1st time here. Will not be my last. Staff was friendly. Like all of them. Like they had a full full staff. Super clean place. Now the food. I had the Mediterranean bowl. Bomb.com. my sister and uncle had salads. She also ordered a tri-tip. I ate half. Sooo good. My aunt had the Buffalo bowl, she loved it. I dont live in Oroville, but my sister does. As long as Im working on her house, I am definitely gonna try to make it at least twice a week! So dam good!
I would have given 3 stars except the shrimp skewers were so horrible. As you can see, the shrimp is basically just large bay shrimp - not whats typically used for skewers. I could forgive that if they werent so over cooked and flavorless. It was basically like chewing on a rubber dog toy. I didnt think I was expecting much for $5 shrimp from a drive-thru, but these were absolutely inedible.As far as the Mediterranean bowl I ordered, it was just okay. The biggest standout was the kalamata olives. They tasted like theyve been stored inside a garden hose. The rest of the bowl was good, but just so. And for almost $13, I expected a little better quality.
Got the bowl. Good portion sizes. However, when it stated on the menu Fajita Vegies (bell pepper and onion), I assumed they would be grilled, but no, the onions were raw whereas the bell peppers were slightly grilled.
Food is really Good plus Large Portions The Prices are a Little High. Bon Appetit 💜🌷😷
Way to much green fillings and to much rice to make up for space. No flavor with 1lb of lettuce and a 1lb of rice and a spoon full of meat thats been sitting so long its dried out.Very nice people, but come on, relax on the lettuce, atleast make sure its not brown before you dump the bag in a bowl.
Ordered a chicken berry salad. Lettuce and spinach were fresh and chicken breast was typical store bought precooked. The menu photo showed the salad with bright fresh strawberries and blueberries. However, the salad came with previously frozen thawed fruit, disgusting slimy strawberries and shriveled gooey blueberries, plus it had a 0.5 of water in bottom. Yuck.
This location is a fantastic place to stop by in the day for some peace and quiet. Nice and friendly staff who greet you when you walk-in. Plenty of seating and clean! The menu is full of different options and there are daily specials. Blended coffees are just okay. The bathrooms and entrance are handy capable. The drive thru is not the greatest layout. Also, the Parking Lot is lacking spaces to park, considering all the available seating inside. I wouldnt advise parking on the busy street.
The nicest people are here. Great service and great attitudes. Ive been here twice now in the same week and will be going back.
A little expensive for the amount of food. Its healthy so that is to be expected. Im a big fan of the teriyaki bowl and my fiancé loves the same veggie-style.
Very good! Had one of the new items yesterday. The chicken sweet chili wrap and was so good! Also tried out the BBQ Bacon Bowl. Was delish! 👍☺

The food wasnt bad exactly but...very very bland. Spent waaay too much money to eat barely half of the food and then want to toss it out. The only thing we really enjoyed were the redbull drinks. But nearly every place here makes redbull drinks so...

Way over priced and constantly making mistakes, but otherwise good healthy food thats always done on time even when busy. This will be my final order from Dam Bowls, as every single time my wife or I order a bowl, they always forget one thing. First it was no bacon in the BBQ salad, then it was a missing dressing I paid for, then it was tomatoes in a no tomato request, and this time it was no avocado in a salad we paid avocado for. This place makes a decent bowl, but $17.00 for a salad that gets screwed up every single time is theft.
The service was outstanding. I had a wrap that was there best wrap Ive ever had. I highly recommend this place.
The food is great! Favorites are the French dip sandwich, Hawaiian sandwich, bacon and spinach salad, tortilla soup ( I suggest reminding them to add the cheese as they do often forget), broccoli cheddar soup, potato bacon soup, & clam chowder soup. They are pricey but Id rather spend a little more money on food that actually tastes good and doesnt make me feel sick after. They also have some Blended coffees and infused Red Bulls and lemonades. They have 2 locations in Oroville and its definitely the best drive thru food in Oroville.

I can’t wait to try all of their bowls and salads! So far I’ve had the teriyaki and the Buffalo, AMAZING! You definitely get your monies worth, each time it ended up being lunch and then a snack later. And it’s like half salad, half rice bowl! I definitely recommend giving them a try! Enjoy 😋
The food was delicious: this is the chicken and rice soup with some cheesy bread. Not pictured is the delicious Num tea that the staff member suggested. They were super friendly and helpful and checked on me as I was beginning my meal. Thank you to the great people here! Will be back for the food, friendly service, and to get some wall art! 😊

Finally..a place in Oroville to get something healthy and fresh. I had a steak fajita bowl and it was amazing and super filling. Plus a peach smooth that was the best smoothie I had ever had.
I actually like it, you can go over there to hangout for a bit, their drinks are really good. Havent tried their Salad Bowls but overall. Customer Service is nice and well respected.
I think this is a great place four a go to place for any time of day so go try it

My fajita wrap is delicious and so is the Buffalo ranch sauce that it came with it as well as my white mocha the only thing that I would change is the shrimp skewers because it was a little overcooked and rubbery but what can you expect for only 5 bucks
On my way to Crossfit I spied outdoor seating! Something we greatly lack in Oroville is amazing outdoor dining. As a dog trainer, most areas are extremely dog-friendly and a huge request our clients from Chico, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, etc have is they want their dogs to be apart of their lifestyle. Well, that is hard to do when there is nowhere to eat outdoors aside from a few coffee shops. We usually have to drive to Chico to go to T Bar, Tres, or the other variety of options which I dont always like to do. I would rather keep it local. Today we went and ordered two sandwiches and a soda. The woman working recognized us from our social media and was very nice. I told her we would be outside with a dog and thanked her. The place was spotlessly clean, the menu easy to navigate and make adjustments too. I do wish it had a salad bar like the other location but I get it, this is a different type of business model, more of a to go or quick lunch stop. I ordered the Cali Sandwich, it was fresh and very good. My son ordered the grilled cheese. The food was prompt. One thing was she ignored the dog I was training entirely. Great job!!!! We will be utilizing this all summer long. Thank you so much for this addition.
Wasnt that good in my opinion. The wrap wasnt wrapped well, flavor was a bit bland, and I got the BBQ bacon with chicken which had very very little bacon and chicken. It was mainly rice and lettuce. Paid $10+ for it and wasnt worth it to me. Ill try again another time to see if maybe it was just that days issues.

Great food. Ive only been there once but my grandson had the French dip and said it was the best he ever had. Also the people there were so friendly and professional. Ill be back there again.
I’ve tried some other places but it wasn’t this bad the food is not worth the money or maybe that one thing I got wasn’t good, plus there was a young gentleman that was working there very rude, doesn’t know how to talk to customers

Great French Dip. Prices are a bit higher, but all food is carefully prepared and packaged. Recommend to order online and pick up from the cubbies.
We were looking for a good breakfast place and decided to try cafe 116. Unfortunately, even though they say breakfast on the sign, their breakfast menu is very limited.We chose their breakfast bowl because we were hungry, but as it turns out, that was a mistake. It was good, but just not enough food and no toast or biscuit came with it. Plus coffee was extra.This is more a sandwich shop, with very high prices and lack of good service with the help just training.We will not go back.
Delicious Cobb salad
The owner was very rude. I understand your day was probably long but please dont take an employees mistake making a sandwich out on me just a refund and have a good day. The person who was rude to me said they were the owner I hope not.
We went in wanting to order soup. It was on the dry erase board menu. When we got up to order they tell us there is no soup because at the other cafe one sixteen, the soups are at 1.00 so they dont have any at this location. We thought it weird that they would sell it at one location but not the other. My friend and I ordered just sandwiches and a drink. That is how it came. No sides no pickles no nothing a plain sandwich for literally $11.00, really? While we ate our sandwich, they run out of everything, chicken salad, tuna salad, rye bread, its MONDAY! You should be stocked with everything. They were not that busy. Overall experience was not great. I know there is a reason why I dont go over all the time. If the food and service was better, they would have all the county employees eating there.

Souper Subs is a great place to eat. You cant go wrong with Nanas soup or chili, and their sandwiches are great too! I had one of the best BLTs Ive ever had today, I will definitely be back!

I wish I could give this place a good review because I would really love to see a little shop like this survive. Unfortunately, I gave this place two chances and I was disappointed both times. The first time I went I ordered a iced Carmel coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. The coffee tasted like milk and water and the bagel was to burnt to eat. The second time I went I ordered a completely different coffee and a chef salad out of there cold box. Once again the coffee was so watery it was awful. The salad had yellow slim on the ham and mold on the tomatoes. I hope this is due to being a new cafe and still getting things figured out. I might try the coffee again later on to see if it gets any better but i will never order food again.

I came in a little down on my luck as far as not having but enough money for a coffee. I was treated to the best non bias treatment in a long time. They even cooked me a complimentary omelet which I must say for a cafe was the best I had in Oroville.
It was too expensive. The spicy pastrami had the texture and taste of Turkey pastrami. It also had cream cheese, which does not belong on the sandwich. The $14+ price is a no-go.

Great food. Sadly they charge for a glass of water... even if youre eating in. Get some plastic cups if you dont want to use your paper stock.
Great Food. A little taken aback when I paid with a $20 bill and it had to be checked twice by workers. Note to self always pay with Card.
Love this new place! Very accommodating with food sensitivities ... They have GF bread... And will work with you to let you know what ingredients are in their sauces. So glad they are a part of our little town!

I like Souper Subs. The one I like the most is the one on Oroville Dam Blvd. They have a good very fresh Salad Bar for about $8 for single pass. I have eaten here several times.
