I have been going to them for about 5 years now. All of the guys there are very friendly and accommodating. The service is top notch, and affordable prices. I would recommend anybody I know to take their vehicles to Westside Tire and Auto.

I was in a pinch needing replacement trailer tires. I also needed them mounted and installed as soon as possible. These folks came through clutch and with a very reasonable price. Service is friendly and it’s a nice environment. Comfy waiting room seats and a clean bathroom. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

A little more expensive than other places (not too bad) but they did a good job, no real complaints. Needed a tire cuz I got pinched by a trucks trailer and had to go a little off road which popped my tire n damaged the side wall so I just needed a tire n alignment.

Wow, what can I say but WOW!! I was desperate, and yea typically you don’t want to run into an auto place and say you are desperate, but that’s what I did. Kids and I were on our way back to Chicago and had to be there in time for my son’s hockey. Low tire pressure light came on and finally decided to pull over, glad I did! Total flat tire and unsafe tire! I looked up nearby tire places and West Side Tire came up. Had great reviews and was close by. Gunnar was so nice and helpful! He immediately grabbed by keys and Todd the technician got to work! They had us back on the road in a jiff! I cannot thank Todd and Gunnar enough! My son made it in time with 13 min to spare! And I must say, the short time we waited, anyone that walked in was treated like family! Clearly they are a staple of the community! Wish you were closer to Chicago! Thank you again for your help and getting us safely back on the road!

Had to get a flat fixed. When I went into the waiting area, I was pleasantly surprised. Clean and comfortable. Then I got to the desk. The person was so helpful and nice. Great customer service. He quickly got my info and then he came out and got the tire out of my trunk. Really impressed. Highly recommended.

*****UPDATE*****Good News! MUST READ!!This review is an update about the poor service I originally received.(see original post for details). Since then Ive changed my 1 star post to 5 stars! All I can say is WOW!! I was able to speak with Travis, the owner, about my unfortunate situation that happened with the company. First off I want to say Thank you to Travis and the whole West Side Tire crew for correcting the situation that took place. I did not expect for anyone to reach out to me concerning the issue. Well I want to say, this company exceeded my expectations far beyond what I could imagine. I, literally, thought I was going to have to deal with it. I was hurt, highly upset, and I was not going to go back to them, but that is not the case anymore. After working with the owner I have had a change of heart. Travis is a great business man with morals, respect, and understanding. He was polite, sympathetic, and straightforward. He had the desire to make things right, then he said he would make things right, then he put actions behind his words! Needless to say, everything is taken care of now and I have ZERO leaks. I appreciate being able to work with an honest company. With that being said, I plan to make West Side Tires the company I get my service work done from here on out. Why? Ill tell you why. Its not too many good people nor businesses around that actually care about their customers enough to listen to their concerns and address it without biases. I am a person that believes SOME people or places deserve another chance. For me, West Side Tires is one of those places and after reading this review hopefully its one of those places for you too. I am happy with the corrected service work and I look forward to working with the company again in the near future.Thank you for everything 🙂WORSE WORSE WORSE DECISION I EVER MADE DEALING WITH MY VEHICLE. I went to West Side tires to get new tires and an oil change. During the service someone came out and told me they had to put and oversize plug in. I did not think anything of it, but also I know little about cars. Well a few days later I notice my car was running different and oil was leaking. I immediately called and set an appointment to go back in. Long story short, they told me the leak was coming from my oil pan and that its believed to ve from old age of my vehicle. My car WAS NOT leaking before I took it in. They are trying to convince me that it had nothing to do with them changing my oil and putting the new plug in. Then, had the nerves to tell me THEY WILL FIX THE PROBLEM FOR $600 AND SOMETHING and that it was a discounted price. 1st off when I got new tires and everything they did an over view of the car and it did not say I needed a new oil pan. Then suddenly a few days after service my car is leaking and now it comes to their attention I need a new oil pan. How does that work? Yes, my vehicle is older but I know for a FACT my car was not leaking oil until I took it to them for service. I normally use a different company for oil changes but figured since I was getting tires from them I might as well do it all in one stop. Boy was I wrong!!! I am highly upset with their service and this company. My car is still leaking oil because I refuse to pay them to FIX the problem they caused! This is ridiculous. I am a single parent going through enough stuff with work, covid, and everything else. All I wanted was new tires and an oil change to get me set for winter and fall semester of school. Now, Im stuck with this unfortunate situation with no idea on what to do next because I have no way of proving they did this besides the fact of me knowing my car was not like leaking before I went to them. Word to the wise, if you have a company that do your oil changes, stay with them no matter what! Especially if youre a woman with no mechanic knowledge besides the fact of knowing if your car is or isnt leaking oil. Its not right and this company and workers should be ashamed of themselves! Just take ownership of the problem and fix what you broke!

Everything was great except for that they broke the handle to pop my hood and left it laying on the floor of my car and didnt try to fix it or even say anything about it....

I had just finished a 12.5 hour drive from central New York bringing my son to Oshkosh Wisconsin for a volleyball tournament. The wipers on my van refused to function with thunderstorms forcast for the next day. I would not be able to drive in town to safely take us to and from the event the following day. I also have to drive 15 hours to New Jersey in two days for a second tournament. I couldnt make that trip without my wipers. The guys at West Side fixed my van even though they were completely booked with customers. They got my wipers working and also provided me a ride both to and from my hotel. When you are out of town you dont know who to turn to but I can tell you that these guys are fantastic!

I was ignored for 15 minutes after being greeted and told to take a seat in the lobby as they continued to help about 10 other people before me. I even had an appointment. Representatives were also not wearing masks during a global pandemic. Do not give this place your money. Their actions show they don’t care about you. Unacceptable.

Was very caring and helpful of my situation kept me posted of the progress that was being done with my car.

Great prices and very competitive. A+ work, A+ customer service. And they finished the work 20 minutes sooner than they said it would take. They even sent out a post card thanking me for being a customer. How many businesses do that any more?

These guys have always been good to me. Ive had them work on suspension, electronics and repair tires. They do good work at a fair price. I keep going back.

All professional. Always reliable. Always priced fairly. Gunner, Dana and the entire team go above and beyond to help you understand what you need. They get that fixes can be costly, and usually untimely.

They did an alighnment for me, and they said it was good, until about 200 miles later, when i saw the front tires were wore alot on the edges, took it to dodge, and they said it was way off! So beware on the alighnments! Wont go back!

Very good experience. I have aluminum rims and tires needed air every couple of days. Told them problem and they were able to fix immediately. It was 4:00 and took about 1 hr. Happy it could be done right away.

I noticed a bulge in my tire while I was leaving work about 3 and called them on my way home. I had some other things to do but I took my car in about 4:45 and they are putting the tire on right now. Wish there was a 10 star rating. This place is honest and very helpfull. My gf drove over a nail and had alot of important things to do. These guys squeezed me in within an hour. They fixed the tire and installed it for me for $30. I believe gunner was there associate who helped me. He also gave my great advice on new tires for her truck that i will be purchasing through westside. Take care of gunner he is a valuable asset .. thx guys

Efficient friendly service

Gunner and the folks at West Side helped us get back on the road so we could get out on the water. We has a tire blow out on our boat trailer on US41 and they helped me pick out the right tires while we were still waiting for the tow truck to arrive. They were fast, helpful, and affordable.

Went to see West Side tire to fix a botched tire installation by WM. WM technician wrecked my newest sensor and had to find a replacement on my own. When the WM technician couldnt pair it, West Side was able to step in pair my TPMS sensor. Thanks to Travis and his team for squeezing me in on a busy day!
