This Best Buy is one of the better ones. Always lots of staff willing to help out or answer questions. They also let you browse on your own without bothering you too much. Most stuff is comparable to other retailers but you can generally find stuff online for cheaper if you can wait on the mail. I do come here if I want to preview something first though.

Went there to get myself a Samsung Galaxy watch. Aaron came over to help and answered my questions with ease. He was a super nice guy, didnt push when trying to sell me anything, and it all was fast and easy. Would recommend, especially him!

Well, we go in and I see a chromebook for $129.00 I play with the display, gentleman asks if I need help i asked him if he had that model. He grabs is. When I got home, it did not match the display model. So, I obviously take it back.I show them the error, they apologize, thank me and tell me to return the one I purchased. I guess my thing here is, nobody tried to help get me anything Im looking for. There was no consideration for their screw-up which cost me over an hour of driving time and gas. Im not saying they shouldve given me a top-notch chromebook for a ridiculous cheap price. Maybe the one they had displayed there? Or maybe help find me one close to what Im looking for and take $25 bucks off or something. To just offer no assistance or anything seems weird. Especially in a day where everybody is online shopping, customer service should be amped up. Thats all.

I went in for a tablet and the kid that was helping me kept looking things up from his phone. Everything I wanted was out of stock. I think the people on the floor should know more about whats on the shelves and have a tablet to look things up instead of a cell phone. The kid had no idea. I just about left. I could have went online and just ordered one. Very disappointing

Pre-Ordered a game guaranteed to be delivered on release date. Got message that the game shipment is delayed with no new shipment date. I will never buy a video game from Best Buy again. They offer no accommodations for not fulfilling a promise, nor do they seem to care.

This store has drastically gone down hill. The movie and game section has gone down to a few shelves at best. The focus seems to be on appliances now (e.g., fridges, washers, etc.). These are massively overpriced and completely against the theme of an electronics store. Stick to what you are good at... electronics, no one wants to by appliances from you.

I bought the PlayStation Platinum wireless headphones a few months ago at a different Best Buy store, but I was having problems with them literally right out of the box.After putting up with it for a while (and the world shutting down, preventing me from making an exchange) I finally went and swapped them out for something different today. The exchange was very fast, no hassle at all.

It was okay other than, I called and specifically asked for an item for vehicles sound system, they said they had it, and it was the right fit. But it wasnt the right fit. What happened was its labeled as a universal part that GM used so all their speakers used it. My car was built in Australia and it has its own parts. So if you have Holden built vehicle the parts may not fit.

Needed a special cord for an artist tablet for the PC. They had it but I wasnt able to get it unti the next day. When I got there the next day the cors the had was wrong and the person who was helping me took a very long time to get the one I needed and it still wasnt quite right but it would work. Unhappy experience .

Best Buys service has taken a very large downturn. I was in their Oshkosh, WI store today and waited almost 15 minutes before I had to ask for help. There were AT LEAST 4 people who walked by me that didnt even acknowledge my existence. When I did finally ask for help (very upset at this point) I was told, you have to sign up for help, and we are busy unloading a truck. Are you kidding me? I have to sign up in order for an employee to even acknowledge that I am there and may need help and instead chooses to ignore me to put away a truck? I will never shop with Best Buy again. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

They have no care for the Americans Disabilities Act (ADA) and are hugely discriminatory. They clam to not have to follow the ADA because they are a private buisness. However this is what the law says:“Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in the activities of public accommodations. Public Accommodations are considered to be businesses including private entities that are open to the public or that provide goods or services to the public.”they stayed open during lock downs calming to be a “essential business” if they are so “essential” they should not get to choose who they will or will not allow to have a EQUAL shopping experience.

Helpful staff! Upon arriving, a female staff asked if she can direct us anywhere at the door. Done careful though if you use one of their carts! The bottom rack is extended while the basket is a bit smaller. I didnt realize that and crashed the cart so hard on the shelf (thanks long bottom rack.) Embarrassing but Im sure best buy staff probably are aware that it happens a lot (?). The aisle should be bigger/wider. It was hard to turn and follow my husband around. Eventually I just ditched the cart and came back for it when I was done looking at stuff. 🙃

There was a major major mess up with my order that was a Christmas gift for my son. Jackson and Chris (warehouse manager) took extra time to make sure it was corrected and seen through to the end.What would have been a catastrophe ( a little dramatic but it would have been disappointing ), turned out in the end because of these two.Jackson went as far as calling customer service because of the issues and although I have to wait for the money back, they had the items set aside for me when I arrived (thanks to the employee Rob who i spoke with prior to going there.)I thank all 3 of your for showing extraordinary customer service and care.

We had the worst experience both in customer service and aptitude in selling their products at this Best Buy location, specifically the cell phone sales department. Nearly everything expressed to us in our new contract with Best Buy in regards to our cell phone plan was misinformation or actual lies. We went to upgrade our phones after my phone had severe damage.. While in the store talking to Geek Squad (they were actually knowledgable and helpful), we decided to look into upgrading our phones and asking about plans. Not only did the person helping me in the cell phone sales department NOT care to give me any specs on the phones I was inquiring into, his demeanor was highly unprofessional. I was not given a breakdown of the cost of the phones I purchased (so I ended up with a phone more expensive than I asked for), the plan we signed up to (we actually were give FALSE information as to the cost of the plan we were purchasing despite me asking specific questions of the monthly budget and relaying how much of a budget I needed to stay within), were told (my daughter was there as a witness) there would only be ONE activation fee even though we were upgrading two phones yet were were charged TWO or double. The situation got so dysfunctional that employees from other departments came to help us and did to some extent. The process went beyond closing hours and we felt rushed to leave. Due to the chaos of the situation, I asked multiple times for clarification and itemization of the plan and bill, to no avail. A day and a half later, I woke up with a bill for over DOUBLE what we were told. I called Best Buy and spoke with Jonathon in the cell phone department, who was apologetic about the experience with the other sales associate but would not help us with negotiating the activation fees although he offered to take back the phones, BUT we would have to pay $90 in restocking fees!! I went to my local Verizon (Verizon was our carrier), changed to a more affordable plan that fit within my budget, was given all the information needed about my phone and itemization, and we looked into ways of getting back my activation fees (we cannot at this time). He also informed me that this BEST BUY is dishonest and double checked to make sure the deposit I made on my phone went through and not stolen from BEST BUY. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE and do NOT recommend you do either!!

I went into the store 10 minutes before close to grab a 150$ camera and get out. I found it comical how during mid-day operating hours you cant walk more than 10ft into the store without an employee approaching you. Tonight, however, they all scattered like rats and I could not find an employee assist me with getting the product. They only had display models out. The only employee I saw was on the other side of the store singing Closing Time by Semisonic. I ultimately had to leave the store without purchasing the camera with a line of employees waiting for me and one other customer to get out.

Kinda disappointed in Best Buy... Was given a Blu-ray player and the box set of all the seasons of Game Of Throwns and the person whom purchased them didnt know I already had a player and the box set so nothing was ever took out of the boxes and had the receipt and during these time a person could really use the money for bills to keep family in there home and get food to feed the family, it woulda ben almost 400 dollars back and that would have helped and made a huge difference, but they said no to taking the stuff back...... Its prity sad if you ask me...😥😥😥

Well, i walked in the store and immediately i was greeted by a very friendly employee he asked me if there was anything i was looking for, i told him what i needed and he knew exactly without hesitation where said object was i followed him, then we arrived at our destination, he asked me the length i needed and told me all of the length options, i replied with my answer and he handed me one, then i asked if this was the best brand he said no and showed me several models and explained all of the different features for each one, I made my decision, then he said i can check you out right over here which happened to be about 10 feet away i bought the item and in a flash i was gone.So yes i recommend this store very knowledgeable,fast and friendly thank you

I stopped today looking for a new microwave. I looked at the displays..no sales associate came up to me to see if I needed help. Went to look at new laptops while I was there. Again no sales associate asked if they could help. Next stop was by the headphones. Nope not a soul around. I was there about 15 min. Stopped by the customer service..not a soul around again. Saw 3 people go to the back but not reappear. As I was leaving the door greeter told me to have a nice night. Told him it would have been nice to have a bit of customer service. It will be awhile before I shop there again. I will order my microwave online I think.
