Another fine service at Meineke this week. Louie helped me this time. Ive had two different cars serviced here over the years, multiple times. Each time was a good experience and both shop managers/owners (Louie and Cliff) seem the rarest of things, honest and fair. At this point in life, that is the thing I respect most. The mechanics and mechanical work are solid and highly competent: If they say they can do the job, they can. I split my business across the shops Ive come to respect -its a longish drive to this shop: I will continue to bring my business there and to offer friends, neighbors and family rides to and from, to make it possible for them to do so as well. Thanks guys. Every job has been done on time and right, for the agreed and fair price.

I made a reservation for this appointment through the Meineke website including the coupon for free A/C inspection as my A/C efficacy went down significantly. First, i was surprised that the service is not provided on premises but in SHELL garage across the road. (But OK having a single machine for several garages is economical). However, the price of the service was not. I was charged $75 to check the compressor. - which indeed was working as there was residual A/V efficacy and $195 for recharging the system. This charge would be reasonable. So I am not happy and will not be coming back plus will share this experience.

My exhaust pipe sounded terrible & I thought it would be a costly repair. Meineke fixed it fast with a new hanger while I got coffee. Now it sounds great and it wasn’t expensive.

This was my first visit to Meineke. My check engine light had been coming on and off for the better part of 6 months. Every time I took the vehicle to the dealership they could not resolve the issue. Called Meineke spoke with Louie. Brought the vehicle in, they took a look at the vehicle on a busy Saturday morning. 90 minutes later oxygen sensors changed. Check engine light off and fair quote if I need new catalytic converter. Very happy with the service I received.

My engine light came on last week which a mechanic diagnosed that my car’s catalytic converter had to be replaced. Overwhelmed by the exorbitant estimate to replace it, I sought a second opinion. Fortunately, my friend suggested I contact Meineke in Ossining, (first time for me). I spoke with Louis and made an appointment the same day. I arrived at 12:30pm and shortly after Louis diagnosed my car. I was relieved to learn that it wasn’t the catalytic converter. In fact, it turned out that the front gasket was leaking, the resonator and exhaust flange and other parts had to be replaced. Louis gave me an estimate and suggested that I leave the car overnight for repairs since he had to order several parts. Louis’s employee, Tito, graciously drove me home.Several hours later, Louis called me and said the car had been repaired (he was able to allocate the parts the same day). I was thrilled! Because of Louis and his team’s professionalism, experience and assessment, I was able to save thousands of dollars and gain peace of mind. Thank you so much!

Louis and his team, including Tito, were very attentive and polite. I am a first time customer. My car recently began having oil leaks after it was serviced by another service station. They were able to contain the issue and Loius explained what is going on. Its ongoing but he offered to check it in a few days. Eventually I will have it repaired by Meineke. In addition, he recognized another issue that I was aware of but he knew exactly what it was after driving it onto the lift. They ordered the parts and scheduled the repair the next day. They were willing to do it the same day, but I had to get back to work. After that repair, my car drove so smooth. I was relieved. Thank you Louis and your team.

The owner is good, has reasonable prices on the work he finished. It didnt take long to finish and he will show what else to be done with a reasonable price. I hope all mechanics are like him.

I called in last minute (around 2pm) to have my brakes checked. I noticed some grinding sound and I have no I idea what the issue was. Dropped my car and went home. After an hour I got a call that it will be ready before they close. I was impressed as they were able to accommodate me last minute. The guy (I believe his name is Lou) was very professional, and easy to talk to. I believe I got an honest quote. He also gave me a discount and a VIP card for future services. Overall I had an excellent experience. One happy satisfied customer here!

I have been here a lot and its always a very good, satisfying experience. Just came in for a tune up and to change some belts. They did a great and the car runs fine. Good work and good service.

Negative:I didn’t know what the standard cost was for an oil change so they tried to charge me $5.00 more than what it is supposed cost over the phone. When got there my husband caught the guy so he took the $5.00 off and charged us for the regular price. I have heard that mechanics try to rip woman off and take advantage of the fact that they don’t know a lot about car stuff but I thought it would be different at Meineke because we have had great experiences at other ones. I guess I have to do my research next time. $5.00 is not a big deal to me but what is a big deal is that they tried to take advantage of me. Never going to this Meineke again.Positive:They got our oil changed really fast.

Job was done within an hour but person who served me didn’t know what type of battery was used or provide any battery documentation other than the receipt. More transparency would have been better. Can you send me the info? The waiting room was extremely cold.

Cliff did a great job. I brought in my 2001 Jeep Wrangler which was handled perfectly. New catalytic converter installed.

I bought three car in a row to the ossining ny location. Cliff address each car with the most cost effective repair . My 2004 Toyota solar a 2008 Chevrolet Malibu & mt prize 1964 buick Riviera. The quality of each job was second to none. I would recommend anyone too them.

I moved to Ossining 5 years ago and this is my go to place. I always research the problem before hand and average pricing to have an idea in my head. I have never been let down or taken advantage of. The problem is usually what I thought and price is usually on the low side of average range of my research. They are honest and hard working and realize that their customers are as well. I also like that they show me the issue as I like learning more about how my car works.

I arrived in Meineke driving my car with almost no brakes, and they immediately attended to me and explained the procedure of the mechanical work they were going to do, the cost of the repair and the time it would take to repair the brakes. And they also inspected the car. Overall I am very impressed and very grateful for the service and attention provided by your employees.

Lou took care of my 2019 Mustang. Came in Saturday within 20 minutes I was seen (busy day for them) very professional weld job, and he ensured the technician put my car back up on the lift to check for leaks before tne job was completed. Lou is direct abd hes a stand up guy, hes gonna give you a fair price and ensure threw job is done properly. Will be back in the future

This shop was good even few years ago. Price was good. But one of the guy Luis is rude and has no courtesy to treat a customer. If you go at 8 am, he ll say we didnt start working yet and if you go at 3; he ll say we are about to close. Busy with no car in lift. Completely lazy guy with bad mouth and rude behaviour. Cliffis good with customers.

Good pricing and wont try to over charge a person

This shop is the worst shop. They messed up my car after a basic oil change. They opened my radiator cap and cause all the coolant to come out all over my car and it started smoking. Due to the pressure it busted my radiator hose and the manager disowned they touched it. My car was running perfect before until they did the oil change. No one went into the hood for a while which was my last oil change as i had a it serviced earlier this year. The man in the office is so harsh and full of attitude. After talking to others about what happened they said it is norm for them to mess up peoples car so they can come back to them for repair. They also said they employ workers who are not that experience.

Very helpful, but owner always looks tensed, and seems like he is having a hard time solving all car issues... May be he needs more staff?

They waited me for 1 hour to change oil, because they dont have oil at that moment, so they send first person to buy oil, he didnt show up after 30 min he send another person, he came back after 15min, they put oil, he suppose to check everything but they didnt check anything....... too bad.... charge me 65 dollars I ask him for discount, he laugh at me ask me why? I said for wait ... he was telling me some excuses but finally gave me 10 dollars discount, still I dont like there customer service. At least they can full check up car because I paid for that too.

I give it no stars, i had an appt at 3 pm, left work early to do this went there and the guy was the rudest, like i was a client without an appt,told me not today, i go i had appt, i have no time he said i am behind,well that isnt my fault, and then he said so whats the problem, im like if i knew i would tell you, well i have no lift available what is the noise so i said like an airplane so he said wheel barring ..okkk can i drive it till i get it fixed, he didnt know...but said come back tomorrow..i go no i have work, i left early today to do this..so i left..i will not get my car serviced there, and i couldnt post this without actually given it a star..but its a big NO STARS
