This meat market is simply awesome. From beef to bison to elk meat. Meat sticks, cheeses, sauces, and beer. Slightly pricier than your regular grocery but definitely higher quality and worth it. Highest quality all around. Got a huge pork shoulder for my smoker grill and made the best pulled pork. The bison I made burgers with was excellent. I also got bison meat sticks and they are delicious.

I absolutely love this place. We love bringing family and friends form out of town to pick out some craft beer. Their meats are always the best quality and there are so many brats and stuffed chicken flavors to try!

I bought 6 Wisconsin Pride Brats from Wagner Market and they were by far the best bratwurst that Ive ever had! A little pricey, but worth every penny. Cant wait to try another one of thier many varieties to choose from.

This store is a jewel in Oshkosh and the Fox Valley. The meats, sausages, cheese, bakery, seasonings and great products, fair prices, knowledgeable friendly staff. This is must do for visitors and locals. We will be back.

Kinda like, my local go-to for meats, beer, and any other odd randoms. Craft beer for days (you can even get anything in single cans) and meats galore with sometimes dozens of different flavors of brats. Though more expensive than what you might get at a grocery store in town, you pay to support the local businesses and honestly get better quality and customer service.

Wagner Market is a gem in Oshkosh. They have the greatest selection of meats, cheeses, drinks, you name it. I only buy my brats from Wagner Market. From their regular brats to their specialty brats to their experimental brats, you cannot go wrong. You must go here! The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and down right fun to interact with. Their beer selection is exponentially better than the grocery stores in town. You will not be disappointed.

I am not a huge brat fan but these are AMAZING! The hungarian brat is the best brat I have ever eaten. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Their deli sections is awesome. Their chicken tamales are amazing as well as their carrot cake.. This store is a foodies paradise.. So highly recommend this shop..

If youre looking for discounted meats, veggies, locally produced goods- this isnt the best place. If youre looking for some top quality items for a special meal- this is the place.

I have been to Wagners market a view times this week already. Brats are to die for! Also had there flatbeard and pizza which are delicious. Very clean and very friendly workers. I will be definitely coming here more often. Keep up the great work Wagner!

Ordered the Hawaiian bacon wrapped chicken breast. Got absolutely no pineapple...didnt even have the sweet taste of pineapple....basically just a bacon wrapped chicken breast with cheese in it. Majorly disappointed

My favorite meat market in town

Very cute place. Huge selection of different flavor brats and other beautiful meats. They also carry a lot of local cheeses, beers, and deli type meats, all that weve had were delicious. (They also grow their own lettuce year round which is awsome)Ive not gotten many of the deli salads before, only the potato salad. It was ok, needed more seasoning.Definitely a special place to stop while youre at the farmers market on saturdays or in the area.

Interesting items but very expensive. I saw a local disabled homeless man there and heard an employee say he grosses me out. Tony the coat is a local, he has his issues but he deserves more respect. I dont shop here often. Again, interesting and uncommon selection but too expensive.

Yes, you will be paying more for your brats, meats, and cheese here. But the variety is unparalleled, the meat is fresh and well cut, and the quality is well worth the price.You get what you pay for. So if you want to save a dollar a pound to go buy some crappy Johnsonville brats or some beef at the deli counter at your local megamart that may or may not have been handled correctly, be my guest.More for me at Skis.

Very expensive smoked meats that they dont even smoke themselves, they buy it on the wholesale market. And its poorly smoked as well . I have to admit though that they do have very nice employees and they have a wide variety of other things but its all overpriced.
