They repaired my walk behind leaf blower. Not a very big job but they changed the oil, carburetor kit, and the pull string. 2 days, very reasonable price I thought. I am sure I am small potatoes to them, but they get a 5-star rating from me!

If I could give them zero I would. Was in the area doing a job, and needed help with a piece of equipment. They are listed as registered dealers for the equipment. I called, and as soon as they figured out I just needed a question answered about the machine, and wasn’t buying anything, they hung up on me. Called back and was told they would help me, then was put on hold. Hung up after 10 minutes and tried calling a third time. The person who answered made sure to ask if I was going to purchase anything. I replied no, I’m just trying to find an answer about one part of my machine, and when I called the company, they told me to call you. Got hung up on yet again. Absolute horrible customer service. Would not even consider giving these people business in the future.

If you are not a commercial client, not purchasing a new tool and in need of repair, I would strongly recommend for you to consider a different shop. My experience here resulted in nearly three weeks of empty promises, intentional misleading and outright lies, forcing me to take my business elsewhere.

I went out of my way TWO times with the intent to buy. BOTH times I was completely ignored; no, they were not busy. It appeared to me they were interested in only someone dressed in work clothes (I was in business casual the first time one time and shorts the second time).I went to another dealer in Bedford Hills, was immediately greeted, spent some time asking questions and walked out with $1000 of equipment.

Purchased my White Outdoor lawn mower from them approximately 15 years ago and its still running. Had it serviced there only once or twice. Recently purchased my Husqvarna chainsaw from them and the sale and service were outstanding. Not the most convenient location as sometimes parking is a bit difficult but still highly recommended for their quality products and fair prices.
