I will NEVER go back to this place. HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER!For starters, we were told the installer would be calling to set up a time and day to come measure the bedroom. We never received a phone call so I had to reach out the day of and figure out what was going on. The lady goes Oh my, Im so sorry, this is not like him! LOL YEAH RIGHT. Eventually, he came to our house after going back and forth to measure the bedroom. Once he got there, he was already giving off an annoyed vibe because he had to measure, go back to the store then return to my home to install the carpet. (Not our fault you failed to communicate ands stop in when you were supposed to)Little did I know, this random guy who made himself very comfortable in our house, came. To begin with, he brought in his radio and blared his music. While working, he was throwing his tools in the hallway, and I mean THROWING. When he was done, we then found out we owed him another couple hundred dollars... CASH.. that HE collects and doesnt give us a receipt for. The DAY OF installation, they demanded another couple hundred dollars in CASH with no receipt. We spent over $1,000 for the smallest room in our house. And its pretty small. (our house is only 1200 sq ft.so just imagine the small room) We had to go to the ATM and I could only get out the amount plus the extra $5.. dont worry, he didnt return our $5.They definitely ripped us off BIG TIME.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!
After a NIGHTMARISH experience buying kitchen flooring at Lowe’s, I visited the Oshkosh, Wisconsin store and purchased living room carpeting. Brooke is amazing! Kind, understanding, knowledgeable, professional and accommodating! She was so helpful and I appreciate it so much! Our installer (Jim-a local installer) was awesome to work with too! Again…kind, understanding, knowledgeable, professional and accommodating!! I can tell Jim takes pride in his work, which I find rare these days! If you’re thinking about buying flooring and having it installed, do not hesitate to call Brooke and Jim!! Soooo happy with the results and service!
I called at 8 am on a Friday morning and left a message, by 8:05 am I had a return call from Brooke . She not only answered my questions but went to measure the roll of vinyl so I knew I had 122 as my floor was 12 1. She was so kind as to send me pics on her private cell phone of the 2 styles she had on hand in the colors I was looking for . At 4:45 Friday night I came in she measured out my vinyl, rolled it up and I was on my way. I would totally recommend checking out Dalton carpet if you are in the market for flooring . Thanks Brooke for such a wonderful experience .
Extremely disappointed in the contracted installer as well as the response of the business when my mother complained about her service.The installer not only refused to wear a mask but said if she asked him to that he would walk out and not install. My mother is 74 and is immune compromised. The installer then spent the entire time talking about his personal beliefs about COVID-19.When my mother called the store to notify them of this wildly dangerous and inappropriate behavior, their response was yeah nobody will wear masks when they install because its too hard for them, so if you would have kicked him out, good luck finding someone to do it.The correct response would have been ANYTHING except that one. You are endangering the lives of your customers and you clearly do not care.Disgusting.
We couldnt be more than happy with Dalton. Tracy was the best to work with very professional. Jim the installer was great very professional. We did our whole basement in carpeting.
Very friendly, very helpful staff. They dont do installs so the pricing is a little higher than most but the variety of choices is high.
We had new bedroom carpet put in our house when we moved in. The whole process took just a little over two weeks which I think was great because we had special order carpet. Staff was great as was the installer.
Staff not as helpful and I wanted only what I was looking for.
We were there twice, two weekends apart and both times were told an installer would call us to set up an appt to measure. No one ever called. The staff were barely interested in us when we were there, so I guess Im not surprised.
Bert and Tracy are great. It is nice to have an interior designer on staff to help coordinate your project!

My in-laws has them put carpet in within 8 months or so the carpet started falling apart and they said they would come fix it..only they have completely ignored them!!
