The days of real craftsmen seem to be coming to an end, or are just out of reach for most of us. Luckily those of us who love cars and brilliant audio have Chris at Dream Toyz. The thing about Chris is that he doesn’t really care how much the system he installs is going to cost (he really leaves that up to the client), he cares that the work he does is perfection and that’s where the pride of a craftsman shines through.I knew I was in good hands when I dropped off my car, so I didn’t ask a lot of questions. What really blew me way was the time Chris spent with me after the install to make sure I understood all the features of my new system. During our conversation what became clearer was the depth of knowledge of his craft that Chris had. He knew the ins and outs of my 10 year old car, explained to me that it was a German jigsaw puzzle and he knew where all the pieces belonged. He even keeps extensive digital photo files on each project in case there is ever an issue. Finally he makes sure that if the old PCM unit (The stereo, but also a data center in my particular car) is needed for info at a later date, he left a connector tucked just inside a panel so future mechanics would have no problem finding it.Obviously I could not recommend Dream Toyz more highly. My job was small, but not simple, and I saw Chris working on jobs 10X the size of mine so I know he can handle anything from sound to radar detectors, cameras to TV’s. You just don’t need to look any further.

This is the second remote starter I have purchased from DreamToyz and will definitely use them in the future. They are trustworthy and fully deliver on what they sold you. I highly recommend them.

There is no reason to go anywhere else. Chris and his team are experts in audio and video installation and service. Theyre honest, their prices are fair, and their installations are beautiful. They go out of their way to explain how to operate the equipment and are there for questions afterwards. If you want the correct equipment for your car installed right the first time I cannot recommend them enough.
