La placita is very small but has tons of good stuff. Prices are good. Best butchers in the area . Best chorizo Uruguayo in the NY-CT area

Its a great one stop supermarket. What I love best in here is their fresh cut meat and a few seafood. They have a butcher whom you could request to get the cut of meat you desire.

Good selection of Latin Based products from various countries. Very fresh meats and produce. Definetly high quality items, for a reasonable price. Please note that parking can be messy, since there are limited spots, and the place is very small and can often feel crouded. Staff is friendly, and there is always someone available to help.

It is a good place to buy everything. They have fresh fish and on Thursdays they have live crabs, the fishmongers are very friendly. Customer service is very good, the workers are all very attentive to customers.
