My husband and I went and arrived a few minutes to 9pm. There was a line inside. We went to check out the refrigerator first. We walked towards the line and an employee said “it’s 8:59, we are now closed”. The people on line started to leave and before we could get to the door they shut the lights off. When i got outside they turned the lights back on inside. They were so rude and lazy. What would it have taken to work 5 minutes extra?

They are OK. Used to be so much more fun to visit BR.

Got to the store at 9:30, they close at 10. Had family from out of town where they don’t have baskin Robbins. People working there put away the ice cream in the back and told us they didn’t have any ice cream to serve us. Hurray for carvel’

I love my rocky road ice cream but at baskin robbins I can try as many new flavors as we want

It was good ice cream. The only thing is the person we had seemed to not like it there and took forever on our order.

Meh, really poor customer service. We left.

The place is already open only to take away we find the ice cream cakes and the containers to carry different ice creams. I like all the different flavors of ice cream that you find there. And I know that when the boys in the afternoon put the ice creams behind, it is because the next day the girls in the morning clean the freezer and have already cleaned the ice creams the next day.
