I came here after a rear end accident, I needed a new rear bumper, and trunk. I also got my front bumper done because the fog light rusted and fell out also rusted rear passenger quarter panel was done. The paint job and body work is amazing and looks factory! Martone kept my truck for almost a year before finishing tbe work. The battery was useless by the time I got it back and had to buy a new one. The headlight assembly was installed improperly and an emblem was missing. He claimed he ordered the emblem and would put it on for me. Well after months of asking him & hearing next week, I gave up. The worst experience ever and I would not recommend using them.I considered suing them but my attorney knows of them and said even if I win judgement, many other plaintiffs have tried and Martone wont pay judgements. We looked them up and there were dozens and dozens of lawsuits against Martone. By employees, customers and e en tbe IRS. What a scam artist.

We got into a fairly major accident (for us), the tow shop towed the car to this location, after speaking to our insurance company and finding out they were a recommended shop, we decided to let them do the work.They set up a rental car for us, and completed the work in 3 weeks time... The work from what I can tell was perfect (from my limited knowledge), the car came back detailed and he waived the deductible, overall everything went pretty smooth, havent had any issues so far with the car.

Have my cars serviced here three times. The first two visits were pleasant, but the last one was really bad. Four days ago I sent my Honda CRV there for a regular oil change. Because of the happy experience of the first two visits, I didnt ask the price in advance. Then I got a bill of $72.xx, which listed the parts (oil) of $37. My past oil change at dealer cost less than $37, total. That is not the end. They didnt reset the oil life to 100, but reset my Trip A and B (what the heck was the reason to reset both of them?), further more, the plastic patch at the door handle at drive side disappeared (which I noticed the next day). So it seems if one wants their service, it worth asking the charge in advance, and the service quality? depends on who is taking care of the car.

I brought my vintage Vespa to Martone Auto Collision for a complete rebuild, and they did an amazing job. Their work included a complete tear down, body work, electrical and a pearl white show-worthy paint job; Mike Martone gave me a great rate with all the work that was completed. I was so happy with the results that I brought my car to them for body work repairs after it was sideswiped. Mike personally took care of all the insurance paperwork for my car and made sure I was paid directly from my insurance company to cover the cost of my rental car. The car came out great and Mike stayed within my budget, which isnt always the case at other body shops. I had two great experiences, and I highly recommend Martone Auto Collision to everyone.

I brought my car for an inspection to Martone Auto Collision. The previous owner of the car had it sitting for months with dirt caked on, check engine light that would come on and off at random and an ac that would shoot dust particles out. They didnt just pass it like the previous owners last mechanic, but actually did there job for a reasonable price and got it back to its tip top shape. They even cleaned the inside and outside of the car as a courtesy. I couldnt think of a better place to go than Martone Auto Collision

After a bad deal with Michael Martone (at his Ossining, No. Highland ave, address), Michael Martone has promised to refund money, but never did. Later, he agreed to give a refund check, but then put a stop payment on the check. Later, after a court order was issued demanding him to pay the money ($5000), he has still failed to pay. This man has lied to us, promising to pay, and then not paid. I would recommend that you avoid any business dealings with this unscrupulous person.

After a fender bender in October that left me with a damaged Nissan, so close to Christmas, I was at a loss. The tow truck driver took my car to Martones and I felt a little more comfortable after meeting and speaking with Michael. Him and his shop went above and beyond, not just fixing the front end damage but also cleaning my car inside and out, my car was spotless when I got her back, and that is no easy feat since I have a five year old! They also cleaned the tape residue I had on my window from a previous taping when my window had broken last winter and had to be taped shut until it was warm enough for a friend to fix. I also had a clip on my back bumper that had been broken for months and they made sure my bumper didnt keep popping off on the driver side.A few days after I got my car back there must have been a crack in fan and the fan broke on my way to work damaging the radiator and slicing the water hose. I made it to work and Michael himself came to my job in the pouring rain to check the damage and then had his tow truck driver come pick my car up so they could repair the damage done.I would not hesitate to go back to them again for any future body repairs I made need!
