Super friendly staff!! Service was quick and they even helped with recommendations when I was indecisive about what to get (apple crisp macchiato was so good!)

As of Saturday, Oct 9 they have Peach Green Tea Lemonade. What more is there to say?Small coffee shop. Friendly people and fast service. Theres more than enough parking, and it is wheelchair friendly.

I order online and when I pick it up the lady was rude but I took my drink and it was bad I throw it away. I got a americano with little milk and tasted as a late all milky

Haven’t been in Starbucks in a while and was such a delight to be greeted but such kind staff!!I was asking about a new drink and to my surprise was given it and I LOVED it so I will be purchasing one in the future.

Extraordinary customer service. I ordered a spice pumpkin latte since they ran out of it they offered me a vast different kind of other options. Above all they said if I dont like what I ordered instead they will change it for any other kind of coffee I like. Amicable atmosphere.

Staff were friendly but it wasnt very busy and we still waited almost 10 minutes for our beverages and they had plenty of people working so it really shouldnt have taken so long. Had I known it was going to take that long I wouldve driven to the other one in the next town over and still probably gotten my coffee faster. They also didnt make my drink as well as the other one I go to.

My favourite coffee is Caramel Cloud Macchiato. It is really good

Love the coffee. Staff is friendly. Music always seems a little to loud for me and there is always enough noise in a Starbucks without the loud music in the background. Never rushed and can spend as long as you like.

Bad over-roasted bitter coffee everybtime. Slow service, with servers who act like they are doing you a favor by preparing your coffee. Please: Do yourself a favor and go to a locally owned coffee shop instead.

My first time in Starbucks was a pleasant one the staff was so helpful in explaining the different types of coffee and helping me in making my decision it was a beautiful experience I cant wait to visit again

Like many other Starbucks, good coffee and relaxing. If there is nothing wrong with it, it is 4 stars on my book. They do not need to do a lot to stay above average, after all it is Starbucks.

This is my go to place for coffee and I love the service here, but since the new manager got hired things have changed and the workers dont seem all too happy. On top of that, there is a clothing store next door that she goes to during the time she works. While the manager isnt at the clothing store next door shes outside on a smoke break that she takes quite often. And to top all that off, she set the closing time to 10 instead of 11. It may not seem so bad that only an hour was cut but since then they have to reject a lot of sales and actually have to kick people out of the store.

My caramel frappe EXTRA caramel is made to perfection. 🤗

Sunday Jun1216 about 10:45 am. They have 2 windows open and I stood and waited for my turn on window X.The lady on X kept taking from window Y and never said anything to me. So I said This just sucks. The lady on X then said, well, youre supposed to go around the bend, go to window Y, then X. I said I dont see any arrow or sign that says that.Anyway, I finally got my drink after about 20min when I could have had it sooner and before the other customers.The fact is that not everyone that goes to this shop is local and knows the routine. Secondly, all Starbucks are set up differently. Thirdly, she doesnt have to sermon a customer. I already went to mass. Fourthly, a little customer service training would go a long way. Very bad experience indeed.

Slow service. I am. It sure if it was the employee’s first day or if they were just confused by my order.I wanted a grande pike in a venti cup - I know it’s very but I like to have space so that the coffee does not splash in me when I drink and drive.
