Brought my truck in to have an alignment done, was told they could not do the alignment because my lower ball joints were shot, quoted me a little over a $1000 to replace and do alignment. Another local shop quoted me almost $600 less and then when I got there told me my ball joints were fine and didnt need replaced. Staff was friendly but that is ridiculous and Im glad I didnt fall for this scam. Save your money and go to a local mechanic

Do not recommend, treated me like a low life cuz I’m not loaded with money. I have a 2013 VW Passat Kelly blue book said it was worth over $5000 and they told me it was worth $1000. I will NEVER go back or recommend to anyone!!!!!!!

I had a friend who went to this dealership and they pressured him into buying a vehicle that he could not afford. When he told them in less than ONE WEEK that he wanted to bring it back and get something more affordable they said no that he had to keep it for six months! Obviously their concern for their customers and ethics questionable.

If your a women dont go here. They wouldnt even show me a car without filling out paperwork. But they did my brother who had lower credit then me and then promised to check more things today and according to my credit report did not. Will not be back Des monies worth the drive also tick my brother off.

I dont care for them. Theyve not treated me like I think they should. I bought my new truck there and had them do the first oil change. They were suppose to check the transmission too. They didnt. They gave me a loaner. It was an older car that had the back door half full of water that sloshed all the time.

My advice... Make the sale happen on day 1 instead of calling/emailing repeatedly 3 weeks later. I now drive a new Equinox in my price range and received the deal I wanted because I found a dealership who took the time.

CarGurus had a 2002 Jeep advertised by Clemons Inc of Oskaloosa for $1995, which is the average selling price around the state. The ad said it had been posted for 46 days! When I went to the website of Clemons Inc of Oskaloosa, the price was $3495! I then went back to CarGurus, and it had the $1995 as former price with new price of $3495! As if, you find a vehicle Clemons has posted and express interest. the link ups the price? No wonder there are no reviews for this dealer, obviously frauds! ATT Gen of IA notified!
