Victra is a chain of Verizon Authorized retailer. They offer excellent Customer Service. They are helpful even if you have not purchased your Verizon phone from them.In this location you find them within the Arcadia Shopping Center.

Excellent in providing tech support with my problematic phone transfer which took several hours as I was extremely low on data storage on my old phone. He was alone on duty and he also aided multiple other clients while expertly multi-tasking very patiently! He is a real asset to Verizon! I would hire this guy in a quick minute for his stress management, detailed transactional problem solving and outstanding customer service skills!

Had a wonderful experience figuring out the issue with my phone. Got an upgrade and a great trade in value. All and all the experience was professional and efficient and seamless.

Bredon and Adolfo were sooooo good. They tried everything they could to help me get the phone I wanted. My phone broke and I order a new one online, but since it was Christmas time the delivered would not be on time. They called every Verizon store to get the phone I was looking for. Brandon was very helpful . The problem that i faced was i had to go to the store twice to activate my phone . The first time a step was missed . So i had to go back to reactivate . Disinfectants were provided abundantly, but desk and display items needs to be sanitized more frequently

Store in Nyack sold me a dud phone, a Galaxy. I paid my last bill, $194, for what? Ive tried using it with Network data, with Starbucks Wifi, and with the wifi at the public library. Nothing. I cant even email myself 1 simple photo.

I went in because I was having trouble charging my phone. Instead of trying to sell me a new one the manager spent 15-20 minutes cleaning out the port to remove a build up of dust. Very impressed, I will be back for my next phone.
