Had a great experience with mattress firm in Oshkosh. Dayton was my salesman and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for within minutes! Got my mattress and bed frame just 2 days after I ordered it. The delivery men did a great job. I had one minor issue with the mattress material, however after texting the agent service line Dayton promptly contacted me to fix the issue. The service I received by far exceeded my expectations and that of local mattress store competitors. I highly recommend going to Mattress Firm and speaking with Dayton if you are looking to purchase a mattress.

Bob was our sales representative. He was unbelievable, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Learned so much from him about sleep habits, mattress information and individual sleep needs. We just had our mattress delivered this morning, so can’t say yet how we like it yet. We ordered it on Friday and came two days later. Will definitely go to Mattress Firm again.

I have not received the mattress yet, but it is scheduled to arrive between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. this evening, on Labor Day! So this review is not a full one but they are definitely on it with their text message system asking for a review. The store experience was a good one. Fast and helpful. Got the review done now, and since I gave it five stars I will have to edit it if the delivery goes awry. Boom.

Casey was great. Answered our questions, was not overbearing or trying to force a sale and just generally very informative and helpful. Also fair and honest on the price negotiations when we ultimately settled on a bed a few days later.Purchasing over the phone was also very easy. Negotiated the price and a link was sent to my email to finalize everything. It was a great experience.My only gripe was when I called to speak with Casey, he wasnt in and Bob tried to steal his sale. Bobs a wiener. Dont be Bob.

Bought yesterday. Not being delivered for almost two weeks as I will be away. Having some buyers remorse, as I had narrowed down to two places and didn’t revisit the second one. Talked into an extended warranty as if I don’t use it supposed to get the $ back. But no paperwork at all regarding an extended warranty, except that it’s listed on the receipt. Salesman was very knowledgeable, but kept insisting you don’t buy mattress from a store that sells sofas or tables. I realize this is what salespersons do, but I don’t care for that tactic or having me try the most expensive thing first.

Bad experience with return process and being sent through loops to talk to different people and told different things by each one. The bed is defective as it compressed terribly over a month or so and is now causing pain it is so uncomfortable. Was at fist told it was no problem, then told a claim had to be made online. The online process was a headache and didn’t work. Had to go into the store and get the person working to see how the online system wasn’t working for themselves because they were not listening to me. The online customer care emails back quickly but then told me it has to be handled by the store it was purchased at. I have never seen a mattress do this before and I would have thought with how bad this is, that the company would want to assist in making things right.

I had just walked out of another furniture store because the salesperson was terrible. Happy to find at Mattress Firm the salesperson was helpful, patient and willing to address concerns. Quite frankly, always thought MF was a generic discount store. We purchased a Beauty Rest hybrid with two electric frames. Love it.Delivery of our bed was prompt, exactly as ordered. Delivery men were courteous, prompt and wonderful. Very pleased!

We went to the Oshkosh store. It was completely empty inside except for the salesman. We were actually on our way back to WG&R, but didn’t make it and ended up getting a mattress and frame from here. The salesman was sweet, but problems with the software (operator error) had us believing we were going to be paying much less than we did.

It was a great experience. Bob the sales guy explained the different mattresses. Showed how they operated and the difference they did.Im very happy with my choice. Cant wait for it to be delivered.Thank You

After going to EVERY store in Oshkosh WI that sold mattresses it was a No-Brainer that Mattress Firm was the best option for what we were looking for. I bought a mattress and was told one was in stock. Well 3 months latter I finnally got it. Thats not even the main reason for the bad review. They got it because I was told they price match any sales they have within 30 days. Well Edward told me I will be getting $400 plus dollers back. Still NOTHING. He tells me I have to call corporate. Well I did they told me I have to take it up with the store. So now there is no reenactment. So they lie. I HIGHLY recommend going eals where.UPDATE what a coincidence the day I leave a bad review I get a check cut. I got my money but will never go here and highly recommend not going here

Undergoing a mattress replacement with PureCare, the manufacturer of the mattress protector MatressFirm sold me. PureCare has been fantastic MattressFirm awful. PureCare was upfront about policies MattressFirm hid behind a long list of stipulations. Not upfront at the time of sale of protector that you still follow MattressFirms stipulations was told you follow Purecares yet I’ve been told they have a contract functioning in the background. Bogus. Consider taking your business to a place that is more upfront and honest. Gosh sakes you can’t even talk to a human at MattressFirm about their policies it’s all over email!

Purchased the mattress on a Saturday and was told we would have it that Wednesday. Never received a call, so I called on Thursday morning and salesman said it was in so I barrowed a work van to pick up. When I got there to pick up no mattress, but the owner made good and gave me a memory foam mattress for the same price. The memory foam was 275.00 bucks more, but the owner made good on customer service. Would definitely buy from him again.

Which would be fine if they handled it the right way. In my business if something goes wrong on my end I am sure to keep my customer happy. My boyfriend and I went to this location as we needed a new bed. We went to two other stores and nothing really caught our attention. When we walked into mattress firm, Cameron Housley was very attentive to us, willing to help in any way possible and he was very knowledgeable about the different products. I liked one, and my boyfriend didn’t like the one I liked, it seemed to happen with every new one we tried. Cameron had a solution to this and it was one in between that we both liked. We ended up purchasing the suggested one by Cameron (The Roxanne Plush Queen Mattress), the adjustable base as well as a bundle that included two pillows, a mattress pad and bamboo sheets. He also gave us really great deal to the point where we saved over $1500! We really enjoyed our experience and I would highly recommend this store location due to the outstanding service by Cameron Housley.

Will be highly recommending family and friends to him.Update: 9/9/19Mattress was delivered tonight how ever it os the wrong size. It was marked as a Cali King but does not fit the dimensions that we were given. There was also rips on the bottom of the bed along stains on the top. Very upset that we paid so much for a damaged bed and was given the wrong size.
