I recently purchased a Queen Serta Perfect Sleeper, foundation and headboard. Was very satisfied with the Customer Service Agent@ Matress Firm of Ossining, NY. The Customer Service Agent, named Ed.He was very personable and accommodating. However, Delivery didnt go well. I refused the delivery, due to a manufacturing error.The legs were not included for the bed. This has now caused me an inconvenience and left with no other option but wait another weekend for delivery.

Conrad was extraordinarily helpful. He asked a number of questions to determine my preference in firmness of a mattress and had me try several mattresses in my price range. Conrad moved the mattress I likes to the adjustable frame I likes so that I could try them together. He really worked to make sure I got the perfect mattress for me. Based on my experience working with Conrad I would definitely recommend shopping at Mattress Firm.

Saleswoman was absolutely wonderful. No high pressure tactics. She gave me options, was knowledgable about specials they were having too. She let me rest on the various types of beds in which I was interested for as long as I needed to decide on the one I wanted. The only drawback was that she was alone in the store & helped no less than three separate groups of customers at the same time for the hour I was in the store. She juggled & multi-tasked very well in the face of lack of support from any co-worker.

Our salesperson, Jake, was very knowledgeable. He asked us questions about our sleep habits to guide us through the selection process. He explained the composition of each mattress we tried out and answered all our questions with no hard sell.

Out of all the times I have been to this location to purchase my mattresses I really have to say that Josh Colon was so awesome and informative about these mattresses and really went above and beyond helping me to choose the right one after my last 4 mattresses in only a year were a total disaster, he was extremely attentive to my needs and what I was comfortable with, 3 hours later we were able to find me exactly what I was looking for plus he knew so much about my health issues, sleep apnea, back and knee pain that I was able to get the head up adjustable base that was being offered too, like I said Josh really new his stuff about mattresses and was so patient and so kind, I look forward to working with Josh again in the future in the event I need more assistance with any of my purchases...thank you Josh so much for being so kind...

Ive always purchase my furniture from Raymour and Flanigan for many years. On monday I went to Raymour and Flanigan and everything was overpriced. I decided to check out my local Mattress Firm here in Ossining. There I was greeted a nice young woman named Dina. She had a lot of experiences about mattresses. Dina was a excellent experoanced saleswoman. She walked me through every single type of option that mattress firm had to offer for the twin size bed I was looking to purchase. We finally agreed upon an excellent price for my twin mattress and my adjustable remote frame stand. I even got a black ice luxury pillow which I am thrilled about. I cant wait to use my bed and pillow tonight because i have been waiting almost a year for a good night sleep! I ordered everything on Monday and the two men that delivered my items from the Hicksville Distribution Center were amazing! They came in with masks on and booties because its during covid-19. They were very clean kind and informative. They put the items together in like 5 minuutes, took pictures showed me how to use it made sure everything worked propetly. I was grateful of course so I gave them a nice tip for being so kind to install it for me. I have to admit that the prices at the Mattress Firm are very reasonable with a lot of varieties to offer. My wife and i dealt with store manager Jason this past weekend. This was the first sales experience where we did not feel pressured at all in quite a while. We were skeptics at first through information we recd from friends about the mattress shopping experience. Jason guided us to multiple options in our price point and comfort. We felt in control not the other way around. Eventually we found the perfect mattress that suited us. It does take some time so dont rush into the selection. Our recommendation would be to go into a store on a day that you know you have at least 30-minutes to an hour for some laying on the beds. Upfront, honest, and caring sales person is all you can ask for. Go in and ask for Jason.

Have been researching temperpedic beds for some time. Mattress Firm was conveniently open on a Sunday until 7pm. Was greeted by a lovely young woman, Stephanie. She listened to all my questions as I’m a newbie to this variety of bed. The store is not expecting temperpedics for 2 months. Stephanie did show me what they do have, a Serta adjustable bed. Tried a few and was wowed by the Serta queen sized base with the ISeries 500, hybrid. I had heard the term but unfamiliar; it is a comfy memory foam/pillow top with 500 coil box mattress.I found the price to be affordable and the Manager, Prince-Michael Brock, walked me through the purchase, and gave me some generous discounts. He is warm, down-to-earth and very patient! I had a multitude of questions. I heartily recommend Mattress Firm, conveniently located in Arcadian Shopping Center. Once I have my new bed delivered (in a few short days!) I will review the bed!
