A good selection of real North Face goods at really reasonable prices. The selection is seasonal and you will get the best prices on gear from the previous season. Overall the service has always been very good. This store alone is worth traveling to the outlet mall, even though many of the others stores leave a lot to be desired.

Really awesome discounts that stack. Picked up a $250 rain coat for $75. Definitely check them out if you don’t need the newest seasons gear

Clarissa gave me incredible customer service today. I called the store to inquire about exchanging my jackets that I purchased earlier this year and she went out of her way to check and see what models, colors, and size was available on the floor to make sure I wouldn’t waste a drive down to Oshkosh. When I got to the store she was there to help me in person. The exchange was easy and smooth and for that I am thankful.

Dani was extremely nice and helpful in helping me find a new jacket!! Ended up saving $223 on a jacket!! Store had great selections. I had a great shopping experience!

Their door haves their original hours of operation and also have a paper taped to the door for covid hours that says “opens at 12 only allowing 15 people at a time” their was a short line outside a little past 12 but they never opened for business. I had to call to find out from their automated system that they are temporary closed. They should at least take the sign down and update it if their going to be closed.

I stopped here 2 separate times at about 5:30 on a Friday night, and they were closed, even though it should have been open according to their listed business hours. Cannot rely on the online listing for whether its open or not. I had to shop elsewhere, but there are plenty of other clothing stores that are open at Oshkosh strip mall.

Im really impressed with the courteous and knowledgeable employees here. Seth helped me yesterday with finding a jacket and his kindness was greatly appreciated, as I wasnt having a very good day. Thank you.

Clean store with helpful staff. Out of season items can be grabbed for rock bottom prices, but with higher quality of TNF brand. Deals on in season items are available, but still tend to be be pricey, but selection of sizes and colors is usually excellent. Sales happen frequently and rewards card points add up over a long time.

First off, its not actually facing north so I was confused directionally. But..I found a great lined waterproof jacket thats breathable and its a bit longer than the typical jacket. It was a decent price too. Staff was friendly as well.

I recently stopped in to the North face store to purchase outerwear for our Colorado trip this November I was greeted by everyone in the store and helped by 3 different people in particular Travis I just want to say thank you so much for all of your time and help. I love everything I purchased there and will return again for my next jacket I highly recommend this store to everyone because they have great product knowledge and are very friendly and willing to help thank you all again!

Walked in the day after Christmas to ask about a pair of mittens I received as a gift. Three employees were standing near the front of the store, chatting. I waited, then approached then and asked a question. They proceeded to talk and eventually turned to answer my question. I was told in a very short manner that we dont carry those here. I then asked about winter coats and was told well, everything is half off in a dismissive tone. The sale was awful, service was worse. I recommend the Columbia outlet, very friendly and excellent prices. North Face needs to work on their customer service.

Love the stores in this Oshkosh outlet you can get really good deals thru all the stores, specially love the coach store where you can get awesome prices and special discounts.

Store had a good layout but not as much variety as I would’ve liked. They had no pants that would truly protect you fromReally cold conditions such as their jacket. Jackets are still expensive (+$120 on the lightest ones) but worthwhile for the higher end ones. Both of the jackets I bought here have problems with the zippers. The zippers get jammed easily while zipping and unzipping. But overall they are good jackets for the cold weather, especially the one we’ve been receiving lately. You don’t even feel the cold if you’re properly covered.

Love the quality of this brand. Great discounts (on selected items) at the Outlet Mall. You can find reasonable items for decent prices. Love stopping in here when I visit Oshkosh!!

Great selection and occasional sales on good gear. The staff has always been considerate and helpful - even stripping down manikins to get me the right size. The store is located in a decent stripmall with some good stores. If youre a fan of North Face gear, its a great place to go.

Great place to get what you want, whether its shoes, clothes or anything for that matter. I love the area. Will go back again.

My mother and I love coming to the outlets just to window shop and spend some time together. We like the durability and comfort of North Face, and my mother always gets treated well when she visits, which is important to me.

Limited kids clothing, so its kind of dissapointment because we are quite pleased with TNF innovative technology for weather conditions. We have tried HH, Pat.. 68, SW but TNF has what we need, good quality and durability. Cozy and warm clothing for during the harsh winter. Windbreakers and waterproof jackets keep us very comfortable and dry while biking, walking trails or hiking. :) From fall to early spring no worries! we know TNF will take care of weather conditions.

Not a fat friendly store. Went in looking for a plus size jacket, largest size on anything I looked at (not just jackets) was an XL.

Used to have a much better selection and better quality items, has gone downhill.

While North face provides the consumer with quality outdoor products, this place is supposedly an outlet. Very few deals much too expensive.

Nice but did not have mens parkas of any sort.

Super limited supply of Parkas and I even checked prior to Black Friday. Everything else makes you look like youre wearing a marshmallow. Lol

I shop the North Face store frequently.I went into the store last week and they had 50% off the whole store.But they jacked the prices up. So the sales arent as good as they use to be on a lot of the items. I was very disappointed with The North Face!!!!!

OK, so i went there on 10/29/2018 and i see BIG %50 OFF SIGN, i asked to confirm and store cashier said YES, WHOLE STORE IS 50% OFF...... so i shoooopppppp...... I got 18 items, i paid $725 and i didnt check my recipe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a mistake i tell you ..... they charged me full price for bunch of items...... CHECK YOU RECIPE BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE!!!!
