I would like to know why a business called lock and key would be open from 8 to 5 but only has the guy there to make the keys from 8 to 9. If your a lock and key place shouldnt there be a guy there from 8 to 5 to make the keys? What do people do in the other 8 hours of the day? People need keys made all the time. It dont make sense

Came here to get a key for a work truck on an account, meaning he had already got a lot of work from us and would get more. Service was still horrible. I can not stand it when I go to a business and the people there act put out having to do their jobs. Say hello, and if youre busy say just a minute while I finish this. Customer service is not hard if you care at all about your customers, the people paying you.

They went above and beyond to get me a replacement key for my motorcycle. very helpful and knowledgeable staff

The guys that work here are very helpful and friendly. They gave me the best price around and took great care of me. Came out on a rainy day during quarantine and made me a new key. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone.

These people did a Horrible job!!! They have no respect over people belonging! They came and put in a pantry door and mad A huge mess they had to cut a piece of the wall and never did they asked me if I wanted to cover up my furniture or my food and therefore sheet rock dust was all over my brand new furniture all over my food all over the floor! There were even nails left behind on the floor and with children in the house that’s we’re dangerous!!! The manager was very disrespectful and and no help at all!!! If I could only post pictures of how bad this was!!!
