Went on at the recommendation of my barber looking for a shaver. I was stopped right as I walked in and asked what I was looking for. Explained what I was there for and was told that I would need my barber to call in the order and I could then pick it up. Told the lady it was for me, and she replied that if I wasnt licensed I couldnt buy anything. Irritating for sure, but I guess I kind of understand, I asked if I could take a look at the shavers so I knew what I would ask him to grab for me, and was told I wasnt allowed in the store without a license. Why have a physical store, if youre not even going to allow people in? I get having deals for licensed barbers as part of a business model, but to be told Im not even welcome and then be told I could shop at another store is just insulting.Be warned, if youre not licensed, youre not welcome here.

Gotta get in early because they don’t have a ton of stock but seemingly always have everything you may need!

I live out of town but since I was in town, I thought Id stop by to pick up some products. I was in with my mom and I wasnt even greeted. I asked where the Paul Mitchell products were and the employee was just behind the counter and ignored me. I just went to look for them myself. After a few minutes he asked if we even had a license in a very rude way. I responded, yes. I didnt even care to look at him. Just because my hair and makeup is not done it does not mean I am not licensed. I felt very unwelcomed and will never come to this location again.

Wide variety of professional products. Really nice employees. Need a license to shop here.
