I have a lifelong friend in hospice. She lives in Oroville. She loves elephants. I asked the florist to remove the HELLO BABY sign and create a colorful display of flowers, including a touch of purple. The arrangement is absolutely breathtaking. I am so grateful!

I requested a custom bouquet. My co-worker text me that the arrangement was beautiful and his mother had a green thumb and she wouldve really appreciated the arrangement. He thanked me very much. The bouquet was delivered same day as the order. I appreciate Oroville Flower shops custom work. I just wish they send a photo of the bouquet so I can see the final product. Sound like a very nice lady, but was to much in a rush. I order some flowers on the phone and, I feel push off to quick. couldnt answer some simple questions. After I made the payment on my order, she just said okay then hangs up.

These people took our order for our wedding then keep brushing us off. Called multiple times only to be told theyll call us back but never did. Had to go somewhere else for our flowers. Would not recommend this flower shop.

Dont offer a service if you are not going to do it !! I call in the morning to send flowers to my wife and they said that it would be delivered in their morning run, I said as long it gets there before three oclock it would be ok !! Julie employee that works there said that if is not in morning it would be there by 2pm . At 2:15pm I call my wife and since she never said nothing I call the flower shop and the first thing out of her mouth when I asked was yes they were delivered she calls me back at 3:37 and says that they were not delivered bc my wife was not at work!! So not only they never delivered the flower but the charge me and lie !!! This place sucks
