverage then sprint so Bye bye boost mobile
