This is the to go to place for inexpensive, but good quality food. I have a friend who doesnt drive due to disability and that always have a cart for her and a pleasureful experience waiting on her. They also keep the homeless camp sat up in the parking lot towards the the front of parking away from store, so its easy in easy out without being put upon by someone being rude or offence because you dont smoke or drink. I would not think a safe place to go after dark with the parking lot residents. There seams to be about 20 to 25 living there

Wont find everything you need, but the price is major discount on otherwise expansive other big store prices. So a great place to swing through get some cheap cost items then onto a more set store for dog/cat food. Also great price for things like lemons/ limes.

Lady up front had terrible customer service. Went on a Sunday between 3 and 4pm. My wife said her name was Robin but Im not sure. My mask wasnt on the perfect way she wanted so she proceeded to yell at me to change it. When I ignored her and went about shopping she complained openly about me with other customers and employees. I usually dont like to leave bad reviews but gosh I just want to shop and leave without being hassled

Just stopped in for some lunch meat and came out with 2 bags full of good deals.

Extremely rude employees, one older lady and a older man... They will never ask you if you need help but they will be rude about wearing your mask.. ill wear it but you dont have to be hateful!!!!

Theres always MORE THAN one employee with their mask on improperly and their nose out. The vendors have their nose out. I can drop specific names. I come here every week I know the people who work there on a first name basis and I know that they NEVER wear their mask correctly. The owner of this business has the nerve to call me a liar maybe I need to attach photos of your employees. MAKE THEM WEAR THEIR MASKS. You must not go in this store as much as I do because these people are never reprimanded and they REFUSE to follow the rules.

I love this store people that work there are extremely friendly and courteous, they have a great selection of what they can get at a reduced price. The store is clean, easy to get in and out of and the parking is also easy, if youre a Wine Drinker they have a large selection at reduced prices. The cheese selection its always good I find more organic products in this store than in any other in Oroville

Grocery outlet is a adventure🤓! The best thing about coming into this store is that you almost have to stop and look around at everything down every aisle, because you constantly find things that you didnt see there before.Sometimes the drawback is. you come back to get something you enjoyed and its no longer there!!! 😵but I love it so I keep coming back and still I keep finding new things that I enjoy to either try or stock up on. This is a nicely stocked grocery outlet. I go for juice, breakfast items and snacks mostly. Very good prices on these items. Somehow, they manage to hire mostly sullen staff though. The occasional bright smiling and helpful employee really stands out admidst the usually unfriendly terse types that dominate the store. Too bad. Makes me want to shop the Y. C. Or G.V. Stores instead.

We love Grocery Outlet here in Oroville, CA. That being said, Im momentarily upset because i missed the deadline to redeem three $5 coupons. I was told i had till aug 15th but the writing (that i didnt read till it was too late)said July 31st. I hate it when Im trying to do good but end up sc#%!ing myself.

I love cooking and I cook for many people. I can always count on Grocery Outlet to have the special deals on their cheese. Not just any cheese but, creamy fresh cheese at a much lower price. Their customer service is one of the best around. Very friendly and outgoing. Huge savings every time I shop there. Always something new in the store to get and a awesome variety.

I have re- discovered this store from when it was the canned food outlet. Now it has designer coffees, tasty ice creams, granola, fresh fruit, veggies and fish, chicken and meats. I also like the take away, refrigerated snacks of cheese, cold cuts and nuts. Nice to get some if those for snacks for kids or adults on are drive home to not buy junk food. I also bought a bottle of 🍷 wine under $6 that was so tasty. To me this store in Oroville, Yuba City and Vacaville ( these ones I have been to), are like the smart and frugial persons Cosco...you only buy what you need. In every store the staff has been helpful and great!

Theres an older woman cashier who is heavy set and has a mans haircut, grey hair who was really rude not only was she rude but she shouted something rude about a customer allowing everyone in the store to hear her gossip. Im not sure if she needed to feel cool or superior. Instead she was more rude and obnoxious and really ridiculous looking especially being in her late sixties. please teach your workers to have respect for others as well for themselves and to not shout as loud as she did about other customers its disrespectful
