I took my 3 year old Laptop here to get it fixed up for school. I was ready to go buy a new one and Im super glad I didnt. Scott helped me out at a very reasonable price and gave me my laptop back practically new again! I work from home and have only lived in Oshkosh a few months. When I have computer problems I call tech support through my company. Sometimes that works and sometimes it doesnt. I used Link Computing Solutions for the first time this week and was amazed at the level of service and competence. My expectations were low based upon experiences where getting my computer fixed seemed more about the tech dazzling me with his knowledge than about getting me back up and running. The two staff who helped me at Link Computing had both people skills and computer skills. Im very glad to know this service is available in the area.

Small firm with big IT firm services. They can do it all with reasonably priced services. I drive 50 round trip to work them when necessary.They offer online tracking of your PC. 75% of my needs are handled this way in Minutes. I would not trust anyone else with my business hardware and software.

Absolutely brilliant service! My laptop got bricked by MS Windows 10 update and their garbage customer support failed utterly to help me (unless rage inducing frustration was their goal, then they succeeded). Called LCS and they instantly knew what the problem was, how to fix it, and told me I wouldnt even lose any of my files or installations. They even got my laptop fixed and ready to go the next day, a full day sooner than anticipated. If youre in the Oshkosh area and need computer help, definitely hit these guys up, because they know what theyre doing and will treat you and your property right.

Adam and the team at Link were extremely helpful and very knowlegable. They were able to not just fix my older XPS, but got it running better than new by recomending a simple replacement of the old Hard drive with a solid state drive and adding some RAM. Very competative rates and great turn around time. Overall I am very happy with the service and would recomend thses guys for any PC repair needs.
