They always mess up my prescriptions by changing it to different brands that make me react horribly. This wasn’t just happening to me because there was an extremely long line of people upset about their messed up prescriptions. Im tired of always having to come in to fix THEIR mistakes. Clearly something is wrong if there’s so many people angry. This place needs new management and a better staff. I was here for years and will just change to a new pharmacy because I’m tired of being patient with their mistakes.
Had Rx to fill, its been 3 wks and still nothing. Call this store and after 6 mins on hold it disconnected, 8 plus mins next
Staff was beyond rude why make appointments for covid testing if you are not going to go by appointments. I was in line for 45 minutes. My appointment was at 2:30 I was not seen until 315 And the lady at the window was completely rude did not want to help me Your workers need to learn how to speak to people Ibetter communication This was a horrible visit I only went there because I had a covid test for a work I will not be going back unless it is for work
Pharmacy here is the worst. They will not fill prescriptions ordered by Drs for broken ribs. Pharmacist offers you to pay cash then when you say yes they change their mind and tell you to contact your Dr. because they refuse to fill the amount ordered. I understand the laws are different but no human compassion for even offering another solution to help the elderly in dire pain. Please if you value your families health dont use this pharmacy. They will leave you suffering.
Great place to get flu shot
They are just OK not the best but not the worst
I was at CVS on Oro Dam Blvd soon after noon and it was so dirty with papers and trash on the floors and Easter items laying on floor! Just totally nasty!!
Just called asked for help in pharmacy The Girl was rude .Said I had to come in to transfer meds .I sure hope I do not have to deal with this place again
I usually go through CVS for all my family’s prescriptions. Usually they are timely. But after today’s experience, I won’t ever use them again.I had a prescription ordered for my son, CVS called that it was ready to pick up. I go to the drive through, wait in line for twenty minutes, only to be told that their computer is rebooting but it’d be back up in five to seven minutes. They told me to pull around and get back in line. After about five minutes of waiting, I reached the window again, this time they told me the computer was rebooting so I needed to leave and return in fifteen minutes.I come back a couple hours later and had to wait in line for almost an hour, just to be told that the prescription would be ready in twenty minutes. They told me I couldn’t stay at the window to wait and would have to get back in line.My wife returned a few hours later to pick it up, and her trip took almost an hour.It took us about two hours and fourty-five minutes AT CVS to get a prescription that we were told was ready to pick up.
I like the CVS store, but this is a review on the pharmacy. I have been going here for a long time and have always liked it in the past. The employees have always been friendly and helpful to me. BUT- I am beginning to not like the pharmacy and am thinking of taking my business elsewhere. Every time I go their is a huge line, inside or out. It is honestly faster to go inside than to wait in line in the drive through. It is a drive through, meaning its supposed to have quicker service than inside but that is definitely not the case. I have waited over 45 minutes before behind ONE car who was having issues with her medicine or something and was not asked to come inside to resolve it. I thought that was wrong. You go through the drive through to get your medicines and leave. If you have issues that are going to take that long go inside and not make people wait behind you. I seriously went inside, got my medicines and checked out and when I went back outside that same car was in the drive through. It is ridiculous.
Staff is very helpful and seem happy to be there and to be of service.
Ive been using this pharmacy since it opened at this location. It has been dependable and accurate for my whole family. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My daughter once had skin irritation that this pharmacist was able to help treat with over the counter meds when multiple doctors had been unsuccessful at treating it. He helped me realize it was a reaction to a food in her diet. I would recommend this pharmacy to others.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at an CVS. Oroville, CA pharmacists tall with dark messy hair I couldn’t see his name tag. I waited an HOUR and TWENTY THREE MINUTES in the drive thru line before I was to the window and helped. Let me mind you I am a single mom with the flu with bronchitis and have two fussy infants who have been in the car for an hour and twenty three minutes already. I get to the window I tell the pharmacist my name he says speak louder if you want me to hear you. First of all I was very polite and I was speaking up as much as I can with being sick. I told him my name he found my medication and then stated they didn’t have my insurance on file I told him no problem I can give you my number or the paper I have from my insurance. He stated no I’d have to come in to the drop off window, I asked him if he could please enter the number as I’ve waiting here an hour and twenty three minutes already. He said no come inside to the drop off window I told him if I come in and come to the window will I be helped right away since we have been here an hour and twenty three minutes already he said no I would have to wait in life inside. He was EXTREMELY rude and not willing to help at all. I understand they were busy and he was probably overwhelmed but he needs to realize his job is not handing out candy he is handing out medicine to sick people and people who’s lives sometime depend on medicine. I am a single mom who has been very sick who had screaming babies patiently waiting the best to their ability and for the pharmacist to be so rude and in compassionate and have such an ugly attitude is disgusting. This was my second time in this pharmacy and both times this pharmacist was rude but this time I was astonished with his behavior and unwillingness to help at all. This pharmacy has had multiple complaints about the customer service and even discussed on our local town message board and CVS is suppose to be all about their customers and helping and pleasing yet CVS has taken no action to resolve the very big issue this specific location is having.
Staff was great and ready to help. And over the PA system, I heard them say CVS has committed to no retouching/photo doctoring of their advertisement pictures of models...which I very much support!
I only give two stars because our experiences up until today were positive. Today a woman working behind the counter at the pharmacy was so rude to my mother while directing her where to stand in line that I really wish my mother had filed a complaint. I would have have. There is no call for such rude service.
Conveniently located. Useful if youre in a rush and need something on the way home. Is it just me or are there a lot of weirdos in here shopping?Ive had several experiences where I couldnt find what I was looking for in the pharmacy section. Even though there were people there stocking shelves at the time, they did not ask me if I needed help (which I obviously did). I guess they didnt want to be bothered.
Very clean and fresh new location in town. Although seems like theres a lack of floor & front-end employees. Still too early to comment on service though.. but nice to see a new fresh clean location in our city. :)
I was shocked to see such a low score for Oroville CVS. I LOVE this place. Ive had nothing but kind, polite employees. Been getting my meds there since they were in the old Longs location. This last trip however, actually stunned me. Im pretty sick right now. I had like 4 meds to pick up. One of them, my cost was over $200! :o ouch... The pharmacy manager was working, and she and the consultant person worked looking for coupons for to try and lower the cost. No such luck. Then, found a substitute, called my doctor and asked it was okay to use that instead. That took my cost (after insurance of course) from like $215 to $10. Yea! Now that, I consider excellent customer service. I didnt ask them to do any of it, they just did even though they were busy. I highly recommend this pharmacy! :)
Normally I walk in to pick up scripts but my baby was sleeping so I used the drive thru. inside I have always got great service sadly today that was not the case.not sure what the girl working the Windows problem was but she was beyond rude. younger girl on the thick side & so unprofessional i will be back to get her name so Managment can address this issue. I would understand if we were rude to her however we were not so Im disappointed with being treated rude for no reason. bad days happen to us all but when working with the pic you need to separate your bad attitude & at least try to be somewhat professional.
They had exactly what I wanted and it was a super quick process and it was on sale! Thanks guys!
Worst pharmacist Ive ever dealt with. Any other pharmacy is better than this one. Dont trust your life or that of your family to this pharmacist. Check out all of her pending and past litigation on the states website.
Terrible customer service. They said prescription for my daughter would be ready in 30 minutes. When I showed up 30 minutes later they said it would be 20-30 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later via drive-thru and they said it would be 20 minutes and to drive around. I pulled away and then realized I didn’t know where they wanted me to wait. I drove back to ask and before I could say a word I was berated that I need to wait and it takes time to fill the prescription, there was a time stamp, yadda yadda. They never gave me an opportunity to just ask where they wanted me to wait before all kinds of passive aggressiveness. When I finally picked up the prescription there was a passive aggressive note on it. How incredibly unprofessional can you be?The sad thing is that I showed up when they told me to, then complained I was too early. If you can’t handle customer service like an adult- find another job!
I really like CVS in Oroville theyve gone out of their way to make sure I get what I need even when its my doctors office its made the mess up they still get it right always, greet you and answer your questions even when theyre busy which is not very often I would also like to mention that CVS has taken a lot of people from the paradise Fire as well as the recent Berry Creek fire, they do their very best its just they get swapped with people some of who dont even have enough sense to have their drivers licence out out ready to go.
Slow, rude! I left this pharmacy for a reason. I wouldnt get my dogs meds there.
Had to switch from Walgreens after 17+ uears due to insurance and had always avoided CVS.Glad I was forced to switch. The folks at our CVS (Oroville, CA) are beyond friendly, super understanding and you might have a bit of a wait, but its worth it.
Desiree is the best. Thank you so much.
They are much much better and it has been much more smooth and hassle free lately. Thank you!
Went for the pharmacy always a big mistake here. So far a thirty minute wait probably be 15-20 minutes more And there not even busy. Worst place to go for Meds
The Pharmacy Manager was rude and disrespectful on multiple occasions saying you are lucky to be getting your prescription filled at all after a surgery. she seemed perturbed and agitated when questions were asked and was dismissive and cross when answering.
HORRIBLE PHARMACY DRIVE THRU1.0 star rating 3/20/20170 Stars......HORRIBLE!! LONG WAIT!!! Today I waited 21 minutes for the two cars in front of me at the Pharmacy Drive Thru. When I came to the window, The (very young) Pharmacy Manager told me I needed to wait a few minutes and walked away. As I watched thru the window, I noticed that there were no customers at the counter. The Manager was smiling Laughing talking to the other Techs Carefree and messed around with other orders then came back to help me. When I complained that I was so upset over the 21 minute wait for two cars and told her to hurry up and get a move on, She refused to serve me and told me it was because Of my attitude. I NEVER used profanity, I NEVER called her names or NEVER personally attacked her in any way. Only complained about the wait. She refused to assist me. I went down the road to Walgreens and there were 4 cars in front of me and they processed one car per minute with a smile. I drove out 5 minutes later!!!!!!!!!!! USE WALGREENS on Olive Highway. I believe an professional mature Manager should have apologized for the wait and processed my order.Add to list Edit
Ive only ever had positive experiences with this Pharmacy. My meds have always been filled in a timely matter and Ive never had any problems with my perscriptions. Idk why everyone is complaining? A lot of Pharmacies dont fill meds between 12-1 bcuz the pharmacist is out, same with any Dr office.
A robo-call from CVS said my prescriptions were ready I could pick them up during business hours. I get there. Im told the pharmacist is at lunch Ill have to wait for the pain pills Im in desperate need of. Change your bloody recording to include that tidbit of information so ill or suffering patients are not waiting for Mr Pharmacist to finish his french fries! I will never use CVS for any thing, prescription or other.
Warning! Do not go to this pharmacy. Worst customer services ever!
Why is it necessary to be so damn rude good god learn to respect people when responding to a question
The checkout lady was nice.
The best pharmacy in town
My complaint is that CVS wastes WAY too much paper at the checkout in the way of paper coupons. My latest receipt is 47 3/4 long with 9 paper coupons attached to the small receipt for what I spent. Really??? My suggestion is to put these coupons on a card or something like that.
The drive thru is terrible and always takes forever and is closed down and not working at least 50% of the time.
The pharmacy needs to get it together. Prescriptions not ready when promised. I could go on and on about how bad this place is.
Friendly staffs
